Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of outdoor sport fabrics, and specifically to a wool-cashmere blended lightweight outdoor sport fabric and a preparation method thereof. Background Art
[0002] With the improvement of the quality of life and the increase of work pressure, outdoor sports are favored by more and more people. The demand for outdoor sportswear is also increasing. Long-term outdoor sports can cause the skin to turn black or even become inflamed under the irradiation of ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the fabric of outdoor sportswear should have the function of preventing ultraviolet rays. In addition, outdoor sports generate a large amount of heat and a lot of sweat evaporation, requiring the fabric of outdoor sportswear to have good air permeability and moisture permeability, and at the same time, it should also have a certain waterproof performance to cope with rainy and foggy weather.
[0003] In outdoor sports, the wearer needs the fabric to provide sufficient protection and functionality without affecting the flexibility and comfort of movement due to being too heavy. Lightweight fabrics can reduce the burden during exercise and improve exercise efficiency. Especially in some projects that require long-term exercise, such as hiking, mountain climbing, cycling, etc., the advantages of lightweight fabrics are more obvious. At the same time, lightweight fabrics are also more convenient to carry and store, meeting the development trend of lightweight outdoor sport equipment.
[0004] Most of the lightweight outdoor sport fabrics on the market are mainly made of chemical fibers. Although these fabrics perform well in aspects such as waterproofing, windproofing, and quick drying, they are inferior to wool-cashmere blended fabrics in terms of softness, comfort, and natural texture. While traditional wool-cashmere fabrics have good comfort and warmth retention, they are usually relatively heavy and not suitable for outdoor sports. Summary of the Invention
[0005] Aiming at the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a wool-cashmere blended lightweight outdoor sport fabric and a preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of insufficient functionality and the difficulty in balancing skin-friendliness and wear resistance.
[0006] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention is realized through the following technical solutions: A wool-cashmere blended lightweight outdoor sport fabric is composed of a blend of 16.0um cashmere and 17.5um merino wool, and is spun using the woollen ring-spun high-count spinning process. The post-treatment is carried out through washing, shrinking, shearing, steaming, and undergoes C6 waterproof deep processing. The reverse side of the fabric is laminated with a three-in-one composite of 12um PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon tulle.
[0007] Preferably, the merino wool blend uses 6% cashmere and 94% wool, the fabric weight is 280 - 300 g / m, and the merino wool blended yarn count is 20 / 1*20 / 1.
[0008] Preferably, the Pu film has a single-film water pressure of GB / T4744>15000, a single-film moisture permeability of GB / T12704.2b>15000, and a grammage of 16±1 g / m².
[0009] Preferably, a method for preparing a wool and cashmere blended lightweight outdoor sports fabric comprises the following steps: S1: Raw material selection Select cashmere: 16.0μm, length 32 - 38mm Merino wool: 17.5μm, 70S high-count wool Auxiliary materials: C6 waterproofing agent, 12μm Pu high-permeability film, 20D nylon terylene; S2: Pretreatment Blending process: Blend cashmere and wool, spray 15% blending oil, control the regain rate at 15%, and stack for 24h; Shrink-proof treatment: Mildly treat wool with protease and maintain cashmere with light oil agent; S3: Dyeing process Loosen (top) → Dyeing → Dehydration → Drying; S4: Spinning process Blending → Carding → Spinning → Winding; S5: Weaving process Warping → Drawing-in → Weaving → Grey fabric inspection S6: Post-finishing process Raw repair → Sewing bags → Washing and shrinking combined → Drying wool → Finished repair → Shearing → Waterproof finishing → Decating → Inspection → Laminating → Inspection → Packaging and warehousing.
[0010] Preferably, in step S3, the loosen (top) pre-stretches the top to improve the fiber straightening degree, laying a foundation for subsequent dyeing uniformity. The dyeing uses dyes suitable for wool and cashmere blending, controlling the temperature, time, and pH value to ensure uniform color penetration. The dehydration → drying removes excess dye liquor by centrifugal dehydration and then dries it to a safe moisture content (about 8% - 10%) through hot air drying.
[0011] Preferably, in step S4, the blending mixes the dyed cashmere and wool in a ratio of 6:94, adds a small amount of blending oil, and fully mixes them through a blending machine. The carding (rough carding) uses a rough carding process to remove short fibers and impurities, form a web, and make it into roving, retaining the fiber fluffiness. The spinning spins the roving into high-count yarn (20 / 1) through a ring spinning frame, controlling the twist to balance strength and softness. The winding winds the yarn into cheese, removing yarn defects to ensure uniform yarn quality.
