The application provides a local anesthetic device for oral cavity, which comprises a liquid pushing structure, a medicine liquid containing tube and an operating tube connected in an axial direction, and an injection structure arranged at the other end of the medicine liquid containing tube and comprising a retractable needle. The visual fear of the patient can be relieved by the design of the needle shielding structure, the anxiety is reduced, the treatment compliance is improved, and the operation risk is reduced.
