Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a packaging apparatus. BACKGROUND

[0002] A packaging apparatus is known in which a film is overlaid on a package from below with the film in an unfolded state, and then the peripheral edge portion of the film is folded in toward the bottom surface of the package to perform packaging, as disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2011-20700).

[0003] In the packaging apparatus disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2011-20700), when the tray is pushed against the film, the holding portion holds both side edge portions of the film in the unfolded state between the fixed receiving portion and the plurality of movable members to perform holding.

[0004] When the holding of the film by the holding portion is insufficient, misalignment of the film can occur when the package is lifted from below, and it can not be possible to properly package the package. Therefore, it is necessary for the holding portion to have the ability to firmly hold the film.

[0005] As a method of obtaining a greater holding ability of the film, it is possible to consider increasing the pushing pressure of the movable members that push the film against the receiving portion.

[0008] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2011-20700 SUMMARY

[0009] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0010] However, in the case of increasing the pushing pressure of the movable members, the receiving portion can be deformed by the pushing pressure of the movable members, and a gap can locally occur between the movable members and the receiving portion, and it can not be possible to firmly hold the film by the holding portion.

[0011] MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS

[0012] The packaging device according to the first aspect of the present invention is a packaging device that lifts a package from below with respect to a film in an unwound state to cover the package with the film, and then folds a peripheral edge portion of the film toward a bottom surface side of the package to perform packaging. The packaging device includes a frame and a holding portion. The holding portion holds a side edge portion of the film in the unwound state from above and below. The holding portion includes a receiving portion having a pushed surface supported by the frame, a plurality of movable portions arranged in a first direction, and a moving portion. The receiving portion extends in the first direction. The plurality of movable portions each has a pushed surface arranged opposite the pushed surface. The plurality of movable portions is installed on the moving portion. The moving portion moves the plurality of movable portions toward a pushed position, and the pushed surface of the plurality of movable portions pushes the side edge portion of the film toward the pushed surface of the receiving portion. The pushed surface of the plurality of movable portions is arranged in a manner of being bent along the pushed surface of the receiving portion when the moving portion moves the plurality of movable portions toward the pushed position and the pushed surface of the plurality of movable portions pushes the film toward the receiving portion.

[0013] In the packaging device according to the first aspect, since the pushed surface of the plurality of movable portions is arranged in a manner of being bent along the pushed surface, a gap between the pushed surface and the pushed surface when the film is held can be suppressed, and the film can be firmly held between the receiving portion and the movable portion.

[0014] The packaging device according to the second aspect of the present invention is the packaging device according to the first aspect, in which both ends of the receiving portion in the first direction are supported by the frame. When the receiving portion in a bent state is viewed from a horizontal direction orthogonal to the first direction when the plurality of movable portions pushes the film toward the receiving portion, the receiving portion has an arch shape.

[0015] In the packaging device according to the second aspect, since the pushed surface of the plurality of movable portions is arranged in an arch shape according to a deformation manner, a gap between the pushed surface and the pushed surface when the film is held can be suppressed, and the film can be firmly held between the receiving portion and the movable portion.

[0016] The packaging device according to the third aspect of the present invention is the packaging device according to the first aspect or the second aspect, in which the plurality of movable portions has an opposite surface opposite the moving portion in the up-and-down direction. At least a part of the plurality of movable portions is installed on the moving portion in a posture in which the opposite surface is inclined with respect to the moving portion, and the pushed surface is arranged in a manner of being bent along the pushed surface of the receiving portion.

[0017] In the packaging device according to the third aspect, by adjusting the installation of the movable portion with respect to the moving portion without changing the shape of the movable portion, the film can be firmly held between the receiving portion and the movable portion.

[0018] The packaging apparatus according to the fourth aspect of the present application is the packaging apparatus according to the third aspect of the present application, wherein the movable portion whose opposing surface is inclined with respect to the moving portion is fixed to the first position and the second position apart from each other in the first direction by the fastening member. The second hole formed in the movable portion into which the fastening member formed in the second position is inserted has a larger diameter than the first hole formed in the movable portion into which the fastening member formed in the first position is inserted.

[0019] In the packaging apparatus according to the fourth aspect of the present application, the assemblage of the packaging apparatus easily installs the movable portion in the desired posture in which the opposing surface is inclined with respect to the moving portion to the moving portion by rotating the side of the movable portion in which the second hole is formed using the first hole having a small diameter as a fulcrum of the rotation of the movable portion.

