[0029] Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. While certain embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it is understood that the present disclosure can be embodied in various forms and should not be interpreted as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that the present disclosure will be thoroughly and completely understood. It should be understood that the drawings of the present disclosure are only for illustrative purposes and should not be used to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0030] It should also be noted that only parts related to the present invention are shown in the drawings for the sake of convenience of description. The embodiments in the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other in the case of no conflict.
[0031] It should be noted that the terms "first", "second", and the like in the present disclosure are only used to distinguish different devices, modules or units, and are not used to limit the order or interdependence of the functions performed by these devices, modules or units.
[0032] In addition, the adjectives "one", "multiple" mentioned in the present disclosure are illustrative and not limiting, and those skilled in the art should understand that, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the context, it should be understood as "one or more".
[0033] Figures 1 to 3A structural diagram of some embodiments of the elevator system of the present disclosure is shown. The elevator system of the present disclosure can be used for the delivery of in-building express packages. Here, the elevator system can include an elevator device 10, an express box 20 and a drop-off room 30. Among them, the elevator device 10 can include an elevator drive assembly (i.e. an elevator machine room) 11, an elevator car 12 and an elevator counterweight 13. Here, the elevator drive assembly 11 can be used to drive the elevator car 12 to run to the floor with a need for taking the elevator. While the elevator counterweight 13 can be used to balance the weight of the elevator car 12 and the elevator passengers.
[0034] From Figure 2 , 3 It can be seen that the express box 20 can be installed on the side of the elevator counterweight 13 away from the elevator car 12. That is, the elevator car 12 and the express box 20 are located on the two sides of the elevator counterweight 13, respectively. As shown in Figure 4 , a plurality of compartments can be provided on the express box 20. These compartments can be used to place express packages. In addition, the drop-off room 30 can be provided at each floor where the elevator device 10 stays, and is adjacent to the shaft of the elevator device 10. Among them, the drop-off room 30 is installed with a first door 31 on the shaft wall facing the express box 20. In this way, express packages can be transferred between the express box 20 and the drop-off room 30 through the first door 31. In addition, the drop-off room 30 can also be installed with a second door 32. Personnel can enter and exit the drop-off room 30 through the second door 32.
[0035] It should be noted that the drop-off room 30 can be provided at each floor of the building. Alternatively, in order to reduce unnecessary space occupation, the drop-off room 30 can also be provided at the corresponding floor according to the actual floor where each elevator car stays. For example, Figure 2 , in the left elevator device 10, if the elevator car 12 stays at the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors, the drop-off room 30 can be provided at the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors on the left side of the shaft. For example, Figure 2 , in the right elevator device 10, if the elevator car 12 stays at the 1st, 2nd and 4th floors, the drop-off room 30 can be provided at the 1st, 2nd and 4th floors on the right side of the shaft.
[0036] That is, the elevator system of the present embodiment is to add a drop-off room (a pick-up and delivery room) to the original elevator system, and to add an express box to the movable counterweight. In this way, the counterweight express box can reach each floor as the elevator goes up and down. As shown in Figure 2 , the elevator car is at the 4th floor, and the corresponding elevator counterweight is at the 2nd floor. Then the express box at the 2nd floor can automatically deliver the customer's goods to the drop-off room, and the residents at the 2nd floor can also send mail at the 2nd floor.
[0037] In some embodiments, a delivery assembly can also be arranged in each slot of the delivery box 20, for delivering the express package in the slot to the delivery locker on the designated floor when the delivery box 20 reaches the designated floor. The specific structure of the delivery assembly is not limited here.
[0038] As an example, as shown in Figure 5 The delivery assembly can include at least one push rod 21 and a driver (not shown in the figure). Under the driving action of the driver, the at least one push rod 21 can reciprocate along the depth direction of the slot. It can be understood that arranging multiple push rods can reduce or avoid the situation that the package fails to be delivered out of the slot due to uneven force. One end of the push rod 21 here can be located at the bottom of the slot in the depth direction and connected with the driver. The other end of the push rod 21 can extend into the slot. At this time, the package in the slot can be pushed out through the extension and retraction movement of the push rod 21.
[0039] Alternatively, at least one chute can be arranged at the bottom of the slot in the height direction. The chutes are parallel to each other and extend along the depth direction of the slot. The push rod 21 can be arranged in the chute and extend into the slot at one end. At this time, the package in the slot can be pushed out through the movement of the push rod 21 along the chute.