[0012] Preferably, in step S5, the warping arranges cheese yarns into a warp beam according to the designed number of yarns and length, and adjusts the tension uniformity. The denting threads the warp yarns through heddles and reeds to form a weaving shedding structure. The weaving adopts plain or twill weave, and the warp yarns and weft yarns are interwoven into grey cloth by a rapier loom or an air-jet loom, and the weaving density and speed are controlled to achieve the target gram weight. The grey cloth inspection checks the appearance defects of the grey cloth and rejects unqualified products.
[0013] Preferably, in step S6, the rough repairing manually or mechanically removes the coarse hairs and impurities on the surface of the grey cloth. The bag sewing stitches the edges of the grey cloth to prevent edge breakage during the washing and shrinking process. The combined washing and shrinking shrinks the fabric to a predetermined size through warm water washing and shrinking, enhancing the structural tightness and fluffiness. The drying by hot air dries it to a moisture content of less than 10%, and the temperature (≤80 °C) is controlled to avoid fiber damage. The final repairing trims the surface again to remove wool grains and improve the smoothness of the fabric. The shearing uses a shearing machine to trim the surface hairiness to make the suede delicate and uniform. The waterproof finishing uses a C6 waterproof agent (fluorine-containing compound) for padding or coating, and forms a waterproof film through baking (150 - 180 °C, 3 - 5 min), endowing the fabric with three-proof functions (waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof). The waterproof grade reaches level 3 after 10 dry cleanings. The decating is treated with high-temperature steam (100 - 120 °C, 5 - 10 min) to stabilize the fabric size and improve the smoothness and gloss of the hand feeling. The laminating laminates "12 μm PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon terylene" on the reverse side, and forms a three-in-one structure through hot melt adhesive bonding or high-frequency welding, enhancing the windproof, moisture-permeable, and waterproof properties. The inspection → packaging and warehousing: Finally, the appearance, gram weight, and functional indicators are detected. After passing the inspection, it is packaged in rolls.
[0014] The present invention provides a wool and cashmere blended lightweight outdoor sports fabric and a preparation method thereof, having the following beneficial effects: After adding waterproof additives and undergoing lamination finishing, the fabric of the present invention has multiple functions such as waterproof, oil-proof, stain-proof, windproof, warm-keeping, and moisture-permeable. Its waterproof performance can still reach level 3 after 10 dry cleanings. The hydrostatic pressure before washing is ≥5500 kPa, and ≥4500 kPa after 3 washes. The moisture permeability is 6143 [g / (m²・24h)], far exceeding that of general fabrics. It can keep the user dry in rainy and windy weather, timely discharge moisture when sweating during exercise, avoid the clothes from being stuffy, and improve the comfort and safety of outdoor wearing.
[0015] The fabric of the present invention selects wool and cashmere blending. The natural fiber component makes it have strong skin-friendly property. And without using lining cloth directly to make clothes, it still has good abrasion resistance, solving the contradiction that it is difficult to balance skin-friendliness and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for long-term close wearing and can withstand the friction test of the outdoor environment. Detailed implementation manners
[0016] To make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below. Apparently, the described embodiments are only a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. Embodiment
[0017] The embodiment of the present invention provides a lightweight outdoor sports fabric made of blended wool and cashmere, which is composed of 16.0um cashmere and 17.5um merino wool blended, and adopts the carded ring spinning high count spinning process. The post-treatment is carried out through washing, shrinking, shearing, steaming, and undergoes deep processing of C6 waterproofing. The back of the fabric is laminated with a three-in-one composite of 12um PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon tulle.
[0018] The merino wool blend uses 6% cashmere and 94% wool. The fabric weight is 290g / m, and the merino wool blended yarn count is 20 / 1*20 / 1.
[0019] The Pu film has a single-film water pressure of GB / T4744>15000, a single-film moisture permeability of GB / T12704.2b>15000, and a weight of 15g / m.
[0020] A preparation method of a lightweight outdoor sports fabric made of blended wool and cashmere includes the following steps: S1: Raw material selection Select cashmere: 16.0μm, length 32mm (suitable for high count spinning) Merino wool: 17.5μm, 70S high count wool (reducing pilling) Auxiliary materials: C6 waterproofing agent, 12μm PU high-transparency film, 20D nylon tulle; S2: Pretreatment Blending process: Blend cashmere and wool, spray 15% blending oil (containing 1% antistatic agent and 0.5% surfactant), control the moisture regain at 15%, and stack for 24h (increasing fiber cohesion and reducing static electricity); Shrinkage prevention treatment: Mild protease treatment of wool (reducing felting property), and light oil agent maintenance of cashmere (protecting fine fibers); S3: Dyeing process Loosen (top) → Dyeing → Dehydration → Drying; S4: Spinning process Blending → Carding → Spinning → Winding; S5: Weaving process Warping → Sleying → Weaving → Grey fabric inspection S6: Post-treatment process Raw repair → Sew the bag → Combined washing and shrinking → Dry the wool → Finish repair → Shear the wool → Waterproof finishing → Decatize → Inspect → Laminate → Inspect → Package and store in warehouse.