[0020] The packaging apparatus according to the fifth aspect of the present application is the packaging apparatus according to the first aspect or the second aspect of the present application, wherein the plurality of movable portions have opposing surfaces opposite to the moving portion in the vertical direction, and are installed to the moving portion in a state in which the opposing surfaces and the moving portion are parallel. The pressing surfaces of the plurality of movable portions are formed so as to follow the deformed pressed surfaces when the plurality of movable portions move to the pressing position and press the film toward the receiving portion.

[0021] In the packaging apparatus according to the fifth aspect of the present application, the pressing surfaces of the plurality of movable portions are formed so as to follow the deformed pressed surfaces. Therefore, the assemblage of the packaging apparatus can arrange the pressing surfaces of the plurality of movable portions so as to follow the deformed pressed surfaces even without special attention at the time of the assembly work, and the workability is good.

[0022] The packaging apparatus according to the sixth aspect of the present application is any one of the packaging apparatuses according to the first aspect to the fifth aspect of the present application, wherein the rigidity of each movable portion is set so that the pressing surface elastically deforms along the deformed pressed surface of the receiving portion when each movable portion presses the film toward the receiving portion.

[0023] In the packaging apparatus according to the sixth aspect of the present application, the rigidity of the movable portion is set so that the pressing surface elastically deforms so as to follow the deformed pressed surface of the receiving portion. Therefore, the gap between the pressing surface and the pressed surface generated at the time of the holding of the film can be suppressed, and the film is firmly held between the receiving portion and the movable portion.

[0063] (1) Overall Summary

[0064] A packaging apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is, for example, an apparatus that packages a tray (hereinafter, referred to as a product G) in which fresh food and the like are loaded. The packaging apparatus 100 covers the product G with a film F in an expanded state from below, and then folds a peripheral portion of the film F toward a bottom surface side of the product G to package the product G.

[0065] The packaging apparatus 100 mainly has a measurement input apparatus 10, a lifter 20, a supply portion 30, a cutter 200, a moving mechanism 250, a conveyance portion 300, a clamping portion 400, a folding mechanism 40, an ejection lever 50, a take-out table 70, and a control portion 80 (refer to Figures 1-5 ).

[0066] The measurement input apparatus 10 measures the weight of fresh food and the like accommodated in the tray of the product G that is input to an input space Si by a scale 12 (refer to Figure 2 ). The measurement input apparatus 10 pushes the product G backward by a moving-in member (not shown) that is driven by a driving portion (not shown) such as a motor after the weight measurement, and moves the product G on a movable placement table 22 of the lifter 20.

[0067] The lifter 20 includes the movable placement table 22 (refer to Figure 2 ). The lifter 20 moves the movable placement table 22 on which the product G is placed upward by a driving portion (not shown) such as a motor, and moves the product G on the movable placement table 22 upward. Specifically, the lifter 20 moves the product G upward by a packaging area PA, and thereby, the product G is lifted (pushed) from below with respect to the film F that is held in a stretched state by the clamping portion 400 at a packaging position PP in the upper center of the packaging apparatus 100. The lifter 20 lifts the product G from below by the film F, and thereby, the upper surface of the product G is covered with the film F.

[0068] As Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the film F supply unit 30 includes a pair of support rollers 32 that hold the film roll R and a guide mechanism 34. The pair of support rollers 32 support the film roll R so that it can rotate freely in the direction in which the film F is unwound. The guide mechanism 34 guides the film F unwound from the film roll R between the upper belt 316F and the lower belt 326F of the front conveyor 300F and between the upper belt 316R and the lower belt 326R of the rear conveyor 300R, which will be described later.

[0069] The cutter 200 cuts the film F after the film F unwound from the film roll R is conveyed to the packaging position PP by the conveying unit 300 . The cutting blade 210 of the cutter 200 is moved by the moving mechanism 250 .

[0070] The conveying unit 300 conveys rightward the film F unwound from the film roll R. Specifically, the conveying unit 300 sandwiches the film F unwound from the film roll R between upper and lower belts and drives at least one of the upper and lower belts to convey the film F to the packaging position PP.

[0071] The clamping unit 400 holds the film F in its unfolded state by clamping both side edges (front and back edges) from above and below. Specifically, the clamping unit 400 temporarily clamps the upper and lower belts of the conveyor unit 300 that is used to hold the film F conveyed to the packaging position PP by the conveyor units 300 arranged in front and back, and then separates the film from the film roll R by the cutter 200, thereby holding the unfolded film F in a stretched state.