[0040] In addition, in some application scenarios, in order to reduce the probability of damage to the express package during delivery, a buffer pad 33 can be arranged in each delivery locker 30. The material of the buffer pad 33 is not limited, such as rubber, felt, etc. In addition, a detection assembly can also be arranged at the position close to the warehouse door of each slot, for detecting whether the warehouse door is closed or whether there is a package in the slot. The detection assembly here can be arranged according to actual needs, such as an infrared detection sensor or other non-contact detection sensors, etc. In this way, the corresponding state can be determined through the signal change of the detection assembly.
[0041] It should be noted that in the current logistics technology, for the express delivery personnel, when delivering in the community, it is generally necessary to choose door-to-door delivery or choose to deliver to the express delivery cabinet. If choosing door-to-door delivery, it is often necessary to wait for the user to be at home to deliver. This case has low time selectivity and needs to waste a lot of time of the express delivery personnel. If the express delivery personnel chooses to deliver to the express delivery cabinet, it needs to depend on the use of the express delivery cabinet and whether there is a position in the express delivery cabinet. At the same time, the express delivery personnel needs to pay for delivering to the express delivery cabinet. For the user, if sending a letter, it is generally necessary to wait for the express delivery personnel to come to collect, which wastes a lot of time of the user. If the user chooses to send a letter to the express delivery cabinet when going out, the size of the article and the remaining situation of the express delivery cabinet will all make the user have a bad experience.
[0042] As can be seen from the above description, the present scheme is to modify the original elevator device, that is, to add a delivery and mailing interval for express on the side of the original elevator car. Meanwhile, an automatic delivery express box is added on the counterweight of the elevator to balance the weight of the elevator and the weight of the passengers. The express is automatically delivered by the counterweight in cooperation with the rising and falling of the elevator, thereby realizing a low-carbon in-building express elevator system. That is, by using the elevator system of the present application, the express delivery personnel can deliver and collect express packages, and the users can send and receive express packages. For example, the express delivery personnel can put the package into the express box on the first floor, and use the elevator device to deliver the package to the delivery and mailing interval on the floor where the recipient is located, without waiting for the user to come to the door. For another example, the user can enter the delivery and mailing interval on the floor where he / she is located, put the express package to be mailed into the express box for mailing, without waiting for the express delivery personnel to come to the door. The specific process can be seen in the subsequent embodiments, which will not be described here.
[0043] In this way, the situation that the express delivery personnel needs to run between floors in the same building to deliver the goods, which consumes a lot of time and has low delivery efficiency, can be solved, and the delivery efficiency is increased. In addition, the problem that the customer is not at home due to work or other reasons and it is inconvenient to receive and send the express can be solved. Thus, the goods can be quickly sent out, the situation of insufficient express cabinets is supplemented, the express turnover rate is increased, and the express delivery personnel's efficiency of receiving and sending the express is increased. Meanwhile, the elevator provided in the community is used as the main structure of the receiving and sending device, the existing elevator is modified, and the existing equipment is reasonably saved and reused. Thus, the effect of energy saving and emission reduction and energy recycling is achieved.
[0044] With reference to the above description, some embodiments of the in-building package delivery method according to the present disclosure are described below. Figure 6 The method can be used in the elevator system described in any of the implementations of the above embodiments. Through the method, the delivery of the express package can be realized, and the method can include the following steps:
[0045] In step 601, in response to receiving the express package delivery request, the counterweight of the elevator system is controlled to run to the floor where the express delivery personnel is located.
[0046] In some embodiments, the execution subject (such as the controller of the elevator) of the in-building package delivery method can be connected in communication with each component in the elevator system through a wired connection or a wireless connection. Here, the execution subject can control the counterweight of the elevator system to run to the floor where the express delivery personnel is located in the case of receiving the express package delivery request. It can be understood that the execution subject can determine that the express package delivery request is received in various ways. For example, in order to ensure the safety of the express package and reduce the occurrence of missing or mistaken taking, a switch control can be provided at the second door of each delivery and mailing interval. At this time, the user and the express delivery personnel can open the second door by scanning a code or inputting relevant information, such as a taking code, a mailing code, delivery or taking, etc.
[0047] In this case, if the execution subject receives the courier information through the drop-off station, or receives the delivery information, it can be determined that the delivery package delivery request is received. At this time, the execution subject can control the elevator counterweight to run to the floor where the courier is located. The floor where the courier is located can be a preset floor (such as the first floor), or can be the actual floor where the courier is located.