[0021] In step S3, the wool top is drawn to pre-stretch the wool top, improving the fiber straightness and laying the foundation for subsequent dyeing uniformity. The dyeing uses dyes suitable for wool and cashmere blends (such as acid dyes), controlling the temperature, time, and pH value to ensure uniform color penetration. Dehydration → Drying removes excess dye liquor by centrifugal dehydration and then dries it to a safe moisture content of 8% by hot air drying.
[0022] In step S4, blending mixes the dyed cashmere and wool in a ratio of 6:94, adds a small amount of blending oil (to improve fiber lubricity), and mixes them thoroughly through a blending machine. Carding (pre-carding) uses a pre-carding process to remove short fibers and impurities, form a web, and make roving, retaining the fiber fluffiness. For the 186H carding machine, the cylinder speed is 330 rpm, the licker-in is 720 rpm, the doffer is 10 rpm, the gauge is optimized (cylinder-doffer 5 thou), and the sliver count is 22.5 g / 5 m (ensuring fiber straightness). Spinning the roving into high-count yarn (20 / 1) through a ring spinning frame, controlling the twist to balance strength and softness, compact siro spinning, the gathering negative pressure is 3200 Pa, the roller holding distance is 45×66 mm, the twist coefficient is 430, and the single yarn count is 20 / 1 (balancing strength and lightness). Winding winds the fine yarn into cheese, removing yarn defects to ensure uniform yarn quality.
[0023] In step S5, warping arranges the cheese into a beam according to the designed number of ends and length, adjusts the tension uniformity. Denting threads the warp yarns into the heddle frame and reed to form a weaving shedding structure. Weaving uses a plain or twill weave, and interweaves the warp and weft yarns into grey cloth through a rapier loom or air-jet loom, controlling the weaving density and speed to achieve the target gram weight. For the rapier loom, low tension (180 - 200 N), low speed (300 rpm), warp and weft yarns 20 / 1×20 / 1, density controlled at 280×240 ends / 10 cm (lightweight and breathable). Grey cloth inspection checks for grey cloth appearance defects (such as broken yarns, floating picks), and rejects unqualified products.
[0024] In step S6, manually or mechanically remove the coarse hair and impurities on the surface of the greige cloth, sew the edges of the greige cloth into bags to prevent edge breakage during the washing and shrinking process. For the combined washing and shrinking, use warm water washing and shrinking (adding milling agent) to shrink the fabric to the predetermined size, enhance the structural compactness and fuzziness. For drying, use hot air drying until the moisture content is below 10%, and control the temperature at 80°C to avoid fiber damage. For the second finishing, trim the surface again to remove the wool particles and improve the smoothness of the fabric. For shearing, use a shearing machine to trim the surface hair to make the suede delicate and uniform. For the waterproof finishing, use a C6 waterproof agent (fluoride compound) for padding or coating, and form a waterproof film through baking (150°C, 5 min) to endow the fabric with three-proof functions (waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof). After 10 dry cleanings, the waterproof grade reaches level 3. For decating, use high-temperature steam treatment (100°C, 10 min) to stabilize the fabric size and improve the smoothness and gloss of the hand feeling. For laminating, laminate the reverse side with "12μm PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon terylene", and form a three-in-one structure through hot melt adhesive bonding or high-frequency welding to improve the windproof, moisture-permeable, and waterproof performance. Inspection → Packaging and warehousing: Finally, detect the appearance, gram weight, and functional indicators, and after passing the inspection, package them in rolls. Example
[0025] An embodiment of the present invention provides a lightweight outdoor sports fabric made of blended wool and cashmere, which is composed of a blend of 16.0um cashmere and 17.5um merino wool, adopts a woollen ring spinning high count spinning process, and undergoes post-finishing through washing, shrinking, shearing, and decating, and is deeply processed with C6 waterproofing. The reverse side of the fabric is laminated with a three-in-one structure of 12um PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon terylene.
[0026] The merino wool blend uses 6% cashmere and 94% wool, the fabric gram weight is 280g / m, and the merino wool blended yarn count is 20 / 1*20 / 1.
[0027] The Pu film has a single film water pressure of GB / T4744>15000, a single film moisture permeability of GB / T12704.2b>15000, and a gram weight of 17g / m.