[0072] The folding mechanism 40 folds the peripheral edge of the film F covering the upper side of the product G as the packaged object toward the bottom surface of the product G (the bottom surface of the tray of the product G) in the packaging area PA.

[0073] The folding mechanism 40 includes a fixed front folding member 42 positioned in front of the packaging area PA where the product G is packaged with film F; a rear folding member 44 positioned behind the packaging area PA; a right folding member 46 positioned to the right of the packaging area PA; and a left folding member 48 positioned to the left of the packaging area PA. When the elevator 20 pushes the product G against the film F held at the packaging position PP, a drive unit (not shown) such as a motor drives the rear folding member 44 forward, the right folding member 46 leftward, and the left folding member 48 rightward, respectively. This folds the film F positioned on the rear, right, and left sides of the product G toward the bottom of the product G. When the ejection pusher 50 pushes the product G forward, with the film F excluding the front film folded toward the bottom of the tray, the front folding member 42 folds the film F positioned in front of the product G toward the bottom of the product G.

[0074] The ejection pusher 50 pushes the product G covered with the film F toward the ejection space Sd. Specifically, the ejection pusher 50 pushes the back of the product G forward using the pusher member 52, and pushes the product G covered with the film F toward the ejection space Sd.

[0075] The take-out table 70 is a table on which the product G covered with the film F is delivered by the ejection pusher 50, and is provided in the ejection space Sd. The take-out table 70 mainly has a placement plate 72 and a heater 74. The heater 74 contacts the film F on the bottom surface side of the product G when the product G is moved by the ejection pusher 50, and melts the folded film F.

[0076] The control section 80 is a device that controls the operation of each section of the packaging device 100. As shown in FIG. 1, the control section 80 is electrically connected to each of the devices 10, 20, 30, 250, 300, 400, 40, 50, and 74. The control section 80 includes an arithmetic processing device such as a CPU or a storage device such as a ROM or a RAM, and controls the operation of each device by executing a program stored in the storage device using the arithmetic processing device. Figure 5

[0077] (2) Detailed Structure

[0078] The conveying section 300 and the holding section 400 will be described in detail.

[0079] (2-1) Conveying Section

[0080] The conveying section 300 includes a front conveying section 300F that holds the vicinity of the end portion on the front side of the film F and conveys the film F to the right, and a rear conveying section 300R that holds the vicinity of the end portion on the rear side of the film F and conveys the film F to the right (see FIG. 3). Figure 9 The front conveying section 300F includes an upper belt 316F and a lower belt 326F (see FIG. 4). Figure 3 The rear conveying section 300R includes an upper belt 316R and a lower belt 326R (see FIG. 5). Figure 4 Figure 3 Figure 4 Figure 9 As shown, the conveyance section 300 includes pulleys 312, 314, 322, 324 that extend in the front-rear direction in common to the front conveyance section 300F and the rear conveyance section 300R. The pulley 312 and the pulley 322 and the pulley 314 and the pulley 324 are arranged in the up-down direction. On the rotation shafts of the pulleys 312 and 322, gears that mesh with each other are installed, and the pulleys 312 and 322 are configured to be rotationally driven when one of the pulleys 312 is rotationally driven. The upper side belt 316F and the upper side belt 316R are wound around the pulleys 312 and 314. The lower side belt 326F and the lower side belt 326R are wound around the pulleys 322 and 324. The pulley 312 is rotationally driven by a conveyance drive section 350 such as a motor. However, the pulley that is directly rotationally driven by the conveyance drive section 350 can be the pulley 322.

[0081] Figure 6 is a side view that shows the appearance of the upper side belt 316F wound around the pulley 312 and the lower side belt 326F wound around the pulley 322 as viewed from the left side. As shown in Figure 6 or Figure 9 As depicted in Figure 6 , the upper side belt 316 includes a plurality of round belts 317, and the lower side belt 326 includes a plurality of round belts 327. The round belts 317, 327 are rope-like belts that have a circular cross section. The round belts 317 are wound around the pulleys 312, 314 and extend between the pulleys 312, 314 in the conveyance direction D of the film F by the conveyance section 300. The round belts 327 are wound around the pulleys 322, 324 and extend between the pulleys 322, 324 in the conveyance direction D. The plurality of round belts 317 and the plurality of round belts 327 are preferably arranged in a manner that they are staggered with each other and adjacent to each other as shown in Figure 6

