Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of household appliances, and particularly to a steam oven. Background Art
[0002] A steam oven is a cooking device that can simultaneously achieve steaming and baking functions. In the steaming mode, a small amount of exhaust is required to cook food with steam. In the baking mode, rapid exhaust is needed to cook food crispy. Ideal air humidity is very important for the cooking effect of food, and different foods and different cooking functions have different requirements for humidity. When using the baking mode, the overall airtightness of the inner cavity is relatively good, which often leads to a relatively high air humidity in the inner cavity during the baking process, and the steam is not easily discharged, thus affecting the baking effect of some foods that have certain requirements for moisture removal. When using the steaming mode, it is desired that the inner cavity maintains good airtightness, and sufficient steam in the inner cavity can quickly steam the food.
[0003] A steam oven often needs to simultaneously meet the exhaust requirements in both steaming and baking cooking modes. However, due to the structural limitations of existing steam oven integrated machines, the exhaust ports of existing steam ovens generally have only one and the size of the exhaust port is often fixed and unchangeable, and it is impossible to adjust the size of the exhaust outlet according to the steaming and baking modes, making it difficult to simultaneously meet the exhaust requirements in both cooking modes.
[0004] Therefore, how to meet the exhaust requirements of a steam oven in two cooking modes has become an urgent technical problem to be solved. Summary of the Invention
[0005] The present application provides a steam oven for solving the problem that the existing steam oven cannot meet the exhaust requirements in multiple cooking modes.
[0006] The present application provides a steam oven, including: a box body, an inner cavity, and an exhaust assembly. The inner cavity is arranged in the box body, a containing chamber is defined in the inner cavity, and a first channel and a second channel communicating with the containing chamber are opened on the inner cavity;
[0007] The exhaust assembly is arranged in the box body and includes: a fan and a seal, communicating with the second channel for discharging the steam in the containing chamber along the second channel; a seal for closing or opening the second channel.
[0008] According to the above technical means, when the steam oven is in the steaming mode, the steam generating assembly can generate steam to fill the entire inner cavity and cook food with the steam. It can be understood that a small amount of exhaust is still required in the steaming mode to maintain the stability of the air pressure in the inner cavity. In this way, the excess water vapor can be discharged through the first channel, and the condensation device communicating with the first channel can condense the passing water vapor. In this way, it is possible to avoid a large amount of water vapor being discharged from the steam oven and affecting the user experience.
[0009] It is understandable that when the steam oven is in the baking mode, the water vapor in the inner tank needs to be quickly discharged to prevent the water vapor from entering the food and affecting the taste of the food. When the steam oven provided by the present application is in the baking mode, the seal can be controlled to open the second channel and start the fan. The gas in the inner tank is discharged along the second channel under the action of the fan. A large amount of water vapor in the inner tank is discharged, resulting in a negative pressure in the inner tank. The external air is sucked into the inner tank from the first channel under the action of the negative pressure. In this way, a gas circulation is formed in the inner tank, which quickly reduces the water vapor content in the inner tank, ensuring that the baked food is crispier.
[0010] In this way, the steam oven provided in the present application can not only meet the exhaust requirements of the steam oven in two cooking modes, but also bake the food more crispy.
[0011] In some embodiments of the present application, the sealing member includes: a first driving member, a sealing pad and a first cavity, a sealing cavity is provided in the first cavity, and a first opening and a second opening communicating with the sealing cavity are provided on the first cavity, the first opening is communicated with the second channel, and the second opening is communicated with the fan. The sealing pad is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is transmission-connected with the first driving member, and the sealing pad can move between a first position and a second position under the action of the first driving member; when the sealing pad is in the first position, the sealing pad closes the second opening; when the sealing pad is in the second position, there is a gap between the sealing pad and the second opening.
[0012] The present application can control the position of the sealing member by controlling the driving member, thereby achieving opening or blocking of the second channel.
[0013] In some embodiments of the present application, the fan includes: a second cavity and multiple impellers, a wind cavity is arranged in the second cavity, a first air inlet and a first air outlet are opened on the second cavity, and the first air inlet is connected to the second opening; multiple impellers are rotatably arranged in the wind cavity.
