2. The insertion tool according to claim 1, Characterized in that: The several rods are elastically connected to the several rings, allowing the cross-section of the longitudinal tool lumen to expand and contract.

3. The insertion tool according to claim 1, Characterized in that: The several rings are elastic, allowing the cross-section of the longitudinal tool lumen to expand and contract.

15. The device according to claim 11, wherein: The upper ring includes several gaps on the inner side of the upper ring, such that the several gaps do not compress the cervix.

The device according to claim 1, wherein: The device includes: An upper ring for surrounding the cervix; An anchoring mechanism for anchoring the device to the cervix; and A pivot position configured such that when an axial force is applied to the upper ring towards the anchor, the force pushes the anchor towards the cervix.

17. The device according to claim 16, wherein: The pivot mechanism includes a band surrounding the anchoring mechanism.

A clamping tool for clamping a cervix, wherein: The clamping tool includes: Several jaws for clamping a cervix; A pivot connecting the several jaws, enabling the several jaws to separate and close from each other; An extension tool connected to the several jaws; and Several controllers for opening and closing the several jaws, wherein the several jaws are configured to expand to a width greater than 4 times the width of the extension tool.

19. The clamping tool according to claim 18, wherein: The several controllers are configured to linearly move along the direction of the axis of the extension tool when opening and closing the several jaws.

20. The clamping tool according to claim 18, wherein: The clamping tool includes several wheels for pulling the cervix into the several jaws of the clamping tool.

A device for delaying childbirth, wherein: Forming a lumen for surrounding a cervix, the device includes: An upper ring for surrounding the cervix; and An anchor for anchoring the device to the cervix, wherein The anchor includes several legs, the several legs are connected to the upper ring at one end, and the several legs are configured to be anchored to the cervix at the lower other end.