[0028] A preparation method of a lightweight outdoor sports fabric made of blended wool and cashmere includes the following steps: S1: Raw material selection Select cashmere: 16.0μm, length 38mm (suitable for high count spinning) Merino wool: 17.5μm, 70S high count wool (reduce pilling) Auxiliary materials: C6 waterproofing agent, 12μm PU high-transparency film, 20D nylon terylene; S2: Pretreatment Mixing process: Mix cashmere and wool, spray 15% mixing oil (containing 1% antistatic agent and 0.5% surfactant), control the regain rate at 15%, and stack for 24h (increase fiber cohesion and reduce static electricity); Shrinkage prevention treatment: Wool is mildly treated with protease (to reduce felting shrinkage), and cashmere is maintained with a light oil agent (to protect fine fibers); S3: Dyeing process Drafting (top) → Dyeing → Dehydration → Drying; S4: Spinning process Mixing → Carding → Spinning → Winding; S5: Weaving process Warping → Denting → Weaving → Grey fabric inspection S6: Post-finishing process Green repair → Bag sewing → Washing and shrinking combination → Cloth drying → Finished repair → Shearing → Waterproof finishing → Decating → Inspection → Laminating → Inspection → Packaging and warehousing.
[0029] In step S3, drafting (top) pre-stretches the top to improve fiber straightness, laying a foundation for subsequent dyeing uniformity. Dyeing uses dyes suitable for wool and cashmere blends (such as acid dyes), controlling temperature, time, and pH value to ensure uniform color penetration. Dehydration → Drying removes excess dye liquor through centrifugal dehydration and then dries it to a safe moisture content of 10% through hot air drying.
[0030] In step S4, mixing blends the dyed cashmere and wool in a ratio of 6:94, adding a small amount of mixing oil (to improve fiber lubricity) and thoroughly mixing them through a mixer. Carding (rough carding) uses a rough carding process to remove short fibers and impurities, forming a web and making roving, retaining fiber fluffiness. Spinning spins the roving into high-count yarn (20 / 1) through a ring spinning frame, controlling the twist to balance strength and softness. Winding winds the spun yarn into cheese, removing yarn defects to ensure uniform yarn quality.
[0031] In step S5, warping arranges the cheese into a warp beam according to the designed number of ends and length, adjusting the tension uniformity. Denting inserts the warp yarns into the heddle frames and reeds to form a weaving shedding structure. Weaving uses a plain or twill weave and interweaves the warp and weft yarns into grey fabric through a rapier loom or air-jet loom, controlling the weaving density and speed to achieve the target gram weight. Grey fabric inspection checks the appearance defects of the grey fabric (such as broken yarns, floating picks), and rejects unqualified products.
[0032] In step S6, the rough hairs and impurities on the surface of the grey cloth are removed manually or mechanically. The edges of the grey cloth are sewn into bags to prevent edge breakage during the washing and shrinking process. The washing and shrinking are combined by warm water washing and shrinking (adding milling agent) to shrink the fabric to the predetermined size, enhancing the structural tightness and fuzziness. The fabric is dried with hot air until the moisture content is below 10%, and the temperature is controlled at 70°C to avoid fiber damage. Enzyme washing (pH 4.5 - 5.5, 40°C, 30 min) + milling (Zonco milling machine, pressure 2 bar, shrinkage opening 10 cm, time 60 min) makes the hairiness lie inside and increases the fuzziness (waterproof grade 3 after 10 dry cleanings). The final trimming is to trim the surface again to remove the wool pellets and improve the smoothness of the fabric. Shearing is used to trim the surface hairiness with a shearing machine to make the suede delicate and uniform. The waterproof finishing is carried out by padding or coating with C6 waterproof agent (fluorine-containing compound), and a waterproof film is formed through baking (180°C, 3 min) to endow the fabric with three-proof functions (waterproof, oil-proof, and stain-proof). The waterproof grade reaches 3 after 10 dry cleanings. Decating is a high-temperature steam treatment (120°C, 5 min) to stabilize the fabric size and improve the smoothness and gloss of the hand feeling. Laminating: A "12μm PU high-transparency film + 20D nylon Terylene" is laminated on the reverse side, and it is bonded by hot melt adhesive or high-frequency welding to form a three-in-one structure, enhancing the windproof, moisture-permeable, and waterproof performance. The steam pressure is 1.8 bar and the time is 20 min (to eliminate internal stress, stabilize the size, and the hydrostatic pressure after washing ≥ 4500 kPa). Inspection → Packaging and warehousing: The appearance, gram weight, and functional indicators are finally detected, and after passing the inspection, it is packaged in rolls.