[0014] In this way, multiple impellers rotate in the second cavity, which can drive the gas in the second cavity to flow rapidly. The air in the inner tank can enter from the first air inlet through the first channel, and then be accelerated by the impeller and discharged from the first air outlet, thereby speeding up the exhaust rate of the steam oven.
[0015] In some embodiments of the present application, the steam oven also includes a condensing device, which is arranged in the box body and connected to the first channel. The condensing device is used to condense the steam passing through. The condensing device includes: a third cavity, a heat exchange channel is opened in the third cavity, and a first inlet and a first outlet connected to the heat exchange channel are also opened on the third cavity, the first inlet is connected to the first channel, and the first outlet is connected to the external air.
[0016] In this way, the water vapor in the inner container can enter the heat exchange channel through the first inlet of the condensation device via the first channel. Since the temperature of the water vapor is relatively high while the temperature of the inner wall surface of the heat exchange channel is relatively low, when the water vapor contacts the inner wall surface of the heat exchange channel, the water vapor is condensed into liquid water droplets upon cooling, thereby avoiding a large amount of high-temperature water vapor being discharged from the steam oven and affecting the user experience.
[0017] In some embodiments of the present application, the steam oven further includes a wind guiding member and a second outlet. The wind guiding member is provided with a wind channel, and the wind guiding member is further provided with a second air outlet and a second air inlet that communicate with the wind channel. The second air inlet communicates with the first air outlet of the fan; a second outlet communicating with the external air is provided on the box body, and the second air outlet communicates with the second outlet.
[0018] In this way, the water vapor in the inner container can enter the wind channel of the wind guiding member via the fan, that is, the water vapor enters from the second air inlet, exits from the second air outlet, and then exits the box body from the second outlet. Thus, the water vapor in the inner container is orderly discharged from the second air outlet of the wind guiding member to the external air, avoiding the escape of the water vapor in the box body and affecting the user experience.
[0019] In some embodiments of the present application, a water blocking strip is further included in the wind guiding member. The water blocking strip is arranged in the wind channel and is close to the second air outlet. The water blocking strip is used to prevent the condensed water in the wind channel from flowing out from the second air outlet.
[0020] It can be understood that the wind guiding member communicates with the external air, and the temperature of the wind guiding member is much lower than the temperature of the water vapor. Thus, when the water vapor is discharged through the wind channel, part of the water vapor will be condensed in the wind channel. In this way, the water blocking strip can prevent the condensed water in the wind channel from flowing from the second air outlet to the outside of the steam oven box body, improving the user experience effect.
[0021] In some embodiments of the present application, the fan further includes a third air inlet communicating with the external air, and the condensation device is arranged in the wind channel.
[0022] In this way, when the sealing gasket closes the second channel, the fan can still operate, that is, the fan can intake air through the third air inlet and then discharge it into the wind channel from the first air outlet of the fan. This can not only accelerate the discharge of the water vapor discharged from the condensation device from the wind channel, but also reduce the temperature of the condensation device and increase the condensation efficiency of the condensation device.
[0023] In some embodiments of the present application, the condensation device further includes: a wind deflector, which is disposed in the third cavity, and is arranged between the first inlet and the first outlet of the condensation device to divide the third cavity into a first condensation cavity and a second condensation cavity. The wind deflector is provided with a first ventilation hole, and the first ventilation hole communicates the first condensation cavity and the second condensation cavity. The first inlet is disposed on one side of the first condensation cavity away from the first ventilation hole, and the first outlet is disposed on one side of the second condensation cavity away from the first ventilation hole.
[0024] In this way, the water vapor discharged from the first channel enters the first condensation cavity through the first inlet of the condensation device. The first condensation cavity condenses part of the water vapor, and the other water vapor enters the second condensation cavity through the first ventilation hole. The second condensation cavity can also condense part of the water vapor. That is to say, by setting the wind deflector in the present application, the moving distance of the water vapor in the third cavity is extended, so as to improve the utilization rate of the third cavity, and further improve the condensation efficiency of the condensation device.
[0025] In some embodiments of the present application, the wind deflector further includes a second ventilation hole, which is disposed between the first ventilation hole and the first inlet, and the size of the second ventilation hole is smaller than that of the first ventilation hole.
