The shell is provided with a rechargeable battery, a wireless signal receiver, a control circuit board, a shielding hand cover, an ultraviolet illumination lamp and a hand positioning plate, the rechargeable battery is fixedly installed at the rear end in the shell, the wireless signal receiver is arranged at the top of the rechargeable battery, and the control circuit board is located at the top end in the shell; the servo motor works to drive the winding roller to rotate reversely, so that the steel coil strip can drive the shielding hand cover to vertically move downwards to shield the hand under the guidance of the guide hole, and the situation that the hand is sunned in the nail polish curing process is avoided.
