Method for preparing short fiber insulation felt by wet process

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a short fiber insulation felt by a wet method, which comprises the following steps of: paving short fiber carbon fibers into a uniform net tire unit by an airflow carding technology, weighing, spraying resin glue on the surface of the net tire, and conveying to a drying tunnel for pre-curing; the method comprises the following steps: alternately receiving a pre-cured tire delivered by a conveying belt and a newly-laid tire unit of a lapping machine by adopting a mold which reciprocates on a track, re-weighing, spraying glue and pre-curing the newly-laid tire unit, and forming a compact multi-layer tire structure with a controllable layer number through multi-round circulation; and carrying out hot-pressing curing on the mold bearing the multiple layers of net tires, and carrying out high-temperature treatment on the obtained blank through a graphitization furnace under the protection of inert gas or vacuum to prepare the short-fiber heat-insulating felt. According to the method, through collaborative optimization of resin infiltration and a multi-layer lapping process, the resin infiltration uniformity and the structural compactness of the heat preservation felt are remarkably improved, the product density and the heat preservation performance are stable, and the method is adaptive to a continuous production process and has industrial application potential.
