Oil-gas-water three-phase separation metering system

Abstract

The invention discloses an oil-gas-water three-phase separation metering system which comprises a gas-liquid separation device, a gas phase metering device, an oil-water separation device, an oil phase metering device, a water phase metering device and a controller, and the gas-liquid separation device is communicated with an oil-gas-water three-phase flow source and can separate a gas phase and an oil-water mixture in oil-gas-water three-phase fluid; the oil-water separation device is used for separating an oil phase and a water phase in the oil-water mixture and is internally provided with an oil storage cavity and a water storage cavity, the first end of the oil storage cavity is communicated with the liquid outlet pipe, and the second end of the oil storage cavity is communicated with the oil discharge pipeline; the first end of the water storage cavity communicates with the oil storage cavity, and the second end of the water storage cavity communicates with the drainage pipeline. The controller is used for determining the gas phase yield, the oil phase yield and the water phase yield of the oil-gas-water three-phase flow source according to the respective metering data of the gas phase metering device, the oil phase metering device and the water phase metering device. The oil-gas-water three-phase separation metering system is simple in structure and capable of metering the flow of oil, gas and water three-phase fluid in real time in a large-flow and long-period mode.
