[0036] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below. The embodiments described with reference to the drawings are exemplary. The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
[0037] Next, refer to Figures 1 - 11 Describe the mounting bracket 100 for a window air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and also propose an air - conditioning system including the above - mentioned mounting bracket 100 for a window air conditioner.
[0038] The mounting bracket 100 includes: a base assembly 10. One end of the base assembly 10 is configured to carry a window air conditioner, and the other end is configured to be fixedly connected to one side of a wall. The lower side of the base assembly 10 is fixedly connected to the wall, and the upper side of the base assembly 10 carries the window air conditioner, thereby fixing the window air conditioner on the wall and completing the installation and fixation of the window air conditioner.
[0039] As Figures 1 - 5 shown, the mounting bracket 100 further includes: a lifting assembly 20. The lifting assembly 20 is disposed on the base assembly 10 and is configured to be inclined or parallel relative to the base assembly 10. That is to say, the lifting assembly 20 is connected to the base assembly 10, and the lifting assembly 20 can be inclined relative to the base assembly 10, or the lifting assembly 20 can be parallel to the base assembly 10. During the installation of the window air conditioner, first make the lifting assembly 20 inclined relative to the base assembly 10, and then place the window air conditioner on the inclined lifting assembly 20. When the lifting assembly 20 switches from the state of being inclined relative to the base assembly 10 to the state of being parallel to the base assembly 10, the window air conditioner is successfully installed on the mounting bracket 100.
[0040] As Figure 10 shown, the lifting assembly 20 includes: a movable rod 21. One end of the movable rod 21 is lifted or lowered relative to the base assembly 10, and the other end of the movable rod 21 slides relative to the base assembly 10, so that the movable rod 21 is inclined or parallel relative to the base assembly 10, and when the movable rod 21 is inclined relative to the base assembly 10, the highest point of the movable rod 21 is lower than the highest point of the base assembly 10. Specifically, one end of the movable rod 21 can move relative to the base assembly 10. Assume that the lifting assembly 20 has a first position and a second position. When the inclination angle between the lifting assembly 20 and the base assembly 10 is a certain angle, it is the first position (as Figure 11 shown). At this time, the highest point of the movable rod 21 is lower than the highest point of the base assembly 10. Place the window air conditioner obliquely on the mounting bracket 100, and the movable rod 21 plays a supporting role for the window air conditioner; when the lifting assembly 20 is parallel to the base assembly 10, it is the second position. When the movable rod 21 switches from the first position to the second position, the window air conditioner changes from being inclined to horizontal, thereby completing the installation of the window air conditioner.
[0041] When the lifting assembly 20 switches from the second position to the first position, one end of the movable rod 21 is lifted relative to the base assembly 10, and the other end of the movable rod 21 slides toward the indoor side relative to the base assembly 10, but the height of the other end of the movable rod 21 remains unchanged, so that the lifting assembly 20 is inclined relative to the base assembly 10.
[0042] When the lifting assembly 20 is switched from the first position to the second position, one end of the movable rod 21 descends relative to the base assembly 10, and the other end of the movable rod 21 slides relative to the base assembly 10 toward the outdoor side, but the height of the other end of the movable rod 21 remains unchanged, so that the lifting assembly 20 is parallel to the base assembly 10.
[0043] Fix the base assembly 10 to the wall, move the lifting assembly 20 to the first position, and then place the window air conditioner on the mounting bracket 100. The lifting assembly 20 supports the window air conditioner, and the window air conditioner is in an inclined state; then move the lifting assembly 20 to the second position, and the window air conditioner changes from the inclined state to the horizontal state, thereby realizing the preliminary installation of the window air conditioner.
[0044] Combined with Figures 1 - 10 As shown, the lifting assembly 20 further includes: a driving member 22, the driving member 22 passes through the base assembly 10, one end of the driving member 22 is rotatably connected to one end of the movable rod 21, and the rotation axis of the driving member 22 and one end of the movable rod 21 are staggered from each other, so as to drive one end of the movable rod 21 to lift or descend relative to the base assembly 10 when the driving member 22 rotates. Specifically, the driving member 22 is installed on the base assembly 10, one end of the driving member 22 is rotatably connected to one end of the movable rod 21, and the driving member 22 can drive one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate, so as to drive one end of the movable rod 21 to lift or descend.