[0026] In this way, the water vapor in the first condensation cavity can not only enter the second condensation cavity through the first ventilation hole, but also enter the second condensation cavity through the second ventilation hole. The water vapor passing through the second ventilation hole and the water vapor passing through the first ventilation hole form a convection in the second condensation cavity, thereby slowing down the flow rate of the water vapor in the third cavity. Since the size of the second ventilation hole is smaller than that of the first ventilation hole, such a setting can ensure that most of the water vapor passes through the first ventilation hole, which not only extends the moving distance of the water vapor in the third cavity, but also increases the retention time of the water vapor in the third cavity, and further improves the condensation efficiency of the condensation device. [0053] A steam oven is a cooking device that can simultaneously achieve steaming and baking functions. In the steaming mode, a small amount of exhaust is required to cook food with steam. In the baking mode, rapid exhaust is required to cook the food crispy. A steam oven often needs to take into account the exhaust requirements in both steaming and baking cooking modes at the same time. It is difficult for existing steam ovens to meet the exhaust requirements in both cooking modes at the same time.
[0054] Figure 1 Fig. shows a three-dimensional structure diagram of a steam oven 100 according to an embodiment of the present application.Figure 2 The internal three-dimensional structure diagram of a steam oven 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. Figure 3 The structural schematic diagram of a steam oven 100 according to an embodiment of the present application after removing the door is shown, as Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 3 and Figure 4 shown. The steam oven 100 includes a box body 00, an inner container 10, a steam generating assembly 20, an exhaust assembly 30, and a condensation device 40. The inner container 10 is arranged inside the box body 00. A containing chamber 11 is defined inside the inner container 10, and a first channel 31 and a second channel 32 communicating with the containing chamber 11 are opened on the inner container 10.
[0055] Among them, the steam oven 100 may include: a first pipeline 311 and a second pipeline 321. One ends of the first pipeline 311 and the second pipeline 321 are both communicated with the containing chamber 11 inside the inner container 10. The materials of the first pipeline 311 and the second pipeline 321 may be the same or different, and the present application does not limit this.
[0056] Optionally, the materials of the first pipeline 311 and the second pipeline 321 may be metal materials. For example, the metal materials may be metals such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and zinc-containing steel. In this way, the pipeline (i.e., the first pipeline or the second pipeline) has a certain strength, which can reduce the deformation of the pipeline when it collides with other objects and improve the service life of the pipeline.
[0057] Optionally, the materials of the first pipeline 311 and the second pipeline 321 may also be plastic products. For example, the plastic products may be acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic, high impact polystyrene (HIPS), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET), etc. In this way, the pipeline can be integrally formed by an injection molding process through a mold, improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.
[0058] In a possible structural design, as Figure 2 shown, a first through hole 312 communicating with the containing chamber 11 is opened on the side wall of the inner container 10 close to the bottom wall, and a second through hole 322 communicating with the containing chamber 11 is opened on the top wall of the inner container 10. The first through hole 312 is communicated with the first end of the first pipeline 311 to form a first channel 31, and the second through hole 322 is communicated with the first end of the second pipeline 321 to form a second channel 32.
[0059] In this way, when the seal 34 opens the second channel 32, the blower 33 quickly discharges the water vapor in the inner container 10 through the second through-hole out of the box body 00, creating a negative pressure in the inner container 10. At the same time, a large amount of external air is sucked into the inner container 10 from the first through-hole 312, thus forming an air circulation.
[0060] Since the second through-hole 322 is provided on the top wall of the inner container 10 and the first through-hole is provided on the side wall of the inner container 10 close to the bottom wall, in this way, the second through-hole 322 is far away from the first through-hole 312, so as to ensure that the air circulation in the inner container 10 fully contacts the food, and then take away the moisture in the food, ensuring that the food made by the steam oven is more crispy.
[0061] Figure 4 The structure diagram of the inner container 10 of a steam oven provided by an embodiment of the present application is shown. As Figure 4 and Figure 5 shown, a first placement hole 04 is provided on the outer wall surface of the box body 00, and a second placement hole 12 communicating with the accommodation compartment 11 is oppositely provided on the inner container 10. The first placement hole 04 communicates with the second placement hole 12. In this way, the user can take out or place the food ingredients from or in the accommodation compartment 11 through the first placement hole 04 and the second placement hole 12.