[0082] As shown in Figure 7 , the supply section 30 guides the film F by the guide mechanism 34 to the vicinity of the belts of the conveyance section 300, and supplies the film F from the left side between the upper side belt 316F and the lower side belt 326F of the front conveyance section 300F and between the upper side belt 316R and the lower side belt 326R of the rear conveyance section 300R. The conveyance section 300 rotationally drives the pulley 322 by the conveyance drive section 350, and thereby rotationally drives the upper side belts 316F, 316R and the lower side belts 326F, 326R as described above, and thereby sandwiches the film F that is unwound from the film roll R of the supply section 30 between the upper side belt 316F and the lower side belt 326F or between the upper side belt 316R and the lower side belt 326R and conveys the film F to the packaging position PP in the conveyance direction D.

[0083] Further, the conveyance section 300 can have one flat belt instead of the plurality of round belts 317, 327.

[0084] (2-2) Clamping part

[0085] The clamping part 400 includes: a front clamping part 400F, which holds the front edge of the film F disposed at the packaging position PP; and a rear clamping part 400R, which holds the rear edge of the film F disposed at the packaging position PP. Figure 3 、 Figure 5 、 Figure 8 As shown, the front clamping portion 400F includes a receiving portion 410F, a plurality of movable portions 420F, a moving portion 450F and an actuator 456F. Figure 4 、 Figure 5 、 Figure 8 As shown, the rear clamping portion 400R includes a receiving portion 410R, a plurality of movable portions 420R, a moving portion 450R, and an actuator 456R. The number of movable portions 420F and 420R is not limited to that shown in the drawings. The number of movable portions 420F and 420R can be determined as appropriate.

[0086] The following description of the clamping portion will use the front clamping portion 400F as an example. The rear clamping portion 400R has the same structure as the front clamping portion 400F (due to its generally front-to-back symmetric structure), so detailed drawings and descriptions of the rear clamping portion 400R will be omitted for simplicity.

[0087] The receiving portion 410F of the front side clamping portion 400F extends in the left-right direction as an example of the first direction as the longitudinal direction and is supported by the frame 460. Although the support method is not limited, in this embodiment, both ends of the receiving portion 410F in the left-right direction are supported by the frame 460. The receiving portion 410F has a first surface 412F as an example of a pressed surface (see Figure 10 ).like Figure 3 As shown, the receiving portion 410F is disposed adjacent to the upper belt 316F above the portion where the upper belt 316F and the lower belt 326F sandwich the film F. The first surface 412F of the receiving portion 410F is the surface on one side where the plurality of movable portions 420F are disposed in the vertical direction.

[0088] The plurality of movable sections 420Fa to 420Fc are arranged in the left-right direction. In the present embodiment, the movable section 420Fa, the movable section 420Fc, and the movable section 420Fb are arranged in this order from the left to the right. The plurality of movable sections 420Fa to 420Fc each have a second surface 421F (421Fa to 421Fc) as an example of a push surface, which is arranged opposite the first surface 412F of the receiving section 410F. The plurality of movable sections 420F are arranged below the portion of the film F sandwiched by the upper band 316F and the lower band 326F, and the first surface 412F of the receiving section 410F and the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable sections 420F are arranged opposite each other with the upper band 316F and the lower band 326F interposed therebetween.

[0089] The plurality of movable sections 420F are mounted on the moving section 450F, and the plurality of movable sections 420F are moved to the push position P1, and the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable sections 420F push the side edge portion (front edge portion) of the film F, and the side edge portion of the film F is pushed against the first surface 412F of the receiving section 410F. The moving section 450F will be described in detail.

[0090] The moving section 450F includes moving frames 452F (a first moving frame 452Fa and a second moving frame 452Fb), which are driven by an actuator 456F.

[0091] The plurality of movable sections 420F are mounted on the moving frames 452F of the moving section 450F. Specifically, the movable sections 420Fa and 420Fb arranged at both ends in the left-right direction are mounted on the first moving frame 452Fa in the moving frames 452F (see Figures 11A-11C ). The movable section 420Fc arranged at the center in the left-right direction is mounted on the second moving frame 452Fb in the moving frames 452F (see Figure 12 ).

[0092] The actuator 456F is, for example, a solenoid or a motor. The actuator 456F includes a first actuator 456Fa that moves the first moving frame 452Fa up and down, and a second actuator 456Fb that moves the second moving frame 452Fb up and down. Furthermore, the moving frames 452F can be moved linearly in the vertical direction between a lower position and an upper position, or can be rotated around a prescribed rotation axis and moved curvilinearly and in the up-down direction between the lower position and the upper position.

