[0029] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, specific shapes, directions, numerical values, and the like are exemplifications for easy understanding of the present application, and can be appropriately changed according to uses, purposes, specifications, and the like. Further, it is assumed from the beginning that the configuration elements of the embodiments and modifications described below are selectively combined.
[0030] In a case where maintenance costs of a building are suppressed to be low, for example, in developing countries and the like, there is a situation where a camera and a communication device of a camera image are not equipped in an elevator device as described above. In such an elevator device, since the situation inside a car of an elevator and a user at the time of occurrence of a trapped are unknown, safety confirmation cannot be performed, which becomes a problem at the time of remote rescue work.
[0031] On the other hand, even in developing countries, the penetration rate of a portable terminal represented by a smartphone is high, and various services effectively using the portable terminal can be provided as in Japan. One of the services effectively using the portable terminal has a call registration function of an elevator that calls a car of an elevator to a use floor and automatically runs to a destination floor registered in advance.
[0032] The call registration function is a function in which, when a user of an elevator holds a portable terminal on which a dedicated application (hereinafter, referred to as a call registration application) is installed and approaches a landing of the elevator, a car call of the elevator is called to a floor of use, a setting of a destination floor on which a pre-registration is made is performed, and automatic operation to the destination floor is performed, by communication between the portable terminal and a beacon provided at the landing. Note that detection of the portable terminal is not limited to use of the beacon, and can be configured to use a GPS (Global Positioning System).
[0033] The remote monitoring system of the elevator of the present application, which takes into account the prevalence of portable terminals, provides a remote monitoring system capable of effectively using a portable terminal held by a user of an elevator and a call registration function to perform remote rescue in the event of being trapped in an elevator.
[0034] <First Embodiment>
[0035] Figure 1 FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a remote monitoring system 1 of an elevator according to a first embodiment. The remote monitoring system 1 of the elevator according to the present embodiment has a call registration function.
[0036] The remote monitoring system 1 has an elevator device 10 and a remote monitoring device 20. The elevator device 10 has a car 11 that ascends and descends in a shaft, and a landing 12 provided at each floor. The elevator device 10 also has a control device 13 that controls the ascending and descending of the car 11 at an upper portion of the shaft, and a monitoring device 14 that monitors a failure of the car 11 and transmits a trapped information when a trap is detected. The remote monitoring device 20 is provided at a remote monitoring center. The remote monitoring device 20 is configured by a computer or the like capable of communicating with the monitoring device 14 of the elevator device 10. Note that the remote monitoring system 1 can have a plurality of elevator devices 10.
[0037] The control device 13 is connected to the monitoring device 14, a car interior operation panel 15A, a landing operation panel 15B, and the like via a signal line, and transmits and receives a signal for operating the car 11. The control device 13 controls the car 11 according to an instruction based on a button of the car interior operation panel 15A and the landing operation panel 15B. Further, the control device 13 controls the car 11 according to an instruction of a call of the car 11 and a destination floor based on the call registration function from the monitoring device 14.
[0038] The monitoring device 14 is configured to communicate with the remote monitoring device 20. The monitoring device 14 receives the contents of the call registration from the remote monitoring device 20, and transmits an instruction to the control device 13. Also, the monitoring device 14 has a function of detecting a trapped state of the elevator device 10. The trapped state is detected, for example, by detecting an abnormality in the stop position of the car 11, the door of the lobby 12, or the door of the car 11. When the occurrence of a trapped state is detected, the monitoring device 14 transmits trapped state occurrence information to the remote monitoring device 20.
[0039] The lobby operation panel 15B has call buttons of the elevators and a display section of the current position of the car 11, and the like. The lobby operation panel 15B causes the corresponding buttons to light up in accordance with the call and the destination floor based on the call registration function. The lobby operation panel 15B has the beacon 16 for the call registration function.
[0040] The portable terminal 30 detects the beacon 16 when the user holding the portable terminal 30 approaches the lobby 12. The portable terminal 30 communicates with the remote monitoring device 20, and transmits information on the user floor and the destination floor, and the like, associated with the beacon 16 registered in the call registration application (hereinafter referred to as call registration information). The remote monitoring device 20 transmits the call registration information to the monitoring device 14. The call registration application has a button (contact button) for making a rescue request communication (hereinafter referred to as connection request) to the remote monitoring device 20 in the event of an emergency such as a trapped state. In addition, the portable terminal 30 of the present embodiment is pre-installed with the call registration application.