[0062] It can be understood that the box body 00 may further include: a box door 03 and a control panel 02. The box door 03 is provided at the first placement hole 04 on the outer wall surface. The box door 03 is used to open or close the first placement hole 04 and the second placement hole 12 to prevent the heat in the accommodation compartment 11 from escaping.
[0063] Optionally, as Figure 5 shown, the control panel 02 may be provided above the box door 03, and the control panel 02 is connected to the outer wall surface of the box body 00. Among them, the control panel 02 is used to realize human-computer interaction. Exemplarily, the user can control the start, stop, and operation mode (for example, steaming mode and baking mode) of the steam oven through the control panel 02.
[0064] Optionally, the control panel 02 may also be provided on the left or right side of the box door 03, and the present application does not limit this.
[0065] In addition, the inner container 10 is used to cook the required food, and the inner container 10 has a certain pressure resistance and can cook food under high pressure.
[0066] Exemplarily, the material of the inner container 10 may be selected from enamel or stainless steel, etc., and the present application does not limit this.
[0067] Another example is Figure 2As shown, the steam generating assembly 20 is disposed within the box body. The steam generating assembly 20 is used to generate steam for delivery into the accommodation chamber 11.
[0068] In a possible structural design, as Figure 2 shown, the steam generating assembly 20 may include a water box 21, a heating device 22, a first pipeline 23, and a second pipeline 24. A first steam outlet and a first water inlet are formed in the water box 21. The heating device 22 is disposed at the bottom of the water box 21 and is used to heat the water in the water box 21 to generate water vapor. The first water inlet is communicated with an external water source through the first pipeline 23, and the first steam outlet is communicated with the accommodation chamber 11 within the inner container 10 through the second pipeline 24. Thus, the water vapor in the water box 21 can enter the inner container 10 through the second pipeline 24 to heat the food within the inner container 10.
[0069] In another possible structural design, the steam generating assembly 20 may include: a water tank, an evaporator, a first water pump, a third pipeline, and a fourth pipeline. The water tank is used to store water. A second water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the water tank. The second water inlet is used to communicate with an external water source to facilitate water delivery into the water tank.
[0070] The evaporator includes: an evaporation chamber, a heating pipe, a third water inlet communicated with the evaporation chamber, and a second steam outlet. The heating pipe is disposed at the bottom of the evaporation chamber and is used to heat and evaporate the water in the evaporation chamber to form water vapor. The third water inlet is communicated with the second water inlet through the third pipeline. The first water pump is disposed on the third pipeline and is used to deliver the water in the water tank into the evaporation chamber. The second steam outlet is communicated with the accommodation chamber 11 within the inner container 10 through the fourth pipeline. Thus, the water vapor in the evaporator can enter the inner container 10 through the fourth pipeline to heat the food within the inner container 10.
[0071] To prevent the heating pipe from continuously dry burning after the water in the evaporator is exhausted, resulting in a reduced service life of the evaporator, in a possible structural design, the steam generating assembly 20 may further include: a water level detection device. The water level detection device is used to detect the water level in the evaporation chamber so that when the water level in the evaporation chamber is lower than a preset scale, the first water pump is started to deliver water into the evaporation chamber.
[0072] In some embodiments, the steam oven 100 may further include: a heating element. The heating element may be disposed within the inner container 10 and on the bottom wall and / or side wall of the inner container 10. The heating element is used to emit thermal radiation to bake food. Exemplarily, the heating element may be a heating coil, etc., and the present application does not limit this.
[0073] Another example is Figure 2As shown, the exhaust assembly 30 is disposed within the cabinet 00, and the exhaust assembly 30 is fixedly connected to the inner container 10. The exhaust assembly 30 may further include: a blower 33 and a seal 34. The blower 33 is disposed outside the inner container 10 and is in communication with the second passage 32 for discharging the water vapor in the accommodation chamber 11 along the second passage 32. The seal 34 is used to close or open the second passage 32.