[0048] In some embodiments, first, the execution subject can determine whether the floor where the drop-off station receiving the delivery package delivery request is located matches the preset floor. If it is determined that it matches the preset floor, the elevator in the elevator system can be controlled to counterweight to run to the preset floor. If it is determined that it does not match the preset floor, the elevator in the elevator system can be controlled to counterweight to run to the floor where the drop-off station is located. That is, usually, the courier can deliver the delivery package on the first floor. In this way, the up and down of the floor can be avoided to affect the delivery time. However, in actual use, the actual floor where the courier is located can also be determined according to the above judgment process, thereby increasing the flexibility of delivery.
[0049] It can be understood that the execution subject can record the correspondence between each drop-off station and the floor, thereby determining the floor where each drop-off station is located.
[0050] Step 602, in response to determining that the floor where the courier is located is reached, the first door of the drop-off station located on the floor is controlled to be opened.
[0051] In some embodiments, when it is determined that the elevator counterweight reaches the floor where the courier is located, the execution subject can control the first door of the drop-off station located on the floor to be opened. For example, an opening signal can be sent to the switch controller of the first door. In this way, the delivery box can be displayed in front of the courier.
[0052] Step 603, according to the information of the delivery package indicated by the delivery package delivery request, determine the target compartment in the delivery box where the delivery package is placed.
[0053] In some embodiments, the target compartment in the delivery box where the delivery package is placed can be determined according to the information of the delivery package indicated by the delivery package delivery request. For example, the courier can send the above delivery request to the execution subject by scanning the face sheet on the delivery package. At this time, the execution subject can determine the target compartment in the delivery box where the delivery package is placed according to the order information of the delivery package, such as the order number or the delivery address. As an example, the execution subject can select an idle compartment in the delivery box as the target compartment. Alternatively, the correspondence between each compartment and the floor can be preset. At this time, the idle compartment can be selected as the target compartment from the compartment corresponding to the floor where the delivery address is located (the delivery floor). For another example, the courier can input the delivery floor of the delivery package through the terminal to send the above delivery request to the execution subject.
[0054] In some embodiments, the execution subject can send the information of the target slot to the terminal used by the courier, or control the opening of the bin door of the target slot, so that the courier puts the delivery package into the target slot, as shown in Figure 7A .
[0055] Step 604, in response to determining that the delivery package is put in, according to the information of the delivery package, control the elevator counterweight to run to the delivery package receiving floor.
[0056] In some embodiments, in the case of determining that the delivery package is put in, the execution subject can control the elevator counterweight to run to the delivery package receiving floor according to the information of the delivery package. Here, the execution subject can also determine whether the delivery package is put in by various ways. For example, the execution subject detects that the bin door of the target slot is closed. Or start timing from determining the target slot, reach the set time length (such as 5 seconds). Or detect that there is a package in the target slot. Or receive the information sent by the courier through the terminal to represent that the putting is completed.
[0057] It should be noted that here, controlling the elevator counterweight to run to the delivery package receiving floor can be realized by two ways. For example, the elevator counterweight can be realized by controlling the elevator car to move up and down to reach the receiving floor. As shown in Figure 7B , for example, the elevator reaches the 4th floor, and the counterweight delivery box at the 2nd floor can directly and automatically push the package at the 2nd floor out. In this way, the original system of the elevator is used, without actively controlling the lifting of the delivery box, but the elevator car is automatically stopped at the corresponding floor while carrying passengers. For another example, the elevator counterweight can also be directly controlled to run to the receiving floor. That is, the courier can also actively choose the position where the elevator counterweight stops, and can specify the corresponding floor to stop, so as to directly complete the package delivery.
[0058] Step 605, in response to determining that the receiving floor is reached, control the first door of the drop-off room located at the floor to open, and transmit the delivery package in the target slot to the drop-off room for the user to pick up.
[0059] In some embodiments, in the case of determining that the elevator counterweight reaches the receiving floor, the execution subject can control the first door of the drop-off room located at the floor to open. And can transmit the delivery package in the target slot to the drop-off room for the user to pick up.