[0041] The remote monitoring device 20 stores the call registration information received from the portable terminal 30. The remote monitoring device 20, the monitoring device 14, and the control device 13 cooperate to move the car 11 to the user floor and the destination floor based on the call registration information.
[0042] The remote monitoring device 20 stores the trapped state information when the trapped state information is received from the monitoring device 14. The remote monitoring device 20 is configured to, when the connection request is received from the portable terminal 30, collate the call registration information and the trapped state information, and make a communication using the camera function of the portable terminal 30 in the case where it is determined that the portable terminal 30 is at a place where a trapped state has occurred.
[0043] The call registration information has elevator information for which the call registration has been made, information on the date and time of the call registration, and information on the portable terminal for which the call registration has been made. The elevator information for which the call registration has been made includes the building in which the elevator is installed and the name (number, and the like) of the car. The information on the portable terminal having the call registration includes, for example, information such as a telephone number for making a communication connection with the portable terminal.
[0044] The trapped information has information of the information of the elevator in which the trapping has occurred and the date and time of the trapping occurrence. The information of the elevator in which the trapping has occurred contains the name (number, etc.) of the car and the building in which the elevator is installed.
[0045] The remote monitoring device 20, upon receiving the connection request from the portable terminal 30, collates the call registration information and the trapped information, and judges that the portable terminal 30 is in the place in which the trapping has occurred when the elevator information in which the call registration has been made coincides with the elevator information in which the trapping has occurred and the date and time of the call registration and the date and time of the trapping occurrence are within a prescribed time.
[0046] Further, the remote monitoring device 20 can also make the communication connection with the portable terminal 30 that has made the call registration in the call registration information in which the elevator information in which the call registration has been made coincides with the elevator information in which the trapping has occurred when the connection request is not received from the portable terminal 30 from the reception of the trapped information to the elapse of a prescribed time and the trapping continues.
[0047] The two-dimensional code 17 containing the connection information for making the communication connection with the remote monitoring device 20 can also be displayed in the car. In Figure 1 In the present embodiment, the two-dimensional code 17 is displayed below the operation panel 15A in the car. The two-dimensional code 17 is read by the call registration application, and the connection request is made, whereby the portable terminal 30 and the remote monitoring device 20 can make the communication. However, the two-dimensional code 17 is merely an example, and only the telephone number can also be simply displayed as long as the information for making the communication with the remote monitoring device 20 is shown.
[0048] <Monitoring device>
[0049] Figure 2 A block diagram of the monitoring device 14 provided in the elevator device 10 of the present embodiment is shown. The monitoring device 14 is mainly constituted by a computer. The functions of the monitoring device 14 are realized by the computer executing a program. The monitoring device 14 has a CPU 141 that acts in accordance with the program, a RAM 142 that serves as a primary storage device at the time of executing the program, a ROM 143 that stores the program and the like, a communication section 144 that transmits and receives signals with the control device 13 and the like, a wireless communication section 145 for transmitting and receiving signals with the remote monitoring device 20, as the main hardware structure. The respective devices of the monitoring device 14 transmit and receive data with each other through a bus interface 146.
[0050] <Remote monitoring device>
[0051] Figure 3A block diagram of the remote monitoring device 20 of the present embodiment is shown. The remote monitoring device 20 is also mainly composed of a computer, and functions of the remote monitoring device 20 are realized by a program executed by the computer. The remote monitoring device 20 has, as a main hardware structure, a CPU 201 that acts in accordance with the program, a RAM 202 that serves as a primary storage device at the time of execution of the program of the remote monitoring device, a ROM 203 that stores the program and the like, a storage device 204 for storing the call registration information and the trapped information and the like, and a wireless communication section 205 that transmits and receives signals with the monitoring device 14 of the elevator device 10. The wireless communication section 205 is configured to also be able to communicate with the portable terminal 30 held by the elevator user. The respective devices of the remote monitoring device 20 transmit and receive data with each other through a bus interface 208. The remote monitoring device 20 can also have an input section 206 for direct operation by an operator and a display section 207.