[0045] The rotation axis of the driving member 22 remains unchanged, so that the driving member 22 can drive one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate, then the rotation axis is staggered from one end of the movable rod 21, so that one end of the movable rod 21 can rotate around the rotation axis of the driving member 22, and the other end of the movable rod 21 slides relative to the base assembly 10 toward the indoor side or the outdoor side.
[0046] When the driving member 22 rotates, one end of the movable rod 21 rotates around the rotation axis of the driving member 22, and the other end of the movable rod 21 slides relative to the base assembly 10, so that the lifting assembly 20 is parallel or inclined relative to the base assembly 10. When the driving member 22 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate counterclockwise and raises one end of the movable rod 21, the other end of the movable rod 21 slides toward the indoor side, so that the lifting assembly 20 is inclined relative to the base assembly 10. At this time, place the window air conditioner on the movable rod 21; then, when the driving member 22 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate and lower one end of the movable rod 21, the other end of the movable rod 21 slides relative to the base assembly 10 toward the outdoor side, so that the lifting assembly 20 is parallel to the base assembly 10, and the window air conditioner returns to the horizontal state.
[0047] Thus, when the lifting assembly 20 is tilted relative to the base assembly 10, the window air conditioner is placed on the lifting assembly 20, and then the lifting assembly 20 is switched to be parallel to the base assembly 10, and the window air conditioner is laid flat accordingly, thereby completing the installation of the window air conditioner, which is convenient for operation and has high installation efficiency.
[0048] Wherein, there may be two movable rods 21 and two driving members 22. The two movable rods 21 are arranged oppositely, and the two driving members 22 are arranged oppositely. The two driving members 22 respectively drive the two movable rods 21 to rotate, and the two movable rods 21 ensure stable and reliable support for the window air conditioner.
[0049] As Figure 7 and Figure 10 shown, the driving member 22 includes: a driving part 221, a transmission part 222 and a first connecting part 223. The driving part 221 is arranged outside the base assembly 10. The driving part 221 and the transmission part 222 are in transmission cooperation, so that when the driving part 221 rotates relative to the base assembly 10, the transmission part 222 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to lift or lower relative to the base assembly 10. The first connecting part 223 is connected between the driving part 221 and the transmission part 222, and the first connecting part 223 penetrates through the base assembly 10.
[0050] Specifically, since the driving part 221 is located outside the base assembly 10, the user can rotate the driving part 221. Because the driving part 221 is connected to the transmission part 222, when the driving part 221 rotates around the rotation axis, the transmission part 222 also rotates accordingly. The transmission part 222 is rotatably connected to one end of the movable rod 21, and the transmission part 222 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate, that is, one end of the movable rod 21 lifts or lowers relative to the base assembly 10. The first connecting part 223 is connected between the driving part 221 and the transmission part 222, so that the driving part 221 and the transmission part 222 rotate synchronously, thereby causing one end of the movable rod 21 to lift or lower, which is convenient for installing the window air conditioner.
[0051] According to Figures 6 - 9 shown, a sliding part 211 is arranged at the other end of the movable rod 21, and a sliding groove 11 is arranged inside the base assembly 10. The sliding part 211 slides in the sliding groove 11. Specifically, the sliding part 211 is movably engaged in the sliding groove 11, and the sliding part 211 moves along the sliding groove 11 to cooperate with the lifting or lowering of one end of the movable rod 21. When the driving member 22 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to lift, the sliding part 211 slides indoors in the sliding groove 11, so that the movable rod 21 is tilted relative to the base assembly 10, thereby placing the window air conditioner on the movable rod 21; then when the driving member 22 rotates and drives one end of the movable rod 21 to lower, the other end of the movable rod 21 slides outdoors in the sliding groove 11, thereby completing the installation of the window air conditioner.