[0074] Exemplarily, the blower 33 may be a centrifugal blower 33. The centrifugal blower 33 has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and relatively high air pressure. Thus, the centrifugal blower 33 can quickly discharge the water vapor in the inner container 10, improving the exhaust effect of the steam oven 100.
[0075] Exemplarily, the blower 33 may also be an axial flow blower, an inclined flow blower or a cross flow blower, etc. The present application does not limit this.
[0076] In addition, the condensation device 40 is disposed within the cabinet 00 and is in communication with the first passage 31. The condensation device 40 is used to condense the passing water vapor into condensed water, which can prevent a large amount of water vapor in the steam oven 100 from being discharged, affecting the user experience.
[0077] Figure 6 The gas flow diagram in the steaming mode of a steam oven 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. Among them, Figure 6 the direction pointed by the arrow is the gas flow direction. As Figure 6 shown, when the steam oven 100 is in the steaming mode, the steam generating assembly 20 can generate steam to fill the entire inner container 10, and the steam is used to cook the food. It can be understood that in the steaming mode, a small amount of exhaust is still required to maintain the stability of the air pressure in the inner container 10. Thus, the excess gas can be discharged through the first passage 31, and the condensation device 40 in communication with the first passage 31 can condense the passing gas. Thus, it can prevent a large amount of gas in the steam oven 100 from being discharged, affecting the user experience.
[0078] Figure 7 The gas flow diagram in the baking mode of a steam oven 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, Figure 7 and the direction pointed by the arrow in Figure 7As shown, when the steam oven 100 provided by the present application is in the baking mode, the seal 34 can be controlled to open the second channel 32, and the blower 33 is started. The gas in the inner container 10 is discharged along the second channel 32 under the action of the blower 33. The large amount of gas discharged from the inner container 10 causes a negative pressure to be formed in the inner container 10, and the external air is sucked into the inner container 10 from the first channel 31 under the action of the negative pressure. In this way, a gas circulation is formed in the inner container 10, so that the gas content in the inner container 10 is rapidly reduced, ensuring that the baked food is more crispy.
[0079] In this way, the steam oven 100 provided by the present application can not only meet the exhaust requirements of the steam oven 100 in two cooking modes, but also bake the food more crispy, improving the user experience.
[0080] Figure 8 The top view of the exhaust assembly 30 is shown. Figure 9 Shown is Figure 8 The cross-sectional view at the A-A position. Figure 10 The internal side view of the exhaust assembly 30 is shown. In some embodiments, the seal 34 can be disposed at the second end of the second pipe 321, that is, the seal 34 communicates with the second end of the second pipe 321 to close or open the second channel 32.
[0081] As Figure 9 、 Figure 10 and Figure 11 Shown, the seal 34 includes: a first driving member 341, a sealing gasket 342 and a first cavity 343.
[0082] Wherein, a sealing cavity 344 is formed in the first cavity 343, and a first opening 3431 and a second opening 3432 communicating with the sealing cavity 344 are formed on the first cavity 343. The first opening 3431 communicates with the second channel 32, and the second opening 3432 communicates with the blower 33. The sealing gasket 342 is disposed in the sealing cavity 344, and the sealing gasket 342 is in transmission connection with the first driving member 341. The sealing gasket 342 can move between a first position and a second position under the action of the first driving member 341.
[0083] In a possible structural design, when the sealing gasket 342 is in the first position, the sealing gasket 342 closes the second opening 3432; when the sealing gasket 342 is in the second position, there is a gap between the sealing gasket 342 and the second opening 3432.
[0084] In another possible structural design, when the sealing gasket is in the first position, the sealing gasket 342 closes the first opening 3431, and when the sealing gasket 342 is in the second position, there is a gap between the sealing gasket 342 and the first opening.
[0085] Optionally, the first driving member 341 may be a linear motor. Exemplarily, the first driving member 341 may be a wax motor.
[0086] Optionally, the first driving member 341 may also be a hydraulic pump, which may include: a push rod moving linearly, and the push rod can push the gasket 342 to move, so that the gasket 342 reciprocates between a first position and a second position.
[0087] Wherein, the first driving member 341 may be electrically connected to the control panel 02. Since the first driving member 341 can provide power for the seal 34 to close or open the second channel 32, the user can control the first driving member 341 to start or stop through the control panel 02, so as to control the gasket 342 to open or seal the second channel 32.