[0052] <Portable terminal>
[0053] Figure 4 A block diagram of the portable terminal 30 in the remote monitoring system 1 of the present embodiment is shown. The portable terminal 30 is also mainly composed of a computer. The portable terminal 30 has a CPU 301 that acts in accordance with the program, a RAM 302 that serves as a primary storage device at the time of execution of the program of the portable terminal 30, a ROM 303 that stores the basic program and the like of the portable terminal 30, a storage device 304 that saves various application programs and data of the portable terminal 30, a camera section 305 for taking an image or a video, an operation section 306 for various instructions to the portable terminal 30, a display section 307 for displaying the operation result, and a wireless communication section 308 for transmitting and receiving data with external wireless communication equipment. The respective devices of the portable terminal 30 transmit and receive data with each other through a bus interface 309.
[0054] The call registration application of the present embodiment acts in cooperation with the basic control program of the portable terminal 30. The call registration application is stored in the storage device 304, read onto the RAM 302, and executed.
[0055] In the present embodiment, the camera section 305 is used at the time of communication using the camera function of the portable terminal 30.
[0056] The wireless communication section 308 is configured to be able to communicate with the remote monitoring device 20. The wireless communication section 308 transmits the call registration information to the remote monitoring device 20 at the time of call registration by the portable terminal 30. The wireless communication section 308 is also used for the connection request to the remote monitoring device 20 at the time of occurrence of trapping.
[0057] <Call registration information>
[0058] Figure 5An example of the structure of the call registration information is shown. When a user who has performed call registration performs registration of the use floor and the destination floor of the elevator from the call registration application of the portable terminal 30, the call registration information is transmitted to the remote monitoring device 20 and stored. As described above, the call registration information has the elevator information for which call registration has been performed, the information of the date and time at which call registration has been performed, and the information of the portable terminal that has performed call registration. The elevator information of the call registration information contains, for example, the building in which the elevator is installed and the name (number, etc.) of the car. The information of the portable terminal of the call registration information contains, for example, the telephone number of the portable terminal. The information of the portable terminal stored in the call registration information is used for communication with the user who has occurred in the car in which the trouble has occurred.
[0059] <Trouble information>
[0060] Figure 6 An example of the structure of the trouble information is shown. The trouble information has the elevator information in which the trouble has occurred and the information of the date and time at which the trouble has occurred. The elevator information of the trouble information contains the building in which the elevator in which the trouble has occurred is installed and the name (number, etc.) of the car.
[0061] The call registration information and the trouble information are used to determine whether or not there is a user in the car 11 in which the trouble has occurred by the remote monitoring device 20. Specifically, the remote monitoring device 20 compares the elevator information in which the trouble has occurred with the elevator information for which call registration has been performed. In the case where both are the same elevator, the time difference from the date and time of call registration to the date and time at which the trouble has occurred is calculated. In the case where the calculated value is within a prescribed time, it is determined that the portable terminal 30 stored in the call registration information is in the car 11 in which the trouble has occurred, and the user who holds the portable terminal 30 is in the car 11 in which the trouble has occurred. Here, the prescribed time is determined in accordance with the average time required from the use floor to the destination floor of the elevator. For example, in the case where the trouble has occurred within several minutes to ten minutes from the date and time of call registration, it can be considered that the trouble has occurred while the operation of the car 11 based on the call registration is being performed. Therefore, in this case, it can be determined that the portable terminal 30 stored in the call registration information is in the car 11 in which the trouble has occurred, and the user who holds the portable terminal 30 is in the car 11 in which the trouble has occurred. In addition, the prescribed time is merely an example, and can be changed for each installation site of the elevator. Furthermore, even in the same elevator, the prescribed time can be changed in accordance with the use situation.
[0062] <Specific actions of remote rescue>
[0063] The specific actions of the remote rescue of the first embodiment are explained by a state transition diagram of Figure 7 The specific actions of the remote rescue of the first embodiment are explained by a state transition diagram of
[0064] First, when an elevator user makes a call registration by the portable terminal 30 (Tl), the information of the call registration is transmitted from the portable terminal 30 to the remote monitoring device 20 (T2). The remote monitoring device 20 stores the call registration information in the storage device 204 (T3).
[0065] The remote monitoring device 20 instructs the operation of the elevator to the monitoring device 14 of the corresponding elevator according to the contents of the call registration information (T4).
[0066] The monitoring device 14 that received the operation instruction of the call registration moves the car 11 to the user floor via the control device 13. When the user gets into the car 11, the car 11 moves to the destination floor.