[0052] Referring to Figure 6 andFigure 10 As shown in the figure, a limiting flanging 212 is provided on the upper side of the other end of the movable rod 21. The limiting flanging 212 is folded upward relative to the movable rod 21 to form a limiting step for the window air conditioner between the movable rod 21 and the limiting flanging 212. Specifically, a limiting flanging 212 is provided on the other end of the movable rod 21. The limiting flanging 212 is located on the upper side of the other end of the movable rod 21. The limiting flanging 212 is folded upward relative to the other end of the movable rod 21. Then, there is a certain angle between the limiting flanging 212 and the other end of the movable rod 21, so as to form a limiting step between the limiting flanging 212 and the movable rod 21. The limiting step can be used to limit the window air conditioner. The window air conditioner abuts against the limiting flanging 212 to prevent the window air conditioner from sliding out.
[0053] As Figures 1 - 3 shown in the figure, the mounting bracket 100 further includes: a support plate 31. The support plate 31 is provided below the base assembly 10. The support plate 31 abuts against the movable rod 21 when the movable rod 21 and the base assembly 10 are parallel. Specifically, the support plate 31 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the base assembly 10. When the movable rod 21 is parallel to the base assembly 10, the movable rod 21 abuts against the support plate 31. The support plate 31 plays a role in supporting and limiting the movable rod 21. On the one hand, it ensures that when one end of the movable rod 21 descends to abut against the support plate 31, it is the limit, and at this time the movable rod 21 is parallel to the base assembly 10. On the other hand, the support plate 31 plays a supporting role for the movable rod 21. When the window air conditioner is placed on the movable rod 21, the support plate 31 also plays a partial supporting role to ensure the structural stability of the mounting bracket 100.
[0054] As Figures 1 - 7 shown in the figure, the base assembly 10 includes: two support rods 12 and a connecting rod 13. The two support rods 12 are provided at both ends of the connecting rod 13 in the first direction. The two support rods 12 extend from the indoor to the outdoor. The two support rods 12 play a supporting role for the window air conditioner. The connecting rod 13 is connected between the two support rods 12. The two support rods 12 and the connecting rod 13 form a frame to play a supporting role for the window air conditioner.
[0055] According to Figure 6As shown in the figure, the support rod 12 includes: a wall - hanging part 121, a support part 122, and a second connecting part 123. The wall - hanging part 121 is fixedly connected to one side of the wall body. A support plate 31 is provided at the lower end of the support part 122. The second connecting part 123 is connected between the support part 122 and the wall - hanging part 121. Specifically, the wall - hanging part 121 is fixedly connected to one side of the wall body, connecting the support rod 12 to the wall body. One end of the lifting assembly 20 is connected to the support part 122. A support plate 31 is provided at the lower end of the support part 122. The sliding groove 11 is connected to the support part 122. The support part 122 is horizontally arranged. One end of the second connecting part 123 is connected to the support part 122, and the other end of the second connecting part 123 is connected to the wall - hanging part 121.
[0056] When the movable rod 21 is in the first position, the movable rod 21 abuts between the wall - hanging part 121 and the support part 122. Place the window - type air conditioner on the movable rod 21. As the driving member 22 drives one end of the movable rod 21 to rotate, one end of the movable rod 21 gradually descends until the lifting assembly 20 is parallel to the base assembly 10. The window - type air conditioner is then placed flat. The side of the window - type air conditioner facing the indoor side abuts against the upper side of the wall - hanging part 121, and the side facing the outdoor side abuts against the support part 122, thus completing the installation of the window - type air conditioner.
[0057] Furthermore, the second connecting part 123 includes a straight - rod section 1231 and an arc - shaped section 1232. The straight - rod section 1231 and the arc - shaped section 1232 are connected to each other. The arc - shaped section 1232 is connected to the support part 122 and the straight - rod section 1231 is connected to the wall - hanging part 121. The driving member 22 passes through the arc - shaped section 1232. Specifically, one section of the straight - rod section 1231 is connected to the side of the wall - hanging part 121 facing the outdoor side. The other end of the straight - rod section 1231 is connected to one end of the arc - shaped section 1232. The other end of the arc - shaped section 1232 is connected to the support part 122. Then the arc - shaped section 1232 is connected between the straight - rod section 1231 and the support part 122. The driving member 22 passes through the arc - shaped section 1232 to drive the lifting assembly 20 to be inclined or parallel relative to the base assembly 10.