[0088] In this way, the present application can control the first driving member 341 through the control panel 02, thereby controlling the seal 34. When appropriate steam is needed to steam the food in the inner container 10, the seal 34 can be controlled to close the second channel 32. When the inner container 10 needs to exhaust quickly, the seal 34 can be controlled to open the second channel 32, so as to quickly exhaust the gas in the accommodation chamber 11 under the action of the fan.
[0089] In addition, in the present application, the gasket 342 is arranged in the first cavity 343. In this way, the gasket 342 can block the first opening 3431 or the second opening 3432 communicating with the sealing cavity 344, so as to realize the closing of the second channel 32. The cooperation between the gasket 342 and the first cavity 343 for blocking is relatively stable, thereby increasing the service life of the seal 34.
[0090] In some other embodiments, the seal 34 may be arranged on the second pipe 321. The seal 34 may include: a second driving member and a sealing plug. A third through hole communicating with the second channel 32 is formed on the second pipe 321, the sealing plug is arranged in the third through hole, and the sealing plug can block the second channel in the second pipe. The second driving member is used to drive the sealing plug to move, so that the sealing plug moves between a third position and a fourth position. When the sealing plug is in the third position, the sealing plug blocks the second channel. When the sealing plug is in the fourth position, the second channel can be normally ventilated.
[0091] In this way, the purpose of closing or opening the second channel 32 can be achieved without setting the sealing cavity 344. The structure of the seal 34 is simple, which reduces the production cost of the steam oven 100.
[0092] In some embodiments, such as Figure 9 and Figure 12As shown, the fan 33 includes: a second cavity 331 and a plurality of impellers 332. The second cavity 331 is provided with an air cavity. The second cavity 331 is provided with a first air inlet 3311 and a first air outlet 3312. The first air inlet 3311 is connected to the second opening 3432. The plurality of impellers 332 are rotatably arranged in the air cavity.
[0093] Figure 13 The internal structure diagram of the fan 33 of the embodiment of the present application is shown. It can be understood that the fan 33 can also include: a third driving member 333, and the third driving member 333 is electrically connected to the control panel 02 of the steam oven 100. A plurality of impellers 332 are transmission-connected to the third driving member 333, so that the user can control the fan 33 through the control panel 02.
[0094] In this way, when the user starts the fan 33 through the control panel 02, the third driving member 333 drives the multiple impellers 332 to rotate in the second cavity 331, and the impellers 332 can discharge the gas in the air cavity. In this way, the air cavity is in a negative pressure state, and the gas in the accommodation chamber 11 is accelerated to flow into the air cavity through the second channel 32, thereby improving the exhaust rate of the steam oven 100.
[0095] When the steam oven 100 is in the baking mode, the fan 33 can quickly discharge the water vapor in the inner pot 10 to prevent the water vapor from entering the food, making the food crispier. When the steam oven 100 is in the steaming mode, the water vapor in the inner pot 10 can be pre-discharged before the cooking is finished, to avoid the steam blowing on the face when the steam oven 100 is opened after cooking, causing burns or fogging of glasses, which affects the user experience.
[0096] In one possible implementation, Figure 9 and Figure 12 As shown, the fan 33 may further include: a guide member 3313. The guide member 3313 is disposed in the second cavity 331, and the guide member 3313 may be disposed in a circular ring structure around the drive shaft of the third drive member 333, and the guide member 3313 is located between the drive shaft of the third drive member 333 and the impeller 332.
[0097] In this way, the gas entering the wind cavity will rebound to the side wall of the second cavity after encountering the guide member 3313, thereby forming a gas flow channel between the guide member 3313 and the side wall of the second cavity. The gas flow channel can guide the wind flow in the wind cavity to be discharged from the first air outlet 3312, thereby reducing turbulence in the fan 33 and improving the exhaust rate of the fan 33.
[0098] In some embodiments of the present application, Figure 14 and Figure 15As shown, the steam oven 100 further includes a condensation device 40. The condensation device 40 is disposed inside the oven cavity and is in communication with the first channel 31. The condensation device 40 is used for condensing the passing steam. The condensation device 40 includes a third cavity 41. A heat exchange channel 42 is formed in the third cavity 41. A first inlet 43 and a first outlet 44 that are in communication with the heat exchange channel 42 are further formed on the third cavity 41. The first inlet 43 is in communication with the first channel 31.