[0067] Here, a case where a trapped failure occurs in the elevator during the execution of the call registration is considered (T5). The monitoring device 14 detects the trapped failure (T6), and in a case where the trapped failure can be remotely rescued, transmits the information of the occurrence of the trapped (hereinafter, referred to as trapped notification) to the remote monitoring device 20 (T7). The trapped failure that can be remotely rescued means, for example, a state where the elevator stops due to inconsistency of internal states between devices such as the control device 13. In this case, the internal states between devices are made consistent by the reset operation of the power source of the power system via the control device 13 by the monitoring device 14 from the remote monitoring device 20, and the trapped is recovered. In the case where the trapped can be remotely rescued, the trapped is not immediately recovered by the remote operation in order to confirm the safety of the user in the car 11.
[0068] The remote monitoring device 20 that received the trapped notification stores the information of the elevator where the trapped occurs (information of the building and the car, and the like) and the date and time when the trapped occurs as the trapped information (T8).
[0069] Next, the user in the car 11 where the trapped occurs operates the contact button of the call registration application installed in the portable terminal 30 (T9), and makes a connection request to the remote monitoring device 20 (T10). The remote monitoring device 20 that received the connection request performs a comparison of the call registration information and the trapped information (Tl l). In a case where the comparison is OK, the remote monitoring device 20 establishes a communication connection using the camera function with the portable terminal 30 that has the connection request (T12).
[0070] Here, the call registration information of Figure 5 and the trapped information of Figure 6 are described as examples of the comparison of the call registration information and the trapped information. The second elevator information of the call registration information of Figure 5 and the trapped information of Figure 6The second elevator information of the trapped information is also the elevator 1 of the building A. The remote monitoring device 20, in a case where the elevator information of the trapped information is the elevator 1 of the building A, collates the contents of the call registration information of the elevator information of the elevator 1 of the building A, based on the call registration information. The second call registration date and time "YYYY year MM month H2 hour M2 minute S2 second" of the call registration information in Figure 5 Figure 6 The second trapped occurrence date and time "YYYY year MM month H2 hour M5 minute S5 second" of the trapped information in Figure 6 is compared with the second call registration date and time "YYYY year MM month H2 hour M2 minute S2 second" of the call registration information in
[0071] The operator of the remote monitoring device 20 confirms the situation inside the car 11 by talking with the user inside the car 11 using the camera function of the portable terminal 30 (T13), and after confirming the safety, performs remote rescue (T14, T15). In the remote rescue, mainly, the reset operation of the power source of the control device 13, the power system is performed. Or, in a case where the article is stopped by being sandwiched by the door of the car 11, and the like, it is sometimes confirmed by the camera of the portable terminal 30 that the user is away from the vicinity of the door of the car 11, and the operation of slightly opening the door of the car 11 is performed.
[0072] The remote monitoring device 20, after confirming the recovery from the trapped (T16), cuts off the communication with the portable terminal 30 (T17). Then, the remote monitoring device 20 deletes the trapped information from the storage device 204 (T18).
[0073] The remote monitoring system 1 of the elevator of the present embodiment is configured to, when receiving the connection request from the portable terminal 30 via the call registration application, collate the call registration information and the trapped information, and in a case where it is judged that the portable terminal 30 is at the trapped occurrence place, perform the communication using the camera function of the portable terminal 30. Therefore, the camera function of the portable terminal 30 of the user who has performed the call registration is effectively utilized, and with respect to the elevator device 10 of which the communication equipment of the camera and the camera image is not provided, it is also possible to construct the remote monitoring system 1 which can perform the remote rescue when the trapped occurs.
[0074] <2nd Embodiment>
[0075] The 2nd embodiment is explained by the state transition diagram of Figure 8 The present embodiment is different from the 1st embodiment in that the connection request is not performed by the user inside the car 11 where the trapped has occurred.
[0076] First, the state transition from the operation (Tl) of the elevator user making a call registration operation by the mobile terminal 30 to the operation (T8) of the remote monitoring device 20 storing the trapped information is the same as that of the first embodiment.
[0077] In the second embodiment, the connection request (T9, T10) from the user inside the car 11 in the first embodiment is not made.
[0078] In the present embodiment, the remote monitoring device 20 receives the trapped notification (T7), and when the trapped information is registered (T8), counts the elapse of a prescribed time. In the case where there is no connection request and the trapping continues from the trapped notification until the prescribed time elapses (T100), the remote monitoring device 20 performs a communication connection to the portable terminal 30 stored in the call registration information in which the elevator information in which the trapping occurred coincides with the call registration information of the elevator in which the call registration was made (T12). Since the state transition (T13-T18) after the communication connection is established between the remote monitoring device 20 and the portable terminal 30 is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description is omitted.