[0093] The first actuator 456Fa moves the first movable frame 452Fa from the lower position to the upper position, and the second actuator 456Fb moves the second movable frame 452Fb from the lower position to the upper position. At this time, the plurality of movable portions 420Fa to 420Fc are moved from the standby position to the pressing position P1 (refer to the movable portions 420F depicted by the double-dotted line in FIG. 26). Figure 10

[0094] The operation of the plurality of movable portions 420F will be described. The plurality of movable portions 420F are disposed at the standby position below the lower side belt 326F away from the lower side belt 326F at the time of conveyance of the film F by the conveyance portion 300 (omitted from the drawing). Then, the control portion 80 controls the operation of the actuator 456F to move the plurality of movable portions 420F to the pressing position P1 when the conveyance portion 300 completes the conveyance of the film F to the packaging position PP, and presses the second face 421F of the movable portion 420F against the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F via the upper side belt 316F and the lower side belt 326F that sandwich the film F. In other words, the pressing faces 421Fa to 421Fc of the plurality of movable portions 420Fa to 420Fc press the leading edge portion of the film F conveyed to the packaging position PP and press the leading edge portion of the film F against the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F.

[0095] In the packaging apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the second face 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is disposed so as to follow the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F after being flexed when the moving portion 450F moves the plurality of movable portions 420F to the pressing position P1 and the film F is pressed by the second face 421F against the receiving portion 410F. Further, the "first face 412F after being flexed" refers to the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F after being deformed when the moving portion 450F moves the plurality of movable portions 420F to the pressing position P1 and the film F is pressed by the second face 421F against the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F. In other words, in the packaging apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the second face 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is disposed so as to follow the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F after being flexed (refer to the receiving portion 410F depicted by the broken line in FIG. 26) before the second face 421F presses the film F against the first face 412F (refer to the movable portion 420F depicted by the solid line in FIG. 26) before being in contact with the first face 412F. Figure 10 Figure 10

[0096] For example, in the present embodiment, both ends of the receiving portion 410F in the left-right direction are supported by the frame 460. In this supported state (both-end support / two-end fixation), as depicted by the solid line in FIG. 26, the second face 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is disposed so as to follow the first face 412F of the receiving portion 410F after being flexed. Figure 10 In the broken line shown in FIG. 41F, when the plurality of movable portions 420F push the film F against the receiving portion 410F, at least a portion of the receiving portion 410F is in an arched shape (at least a portion of the first surface 412F is arranged in an arch) when the receiving portion 410F in the flexed state is viewed from the horizontal direction (here, the front) orthogonal to the left-right direction. Also, the second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is arranged so as to follow the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F in a state before the second surface 421F pushes the film F against the first surface 412F. Specifically, at least the plurality of movable portions 420F, when the plurality of movable portions 420F are viewed from the horizontal direction (here, the front) orthogonal to the left-right direction immediately before the plurality of movable portions 420F push the film F against the receiving portion 410F, if the second surfaces 421Fa to 421Fc of the plurality of movable portions 420F are connected smoothly with a virtual line, the virtual line K is in an arched shape so as to follow the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F.

[0097] Further, the expression that the second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F follows the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F indicates that the shape of the second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F substantially follows the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F, and does not need to follow the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F completely.

[0098] Further, in Figure 10 , the deformation of the receiving portion 410F is exaggerated for easy understanding, and, in contrast, in Figure 10 , the inclination of the second surface 421Fa of the movable portion 420Fa and the second surface 421Fb of the movable portion 420Fb with respect to the horizontal plane is depicted to be larger (also the same) than in Figures 11A-11C . However, in reality, the inclination of the second surface 421Fa of the movable portion 420Fa and the second surface 421Fb of the movable portion 420Fb with respect to the horizontal plane is a relatively small angle. Although it also depends on the material or the like of the movable portion 420F, for example, the inclination of the second surface 421Fa of the movable portion 420Fa and the second surface 421Fb of the movable portion 420Fb with respect to the horizontal plane is an angle of about 1°.

[0099] The manner in which the second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is arranged so as to follow the first surface 412F after the flexing of the receiving portion 410F is described.

[0100] First, when the plurality of movable portions 420F push against the receiving portion 410F, it is possible to grasp in what shape the receiving portion 410F is flexed (in what shape the receiving portion 410F after the flexing is) by calculation, simulation, or experiment using a real machine, or the like. The shape after the deformation is not limited to Figure 10 such a shape, and differs depending on the support state or the load state.

