Gluing path planning method and system based on image processing

Abstract

The invention discloses a gluing path planning method and system based on image processing, and relates to the technical field of gluing path planing.The method comprises the steps that a CCD camera is used for collecting image data of the contact face of an oil pan and an engine, and a gluing path composed of pixel blocks with path marks is obtained; on the basis of a preset turning point, the gluing path is divided into n path sections, the path section characteristic parameters of each path section are collected, and the path section characteristic parameters comprise the slope value, the curvature value and the path section length; generating a path moving speed control coefficient based on the path section characteristic parameters, and generating a gluing moving speed grade based on the moving speed control coefficient. According to the gluing path planning method based on image processing provided by the invention, the path section features are quantified and the adaptive moving speed grade is output, so that the problems of shaking, drifting, glue line breakage and the like caused by too fast movement of equipment in a high-curvature or high-gradient region can be effectively reduced.