[0058] As Figures 1 - 8 shown in the figure, the base assembly 10 further includes at least two wall - supporting parts 14. The at least two wall - supporting parts 14 are spaced apart in the first direction. One end of the wall - supporting part 14 is connected to the support part 122 and the other end abuts against the other side of the wall body. Specifically, the base assembly 10 includes a plurality of wall - supporting parts 14. In the embodiment of the present invention, the wall - supporting parts 14 can be two. The two wall - supporting parts 14 are spaced apart in the first direction. One end of the wall - supporting part 14 is connected to the support part 122, and the other end of the wall - supporting part 14 abuts against the other side of the wall body. And the other end of the wall - supporting part 14 is fixedly connected to the wall body, so that the mounting bracket 100 is fixedly connected to the wall body, further improving the connection strength between the mounting bracket 100 and the wall body and ensuring the installation stability of the mounting bracket 100.
[0059] As Figure 4 shown, at one end of the supporting wall portion 14, mounting posts 141 are provided on both sides in the first direction. At the lower side of the supporting portion 122, a slot 122a is provided, and a plurality of second mounting portions 122b are spaced apart in the second direction in the slot 122a. The mounting posts 141 are fitted in the slot 122a, and the mounting posts 141 are fixedly connected to any one of the second mounting portions 122b.
[0060] Specifically, at one end of the supporting wall portion 14, mounting posts 141 are provided. The mounting posts 141 are provided on both sides in the first direction at one end of the supporting wall portion 14. At the lower side of the supporting portion 122, a slot 122a is provided. Second mounting portions 122b are provided on both sides in the first direction in the slot 122a, and a plurality of spaced second mounting portions 122b are provided on any one side in the first direction. The mounting posts 141 are fitted inside the slot 122a, and the mounting posts 141 can cooperate with any one of the second mounting portions 122b, so that the included angle between the supporting wall portion 14 and the supporting portion 122 is different, suitable for installation at various angles.
[0061] Among them, a first mounting hole is provided on the mounting post 141. The second mounting portion 122b can be a through hole. After a screw passes through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, it is fixedly connected to the supporting portion 122, so that the supporting wall portion 14 is fixedly connected to the supporting portion 122.
[0062] According to the air-conditioning system of the second aspect of the present invention, it includes: a window air conditioner and a mounting bracket 100, and the window air conditioner is carried on the mounting bracket 100.
[0063] The window air conditioner includes: an outdoor unit portion and an indoor unit portion. The indoor unit portion is located on the side of the window air conditioner facing the indoor side, and the outdoor unit portion is located on the side of the window air conditioner facing the outdoor side.
[0064] Among them, the refrigerant circulates sequentially through a compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducer, and an evaporator. One of the condenser and the evaporator is an outdoor heat exchanger, and the other is an indoor heat exchanger; and, the outdoor unit portion is located on the outdoor side. The outdoor unit portion includes a first housing and an outdoor fan, a compressor, and an outdoor heat exchanger provided in the first housing.
[0065] The first housing is formed with an outdoor air inlet and an outdoor air outlet, that is, the outdoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet are provided on the surface of the first housing. The outdoor air outlet is located on the side of the first housing facing the outdoor side, so that outdoor air enters the first housing from the outdoor air inlet and then enters the outdoor from the outdoor air outlet.
[0066] The indoor unit is located on the indoor side. The indoor unit includes a second housing, and an indoor fan, an indoor heat exchanger, and a fresh air module disposed in the second housing. The second housing is formed with an indoor air inlet and an indoor air outlet, that is, the surfaces of the second housing are provided with the indoor air inlet and the indoor air outlet. The indoor air outlet is located on the side of the second housing facing the indoor, so that indoor air enters the second housing from the indoor air inlet and then enters the room from the indoor air outlet.