[0101] Furthermore, the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F are arranged along the first surface 412F of the receiving portion 410F after the bending is grasped by the following method.

[0102] <Example 1>

[0103] The plurality of movable parts 420F have opposing surfaces 423F (423Fa to 423Fb) that face the movable frame 452F of the movable part 450F in the vertical direction. Figure 11A 、 Figure 12 In this embodiment, the movable parts 420Fa and 420Fb are attached to the first movable frame 452Fa (with the opposing surfaces 423Fa and 423Fb tilted relative to the upper surface 453Fa of the first movable frame 452Fa of the movable part 450F facing the opposing surfaces 423Fa and 423Fb). Figure 11A The movable portion 420Fc is attached to the second movable frame 452Fb in a posture where the opposing surface 423Fc is parallel to the upper surface 453Fb of the second movable frame 452Fb opposite to the opposing surface 423Fc ( Figure 12 ). As a result of the plurality of movable parts 420F being mounted on the moving part 450F, the second surface 421F is aligned with the first surface 412F after deflection (see Figure 10 ).

[0104] In the first example, the following structure is adopted in order to attach the movable parts 420Fa and 420Fb in an inclined posture with respect to the first moving frame body 452Fa.

[0105] The plurality of movable parts 420F are fixed to the movable frame 452F (see FIG. 1 ) at two locations in the left-right direction by fastening members 470 (such as bolts and nuts or screws). Figure 3 The movable frame 452F has holes 454 formed at the same position in the vertical direction, and the movable portion 420F has holes for inserting bolts. After the bolts are inserted through the holes in the movable portion 420F and the holes 454F in the movable frame 452F, the bolts are screwed into nuts, thereby securing the plurality of movable portions 420F to the movable frame 452F.

[0106] The movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb are fixed to the first movable frame 452Fa at the first position Al and the second position A2 by the fastening member 470 with the opposite surfaces 423Fa, 423Fb inclined. The diameter D2 of the hole 425Fb formed in the movable portion 420F at the second position A2 is formed larger than the diameter Dl of the hole 425Fa formed in the movable portion 420F at the first position Al which is farther from the second position A2 in the left-right direction. In particular, in this case, the diameter D2 of the hole 425Fb formed in the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb at the second position A2 which is disposed on the central side of the first movable frame 452Fa in the left-right direction is formed larger than the diameter Dl of the hole 425Fa formed in the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb at the first position Al which is farther from the first movable frame 452Fa on the outer side than the second position A2 in the left-right direction.

[0107] In such a structure, an assembler of the packaging apparatus 100, for example, first temporarily fixes the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb to the first movable frame 452Fa at the first position Al by the fastening member 470. Thereafter, the assembler pivots the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb at the second position A2 in a manner to approach the receiving portion 410F (however, within a range in which the bolt can be inserted into the hole 425Fa and the hole 454F) with the fastening member 470 at the first position Al as a fulcrum, and fixes the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb to the first movable frame 452Fa at the second position A2 by the fastening member 470 in this state. Finally, the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb are fixed to the first movable frame 452Fa at the first position Al by the fastening member 470. By appropriately designing the diameters of the holes 425Fa, 425Fb, it is easy to install the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb in a desired attitude inclined with respect to the upper surface 453Fa of the first movable frame 452Fa.

[0108] <Second Example>

[0109] In the second example, as in the first example, the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb are installed to the first movable frame 452Fa in an attitude in which the opposite surfaces 423Fa, 423Fb are inclined with respect to the upper surface 453Fa of the first movable frame 452Fa opposite the movable portions 450F Figure 11B The movable portion 420Fc is installed to the second movable frame 452Fb in an attitude in which the opposite surface 423Fc is parallel to the upper surface 453Fb of the second movable frame 452Fb opposite the opposite surface 423Fc Figure 12). In this way, as a result of the plurality of movable portions 420F being attached to the moving portion 450F, the second surface 421F is inclined along the first surface 412F of the bent receiving portion 410F (refer to Figure 10

[0110] In the second example, in order to attach the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb in an inclined posture with respect to the first moving frame 452Fa, the following structure is employed.