[0099] In this way, the water vapor in the inner container 10 can enter the condensation device 40 through the first channel 31, enter the heat exchange channel 42 through the first inlet 43 of the condensation device 40. The heat exchange channel 42 can condense the water vapor, and a small amount of the remaining water vapor is discharged from the first outlet 44. This can avoid a large amount of water vapor being discharged, causing problems such as scalding or fogging of glasses, which affects the user experience.
[0100] In a possible implementation manner, one side of the third cavity 41 close to the inner container 10 can be provided as a condensation plate 411, and the first inlet 43 is formed on the condensation plate 411.
[0101] The material of the condensation plate 411 can be a metal material with good thermal conductivity. Exemplarily, the metal material can be aluminum, copper, etc. The present application does not limit this.
[0102] In this way, the water vapor in the inner container 10 can enter the condensation device 40 through the first channel 31, enter the heat exchange channel 42 through the first inlet 43 of the condensation device 40. The condensation plate 411 can condense the passing water vapor, and the condensed water can flow back into the inner container 10 through the first channel 31. Such a setting can not only increase the moisture in the inner container 10, but also avoid a large amount of condensed water accumulating in the condensation device 40.
[0103] In a possible implementation manner, as Figure 16 shown, the above-mentioned condensation device 40 can be provided with a plurality of first outlets 44, and the plurality of first outlets 44 can be evenly spaced on the side wall of the third cavity 41 away from the exhaust assembly 30.
[0104] In this way, the uncondensed water vapor in the condensation device 40 can be evenly discharged from the plurality of first outlets 44. Discharging the water vapor dispersedly can avoid the temperature of the exhaust component being too high due to the concentration of water vapor, and can also increase the contact area between the water vapor and the external space. Since the temperature of the external space is relatively low, part of the water vapor can be condensed when it meets the cold, avoiding a large amount of water vapor being discharged, causing problems such as scalding or fogging of glasses, which affects the user experience.
[0105] In some embodiments, as Figure 17As shown in the figure, the condensation device 40 further includes: a wind deflector 45, which is disposed in the third cavity 41. The wind deflector 45 is disposed between the first inlet 43 and the first outlet 44 of the condensation device 40 to divide the third cavity 41 into a first condensation cavity 46 and a second condensation cavity 47. The wind deflector 45 is provided with a first ventilation hole 48, and the first ventilation hole 48 communicates the first condensation cavity 46 and the second condensation cavity 47. The first inlet 43 is disposed on a side of the first condensation cavity 46 away from the first ventilation hole 48, and the first outlet 44 is disposed on a side of the second condensation cavity 47 away from the first ventilation hole 48.
[0106] In this way, the water vapor discharged from the first channel 31 enters the first condensation cavity 46 from the first inlet 43 of the condensation device 40. The first condensation cavity 46 condenses part of the water vapor, and the other water vapor enters the second condensation cavity 47 through the first ventilation hole 48. The second condensation cavity 47 can condense part of the water vapor, and the remaining small amount of water vapor is then discharged from the condensation device 40 through the first outlet 44.
[0107] It can be seen that the wind deflector 45 is provided in the condensation device 40 to extend the moving distance of the water vapor in the third cavity 41, increase the utilization rate of the condensation cavity in the condensation device 40, and improve the condensation efficiency of the condensation device 40.
[0108] In some embodiments, the wind deflector 45 may further include a second ventilation hole 49, which is disposed between the first ventilation hole 48 and the first inlet 43, and the size of the second ventilation hole 49 is smaller than the size of the first ventilation hole 48.
[0109] In this way, the water vapor in the first condensation cavity 46 can enter the second condensation cavity 47 not only through the first ventilation hole 48 but also through the second ventilation hole 49. The water vapor passing through the second ventilation hole 49 and the water vapor passing through the first ventilation hole 48 form a convection in the second condensation cavity 47, thereby slowing down the flow rate of the water vapor in the third cavity 41. Also, because the size of the second ventilation hole 49 is smaller than the size of the first ventilation hole 48, such a setting can ensure that most of the water vapor passes through the first ventilation hole 48, which not only extends the moving distance of the water vapor in the third cavity 41 but also increases the retention time of the water vapor in the third cavity 41, and further improves the condensation efficiency of the condensation device.