[0067] It can be understood that the first housing is provided with an outdoor air inlet and an outdoor air outlet. Outdoor air enters the first housing from the outdoor air inlet and then exits the outdoor from the outdoor air outlet. The compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor fan are all disposed in the first housing. Outdoor air enters the first housing from the outdoor air inlet, exchanges heat inside the first housing, and then is discharged outdoors from the outdoor air outlet.
[0068] The first housing and the second housing are connected. That is, the second housing is provided with an indoor air inlet and an indoor air outlet. Indoor air enters the second housing from the indoor air inlet and then enters the room from the indoor air outlet. The indoor heat exchanger and the indoor fan are located inside the second housing. Indoor air enters the second housing, exchanges heat at the indoor heat exchanger, and then enters the room from the indoor air outlet.
[0069] The compressor is disposed in the first housing. The compressor is provided with an exhaust port and a suction port. The compressor compresses the refrigerant, making the low-pressure refrigerant become a high-pressure gaseous refrigerant. The low-pressure refrigerant enters the compressor from the suction port. After the compressor compresses the low-pressure refrigerant into a high-pressure refrigerant, the high-pressure refrigerant is discharged from the exhaust port. The refrigerant releases heat at the condenser, decompresses, absorbs heat at the evaporator, and finally enters the compressor from the suction port.
[0070] The outdoor heat exchanger is disposed in the first housing to exchange heat between the outdoor air and the refrigerant flowing in the outdoor heat exchanger. The outdoor air entering the interior of the first housing from the outdoor air inlet flows to the outdoor heat exchanger to exchange heat with the refrigerant. The outdoor air enters the first housing from the outdoor air inlet and flows to the outdoor heat exchanger; and the refrigerant flows in the outdoor heat exchanger. When the outdoor air passes through the outdoor heat exchanger, it exchanges heat with the refrigerant; the heated outdoor air then flows to the outdoor air outlet and is discharged outdoors from the outdoor air outlet.
[0071] The outdoor fan is located in the first housing. Driven by the outdoor fan, outdoor air enters the first housing from the outdoor air inlet, flows to the outdoor heat exchanger. After the outdoor air exchanges heat with the refrigerant at the outdoor heat exchanger, the refrigerant is discharged outdoors from the outdoor air outlet under the drive of the outdoor fan.
[0072] The indoor heat exchanger is disposed within the second housing, and exchanges heat between the indoor air and the refrigerant flowing through the indoor heat exchanger. The indoor air that enters the interior of the second housing from the indoor air inlet flows to the indoor heat exchanger to exchange heat with the refrigerant. The indoor air enters the second housing from the indoor air inlet and flows to the indoor heat exchanger; also, the refrigerant flows through the indoor heat exchanger, and when the indoor air passes through the indoor heat exchanger, it exchanges heat with the refrigerant; the heated indoor air then flows to the indoor air outlet and is discharged into the room from the indoor air outlet.
[0073] The indoor fan is disposed indoors. The indoor fan rotates to drive the air flow to enter the second housing from the indoor air inlet, exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger, and then flow into the room from the indoor air outlet. The indoor fan is located within the second housing. Driven by the indoor fan, the indoor air enters the second housing from the indoor air inlet, flows to the indoor heat exchanger, and after the indoor air exchanges heat with the refrigerant at the indoor heat exchanger, the refrigerant is discharged into the room from the indoor air outlet under the drive of the indoor fan.
[0074] For a window air conditioner in which the height dimension of the indoor unit part is smaller than the height dimension of the outdoor unit part, a stepped part is formed between the indoor unit part and the outdoor unit part, and thus the installation process of the window air conditioner is inconvenient.
[0075] Using the mounting bracket 100 of the embodiment of the present invention to install the window air conditioner can improve the problem of inconvenient installation. By tilting or paralleling the lifting assembly 20 relative to the base assembly 10 to install the window air conditioner, the operation is simple and the installation efficiency is high.
