Synchronous lossless conveying device for feeding and discharging of cylindrical batteries

Abstract

The invention discloses a feeding and discharging synchronous lossless conveying device for cylindrical batteries. The feeding and discharging synchronous lossless conveying device comprises a feeding synchronous line assembly used for automatically conveying the batteries and a feeding synchronous clamping jaw assembly used for clamping and placing the batteries. The extending direction of the conveying direction of the feeding synchronous line assembly is defined as the front-back side direction, and the direction horizontally perpendicular to the front-back side direction is defined as the left-right side direction. The feeding synchronous clamping jaw assembly is arranged on one of the left side and the right side of the feeding synchronous line assembly. The feeding synchronous clamping jaw assembly comprises a module, a sliding block, a clamping jaw moving mounting plate and a pneumatic clamping jaw assembly, the clamping jaw moving mounting plate is arranged on one side of the feeding synchronous line assembly, and the module is obliquely arranged on the clamping jaw moving mounting plate through the sliding block and used for driving the clamping jaw moving mounting plate to move; the pneumatic clamping jaw assembly is mounted on the clamping jaw moving mounting plate; the pneumatic clamping jaw assembly is used for clamping the batteries placed on the feeding synchronous line assembly or placing the batteries on the feeding synchronous line assembly.