[0110] In some embodiments, as Figure 1 、 Figure 5 and Figure 18 shown, the steam oven 100 further includes a wind guiding member 50. The wind guiding member 50 is provided with a wind channel. The wind guiding member 50 is further provided with a second air outlet 52 and a second air inlet 51 that communicate with the wind channel. The box body 00 is provided with a second outlet 01 that communicates with the external air, and the second air outlet 52 communicates with the second outlet 01.
[0111] The second air inlet 51 of the air guiding member 50 is communicated with the first air outlet 3312 of the blower 33, and the second air outlet 52 of the air guiding member 50 is communicated with the second outlet 01.
[0112] Exemplarily, as Figure 5 shown, the second outlet 01 can be arranged in the gap between the control panel 02 and the door 03.
[0113] In this way, when the steam oven 100 needs to exhaust quickly, the water vapor in the inner container 10 can enter the blower 33 through the second channel, be accelerated by the blower 33 and then enter the air guiding member 50. The water vapor enters from the second air inlet 51 and is discharged from the second air outlet 52. The air guiding member 50 can enable the water vapor to be discharged from the steam oven 100 in an orderly manner, avoiding the random dispersion of the water vapor into the external space and affecting the user experience.
[0114] In a possible implementation manner, as Figure 18 shown, the above-mentioned air guiding member 50 can be arranged in a horn shape that gradually increases from the second air inlet 51 to the second air outlet 52.
[0115] In this way, the contact area between the water vapor and the air guiding member 50 can be increased. Since the temperature of the air guiding member 50 is much lower than the temperature in the inner container 10, when the water vapor is discharged from the inner container 10 and passes through the air guiding member 50, part of the water vapor can condense in the air guiding member 50, increasing the contact area between the water vapor and the air guiding member 50, enabling more water vapor to condense in the air guiding member 50, thereby reducing the water vapor discharged into the external space and improving the user experience.
[0116] In some embodiments, again as Figure 18 shown, the air guiding member 50 further includes a water blocking strip 53. The water blocking strip 53 is arranged in the air duct and is close to the second air outlet 52. The water blocking strip is used to prevent the condensed water in the air duct from flowing out from the second air outlet 52.
[0117] In this way, the water blocking strip 53 can prevent the condensed water in the air guiding member 50 from flowing to the external space of the steam oven 100 and improve the user experience.
[0118] In some embodiments, as Figure 19 and Figure 20 shown, the blower 33 further includes a third air inlet 334, and the condensation device 40 is arranged in the air duct.
[0119] In this way, when the seal 34 closes the second channel 32, external air enters the blower 33 through the third air inlet 334, and is then discharged into the air duct from the first air outlet 3312 of the blower 33. Since the condensation device 40 is arranged in the air duct, such an arrangement can not only accelerate the discharge of the water vapor discharged from the condensation device 40 from the steam oven 100, but also reduce the temperature of the condensation plate 411 in the condensation device 40 and improve the condensation efficiency of the condensation device 40.
[0120] In a possible implementation manner, the third air inlet 334 can be arranged on a side wall surface of the second cavity 331 close to the third driving member 333. The axis of the third air inlet 334 is coaxially arranged with the driving shaft of the third driving member 333, and the radial dimension of the third air inlet 334 is larger than the radial dimension of the driving shaft. The driving shaft of the third driving member 333 extends into the second cavity 331 through the third air inlet 334 and is rotationally connected to the impeller 332.
[0121] In this way, external air can enter the air cavity through the gap between the second cavity 331 and the driving shaft of the third driving member 333. Then, when the seal 34 closes the second channel 32, the blower 33 can still intake air through the gap between the second cavity 331 and the driving shaft of the third driving member 333, ensuring that the blower 33 can work properly.
[0122] The above is only the specific implementation manner of the present application, but the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereto. Any change or replacement within the technical scope disclosed in the present application should be covered by the protection scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application should be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