[0079] The case where the user is in confusion due to the trapping and thus cannot make the connection request is considered as the present embodiment, and is the case where the connection request is not made from the user inside the car 11 from the occurrence of the trapping until the prescribed time elapses. In such a case, by performing the communication connection to the portable terminal 30 from the remote monitoring device 20, the presence of the user inside the car 11 can be confirmed, and the trapping can be safely recovered. Further, the waiting until the prescribed time elapses is because, sometimes, the power reset or the like is made by the building manager or the like who has occurred the trapping, and the trapping is recovered.
[0080] The remote monitoring system 1 of the elevator of the present embodiment is configured to, when the connection request is not received from the portable terminal 30 via the call registration application until the prescribed time elapses and the trapping continues, perform the communication connection to the portable terminal 30 stored in the call registration information in which the elevator information of the trapped information coincides with the elevator information of the call registration information. Therefore, even in the case where the user is in confusion and thus cannot make the connection request, the communication connection to the user inside the car 11 in which the trapping occurred can be actively made from the remote monitoring device 20, the situation of the trapping occurrence can be confirmed, and the remote rescue can be performed.
[0081] <Third Embodiment>
[0082] The state transition diagram of the third embodiment is explained by Figure 9 The present embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments in that the user of the elevator does not make the call registration. Therefore, the remote monitoring device 20 does not have the call registration information coinciding with the elevator information of the trapped information, and thus cannot determine whether there is a user inside the car 11 in which the trapping occurred.
[0083] In the present embodiment, the following actions are also the same as in the first and second embodiments: the monitoring device 14 detects a trapped failure (T6), in the case where the trapped failure can be remotely rescued, transmits a trapped notification to the remote monitoring device 20 (T7), and the remote monitoring device 20 stores the trapped information (T8).
[0084] The user inside the car 11 in which a trapped has occurred can read the two-dimensional code 17 provided inside the car 11 through the call registration application installed in the portable terminal 30, and make a connection request to the remote monitoring device 20 through the connection information stored in the two-dimensional code 17 (T200, T201).
[0085] The two-dimensional code 17 in the present embodiment stores connection information for making a connection request from the call registration application to the remote monitoring device 20. It is preferable that the connection request include elevator information in which the two-dimensional code 17 is provided, that is, information of the building in which the car 11 is provided and the car 11. For example, in the case where the connection request is made through the two-dimensional code 17, it is considered that the communication header includes the information of the building and the car 11, but is not limited thereto. It can also be configured such that the two-dimensional code 17 includes different telephone number information for each building and car 11 in which the two-dimensional code 17 is provided, and the elevator information can be determined by receiving the telephone number.
[0086] The remote monitoring device 20 that receives the connection request based on the two-dimensional code 17 (T201) acquires elevator information in which the two-dimensional code 17 is provided.
[0087] Next, the remote monitoring device 20 collates the elevator information obtained through the connection request based on the two-dimensional code 17 with the elevator information of the trapped information, and confirms whether a trapped has occurred (T202). The confirmation of whether a trapped has occurred is because a connection request is sometimes made by mistakenly reading the two-dimensional code 17 of the car 11 in which a trapped has not occurred.
[0088] In the case where it is confirmed that a trapped has occurred with respect to the elevator information obtained through the connection request based on the two-dimensional code 17, the remote monitoring device 20 establishes a communication connection with the portable terminal 30 in which the connection request is made (T12). Since the state transitions (T13 to T18) thereafter are the same as in the first and second embodiments, the description thereof is omitted.
[0089] The remote monitoring system 1 of the elevator of the present embodiment is configured to be able to make a connection request from the call registration application of the portable terminal 30 that has not made a call registration through the two-dimensional code 17 displayed inside the car 11. Therefore, it is possible to acquire elevator information in which the car 11 is provided through the connection request based on the two-dimensional code 17, and it is possible to determine whether the portable terminal 30 is at a place where a trapped has occurred by collating with the trapped information.
[0090] As explained above, according to the present application, it is possible to construct a remote monitoring system capable of remote rescue in case of being trapped, for an elevator device of which a camera and a camera image communication device are not provided, using a camera function of a portable terminal of an elevator user.
[0091] In addition, the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments and modified examples thereof, and various changes and improvements can of course be made within the scope of the matters recited in the claims of the present application.