[0111] In the second example, as in the first example, the plurality of movable portions 420F are each fixed to the moving frame 452F at two positions in the left-right direction by fastening members 470 (such as bolts and nuts or screws). In the second example, in the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb that have the opposing surfaces 423Fa, 423Fb fixed to the first moving frame 452Fa in an inclined manner, the diameters of the holes 425Fa, 425Fb formed in the movable portions 420F are the same. However, in this case, the hole 454F formed in the first moving frame 452Fa at a position (second position A2) corresponding to the hole 425Fb of the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb is disposed above (closer to the receiving portion 410F) the hole 454F formed at a position (first position Al) corresponding to the hole 425Fa of the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb. By appropriately designing the positions of the holes 454F, the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb can be attached in a desired posture inclined with respect to the upper surface 453Fa of the first moving frame 452Fa.

[0112] <Third Example>

[0113] In the third example, unlike the first and second examples, all of the movable portions 420Fa to 420Fc are attached to the moving portion 450 (the upper surfaces 453Fa, 453Fb of the first moving frame 452Fa and the second moving frame 452Fb) in a state in which the opposing surfaces 423Fa to 423Fc are parallel to the moving portion 450.

[0114] In the third example, the second surfaces 421Fa to 421Fc of the plurality of movable portions 420Fa to 420Fc are formed in a manner that follows the first surface 412F of the bent receiving portion 410F. Specifically, in the third example, the second surface 421Fa of the movable portion 420Fa is formed in an inclined manner in which the right side becomes higher, and the second surface 421Fb of the movable portion 420Fb is formed in an inclined manner in which the left side becomes higher. Furthermore, in this case, an example in which the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F are formed in a manner that follows the first surface 412F of the bent receiving portion 410F is described, but instead of this, the moving frame 452F (in this embodiment, the first moving frame 452Fa) can be formed in a shape in which the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F follow the first surface 412F of the bent receiving portion 410F.

[0115] Further, the packaging apparatus 100, after the goods housed in the tray are measured by the measurer 12, performs packaging with a film, but a label printed with the name of the goods or the price, etc. is attached to the packaged goods by the label issuing apparatus 92 (refer to Figure 1 ). Therefore, in the goods ledger (not shown) registered in the RAM of the control section 80, information relating to the tray or the packaging control parameters corresponding to the size of the tray, etc. (hereinafter, referred to as goods information) is registered together with the name of the goods or the unit price, etc. relating to the goods. Further, a setting file which determines which of the goods information registered in the goods ledger should be used is stored in the RAM, and when the goods information is transmitted from an external device via a communication section (not shown), the control section 80 registers only the information of the item (for example, the item of YES) in the setting file which is set to be used from the received information in the goods ledger.

[0116] Further, Figure 14 , 15 is an example of a setting screen which shows the setting file on the display 94 (refer to Figure 1 ). The setting item here can be an item which is specific to the device, or an item which shows all the items which can be used in other apparatuses using the goods ledger, such as a label printer or an apparatus which measures the value of the packaging, an electronic scale, etc. Further, in the setting screen, the item of YES which is set to be used as the information is usable in the device, and the item which is not displayed due to graying, etc. becomes the information of the item which is not used in the device.

[0117] (3) Features

[0118] Hereinafter, in order to simplify the explanation, the features will be explained taking the front clamping section 400F as an example, but the following contents can be replaced with the contents relating to the rear clamping section 400R.

[0119] (3-1)

[0120] The packaging apparatus 100 lifts the product G from below with respect to the film F in the unfolded state to cover the product G with the film F, and then folds the peripheral edge portion of the film F toward the bottom surface side of the product G to perform packaging. The packaging apparatus 100 has a frame body 460 and a front side holding portion 400F. The front side holding portion 400F holds the front edge portion of the film F in the unfolded state from above and below. The front side holding portion 400F has a receiving portion 410F having a first surface 412F as an example of a push surface, supported by the frame body 460, a plurality of movable portions 420F arranged in the left-right direction as an example of a first direction, and a moving portion 450F. The receiving portion 410F extends in the left-right direction. The plurality of movable portions 420F each have a second surface 421F as an example of a push surface arranged opposite the first surface 412F. The plurality of movable portions 420F are installed on the moving portion 450F. The moving portion 450F moves the plurality of movable portions 420F toward a push position, and the second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F push the side edge portion of the film F toward the first surface 412F of the receiving portion 410F. The second surfaces 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F are arranged in a manner following the deflected first surface 412F of the receiving portion 410F when the moving portion 450F moves the plurality of movable portions 420F toward the push position P1 and the second surfaces 421F push the film F toward the receiving portion 410F.