[0060] It can be understood that after the delivery package is delivered to the drop-off compartment, the push assembly is moved to completion, or the target compartment door is closed. The execution body can also store the package information in the drop-off compartment. For example, the correspondence between the drop-off compartment and the package is recorded. In addition, when it is determined that the delivery of the express package is completed, or the delivery of the delivery package is completed, the execution body can also control the first door of the corresponding drop-off compartment to be closed to ensure safety.
[0061] Further, the user can go to the corresponding drop-off compartment to pick up the package after receiving the package pickup information. Specifically, the execution body can first determine whether the pickup package indicated by the express package pickup information is stored in the pickup drop-off compartment receiving the express package pickup information when receiving the express package pickup information. The express package pickup information is similar to the express package delivery request described above, and can also be input when the second door of the drop-off compartment is opened. Here, if it is determined that the pickup package exists, the second door of the pickup drop-off compartment can be controlled to be opened to enable the user to pick up the package.
[0062] As described above, the in-building package delivery method of some embodiments of the present disclosure can use the elevator system to deliver the express package. This can make full use of existing resources, while helping to improve the efficiency of package delivery.
[0063] Further reference Figure 8 which shows the flow 800 of another embodiment of the in-building package delivery method according to the present disclosure. The method can also be used to deliver the express package, and the method can include the following steps:
[0064] Step 801, in response to receiving an express package mailing request, controlling the elevator to counterweight to the user's floor.
[0065] In some embodiments, the execution body of the in-building package delivery method can control the elevator to counterweight to the user's floor when receiving the express package mailing request. The method of determining that the express package mailing request is received can refer to the related description of step 601 of the above Figure 6 Embodiment, which will not be described here.
[0066] Optionally, for the determination of the floor where the user is located, first, the execution subject can determine whether the floor where the mail drop-off room receiving the express package mailing request is located matches the floor where the mailing package is sent out. Here, the floor where the mailing package is sent out is usually the floor where the mailing address of the mailing package is located. Then, if it is determined that it matches the floor where the mailing package is sent out, the elevator can be controlled to counterweight to the floor where the mailing package is sent out. If it is determined that it does not match the floor where the mailing package is sent out, the elevator can be controlled to counterweight to the floor where the mail drop-off room is located. That is, usually, the user can mail the express package at the drop-off room on his own floor. In actual use, the user can also mail the express package at the drop-off room on other floors due to equipment failure, too many people queuing, etc. Thus, the flexibility of the use of the elevator system is increased.
[0067] Step 802, in response to determining that the floor where the user is located is reached, the first door of the drop-off room located on the floor is controlled to be opened.
[0068] Step 803, according to the information of the mailing package indicated by the express package mailing request, the slot in the express box where the mailing package is placed is determined.
[0069] Step 804, in response to determining that the express package mailing is completed, the elevator is controlled to counterweight to a preset floor.
[0070] In some embodiments, in the case where the express package mailing is completed, the execution subject can control the elevator to counterweight to a preset floor, usually the first floor. The above steps can be referred to the related description in the embodiments, which will not be described here. Figure 6
[0071] Step 805, in response to determining that the preset floor is reached, the first door of the drop-off room located on the floor is controlled to be opened, and the mailing package is transferred from the slot to the drop-off room to be sent out by the express delivery personnel.
[0072] It can be understood that in the case where the express package mailing is completed, or the mailing package transfer is completed, the execution subject can also control the first door of the corresponding drop-off room to be closed.
[0073] In some application scenarios, the control of the elevator system can be divided into idle and busy modes. For example, the mode using the elevator car is called busy mode, and the mode of active delivery is called idle mode. When the elevator system is busy with passengers, the busy mode can be started. At this time, the floor of delivery (i.e. the elevator counterweight and the express box) can be determined according to the floor of the passengers. When the elevator system is not busy with passengers, the idle mode can be started. At this time, the floor of the counterweight express cabinet can be actively controlled.
[0074] Specifically, if the execution subject determines that the current time is located in the preset time period, it can be determined to adopt the busy time mode. At this time, the running floor of the elevator pair can be controlled based on the floor where the elevator car stays in the elevator system. If it is determined that the current time is located outside the preset time period, it can be determined to adopt the idle time mode. At this time, the running floor of the elevator pair can be directly controlled. It can be understood that the busy time mode is more carbon-reduced, and uses the original power for delivery without actively consuming power resources.
[0075] The parcel delivery method in the building of the embodiments of the present disclosure further enriches and perfects the process of the user using the elevator system to mail the parcel.
