The application realizes reinforcing plate attachment, automatically positions and adjusts the position when the plate is moved to the receiving plate, improves the attachment accuracy, realizes reinforcing plate attachment of different reinforcing plates on different positions of the same plate at the same time, and the dust suction and attachment can be performed on the dust falling after the electrostatic dust removing rod stops working, and the application is simple and practical.