[0121] In the packaging apparatus 100, the gap between the second surface 421F and the first surface 412F generated when the film F is held can be suppressed, and the film F can be firmly held between the receiving portion 410F and the movable portion 420F.

[0122] (3-2)

[0123] In the packaging apparatus 100, the plurality of movable portions 420F have an opposing surface 423F opposite the moving portion 450F (the upper surface 453F of the moving frame body 452F) in the up-down direction.

[0124] In the first and second examples described above, the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb of the plurality of movable portions 420F are installed to the first moving frame body 452Fa of the moving portion 450 in a posture in which the opposing surface 423F is inclined with respect to the first moving frame body 452Fa of the moving portion 450, and thus the second surface 421F follows the deflected first surface 412F.

[0125] In the first and second examples described above, the installation adjustment of the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb with respect to the first moving frame body 452Fa of the moving portion 450 can be performed without changing the shape of the movable portions 420F, and the film F can be firmly held between the receiving portion 410F and the movable portion 420F.

[0126] (3-3)

[0127] In the above-described first example, the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb of the relative surface 423F fixed obliquely with respect to the first moving frame 452Fa of the moving portion 450 are fixed to the first position Al and the second position A2 by the fastening member 470. The second position A2 is apart from the first position Al in the left-right direction. The diameter D2 of the hole (second hole) 425Fb formed in the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb for the fastening member 470 to be inserted, which is formed at the second position A2, is larger than the diameter Dl of the hole (first hole) 425Fa formed in the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb for the fastening member 470 to be inserted, which is formed at the first position Al.

[0128] In this example, the assembler of the packaging apparatus 100 rotates the side where the hole 425Fb of the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb is formed, with the small-diameter 425Fa as the fulcrum of the rotation of the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb, whereby the movable portions 420Fa, 420Fb are easily installed in the desired attitude where the relative surfaces 423Fa, 423Fb are inclined with respect to the first moving frame 452Fa of the moving portion 450 to the first moving frame 452Fa of the moving portion 450.

[0129] (3-4)

[0130] In the above-described third example, the plurality of movable portions 420F are installed in the moving portion 450 in a state where the relative surface 423F is parallel to the moving portion 450F (the first moving frame 452Fa and the second moving frame 452Fb). The second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F is formed in a manner of following the first surface 412F after the flexure.

[0131] In this example, the assembler of the packaging apparatus 100 can arrange the second surface 421F of the plurality of movable portions 420F in a manner of following the first surface 412F after the flexure without special attention at the time of the assembly work, and the workability is good.

[0132] (4) Modification

[0133] Hereinafter, a modification of the above-described embodiment will be shown. Any of the modes shown in the above-described embodiment and the following modification can be combined as long as they do not contradict each other.

[0134] (4-1) Modification A

[0135] It is preferable that the rigidity of each of the movable portions 420F, 420R (particularly, the portion having the second surface 421F, 421R) be set so that, when the movable portions 420F, 420R push the film F against the receiving portions 410F, 410R, the second surfaces 421F, 421R elastically deform along the first surfaces 412F, 412R of the deformed receiving portions 410F, 410R.

[0136] Specifically, by thinning the plate thickness of each movable portion 420F, the movable portion 420F can be easily elastically deformed. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, by providing each movable portion 420F with a portion having a second surface 421F that pushes the film F toward the first surface 412F, a portion 427F that mounts a moving portion 450F to each movable portion 420F, and a connecting portion 428F that connects these portions and has a narrow width in the left-right direction, the second surface 421F can be easily bent in the left-right direction. The same structure can be adopted for the movable portion 420R to easily elastically deform. Figure 13

[0137] By thus configuring, the gap between the second surface 421F, 421R and the first surface 412F, 412R that occurs when the film F is held can be suppressed, and the film F can be firmly held between the receiving portion 410F, 410R and the movable portion 420F, 420R.

[0138] (4-2) Modification B

[0139] In the above embodiment, the receiving portion 410F is disposed on the upper side, and the movable portion 420F is disposed on the lower side. However, this is not limiting, and the receiving portion 410F can be disposed on the lower side, and the movable portion 420F can be disposed on the upper side.

[0140] In addition, in the above embodiment, the front-side holding portion 400F and the rear-side holding portion 400R have the same structure, but this is not limiting, and only one of the front-side holding portion 400F and the rear-side holding portion 400R can be configured such that the second surface of the movable portion follows the first surface of the bent receiving portion.
