[0004] PATENT DOCUMENT

[0005] Patent Document 1: JP 2014-145171 A SUMMARY

[0006] TECHNICAL PROBLEM

[0007] However, according to the technology disclosed in Patent Document 1, the pair of operation portions are operated in a direction in which the operation portions approach each other, and while maintaining this state, the locking member is slid in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the operation portions approach each other to release engagement with the locking position engagement portion. Therefore, there is a problem of poor workability. When the locking member is in the locked position, kickback of the locking member can occur.

[0008] Therefore, an object of the present disclosure is to enable easy execution of an unlocking operation of a winding device and to prevent kickback of a locking member.

[0009] SOLUTION TO PROBLEM

[0011] a sheet member;

[0012] a winding shaft to which one end portion of the sheet member is attached;

[0013] a housing including a locking side wall having a locking member placement surface and a through hole, the housing being configured to support the winding shaft so that the winding shaft is rotatable in a state in which an end portion of the winding shaft passes through the through hole;

[0014] a biasing member configured to bias the winding shaft in a direction in which the sheet member is wound; and

[0015] a locking member configured to be moved between a locked position at which the locking member prevents the end portion of the winding shaft from rotating and an unlocked position at which the locking member allows the end portion of the winding shaft to rotate on the locking member setting surface side of the locking side wall,

[0016] wherein the end portion of the winding shaft includes a rotation restriction portion whose rotation is restricted by the locking member, and the rotation restriction portion includes first and second surfaces facing each other in opposite directions,

[0017] the locking member includes:

[0018] an operation portion;

[0019] first and second intermediate portions extending in the same direction from the operation portion with a space therebetween;

[0020] a first folded portion folded from a distal end of the first intermediate portion and folded toward a proximal end side of the first intermediate portion to pass through the second intermediate portion side;

[0021] a second folded portion folded from a distal end of the second intermediate portion and folded toward a proximal end side of the second intermediate portion to pass through the first intermediate portion;

[0022] a first locking portion extending from a distal end of the first folded portion in a direction in which the locking member moves; and

[0023] a second locking portion extending from a distal end of the second folded portion in the direction in which the locking member moves,

[0024] the locking side wall includes first and second holding portions having a rotation restriction portion disposed therebetween with a space, and

[0025] In a state where the locking member is in the locked position, the first locking portion is disposed between the first surface and the first holding portion, the second locking portion is disposed between the second surface and the second holding portion, the first surface and the second surface push the first locking portion and the second locking portion in a direction away from each other due to a rotational biasing force of the biasing member to the winding shaft, and the first holding portion and the second holding portion restrict movement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion in the direction away from each other, thereby restricting rotation of the rotation restricting portion.

[0045] [First Embodiment]

[0046] Hereinafter, a sheet member winding device according to the first embodiment will be described.

[0047] [Overall Configuration]

[0048] The overall configuration of the sheet member winding device will be described. Figure 1 is a side view showing the sheet member winding device 20. Figure 1 A portion of the automobile 10 to which the winding device 20 is attached is shown. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the winding device 20.

[0049] The sheet member winding device 20 is a device configured to wind a sheet member 22 in a drawable manner. In the present embodiment, an example in which the sheet member 22 shades a window 12 of an automobile 10 will be described.

[0050] That is, the side door 14 of the automobile 10 includes a door main body 15, the window 12 located above the door main body 15, and a window frame 13 surrounding the window 12. The winding device 20 is located at an upper portion of the vehicle inner side of the door main body 15. The sheet member 22 can be pulled upward from the winding device 20 to cover the window 12 from the vehicle inner side. When the sheet member 22 is wound by the winding device 20, the window 12 is exposed to the vehicle inner side.

[0051] The winding device 20 can be provided above or beside the window 12. The sheet member 22 can be a tonneau cover that divides a trunk of an automobile into an upper portion and a lower portion, or can be a sheet that separates a passenger space and a trunk of an automobile.

[0052] The sheet member winding device 20 includes the sheet member 22 and a winding mechanism 30.

[0053] The sheet member 22 is a sheet member formed by cutting and sewing cloth, web-shaped cloth, a resin sheet, or the like. The sheet member 22 has flexibility such that the sheet member 22 can be wound around a winding shaft 40 (described later). The sheet member 22 according to the present application is formed in a shape and a size that can partially or completely shade the window 12. When the sheet member 22 is used for the purpose of light shielding or privacy protection, the sheet member 22 is preferably a sunshade. When the sheet member 22 is used for the purpose of preventing movement of an object, the sheet member can be a transparent sheet or a web-shaped sheet.

[0054] One end portion of the sheet member 22 is inserted into the winding mechanism 30 and attached to the winding shaft 40. A rod-shaped pull-out member 18 for a pull-out operation can be attached to the other end portion of the sheet member 22. The pull-out member 18 can have an effect of engaging with a portion located above the window 12 (for example, an upper portion of the window frame 13) to hold the sheet member 22 in a pulled-out state. The pull-out member 18 can have an effect of preventing the sheet member 22 from being excessively wound by contacting an edge of a pull-out slit of the winding device 20 from the outside.

[0055] Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the winding mechanism 30. Figure 4 is Figure 3 is a partial enlarged view of

[0056] The winding shaft 40 is an elongated member having a length equal to or greater than the width of the sheet member 22. One end portion of the sheet member 22 is attached to the winding shaft 40. When the winding shaft 40 is rotated, the sheet member 22 is wound around the winding shaft 40. When the winding shaft 40 is rotated in a direction opposite to the direction in which the sheet member 22 is wound, the sheet member 22 is pulled out of the winding shaft 40.

[0057] More specifically, the winding shaft 40 includes a shaft body 42, a terminal member 44, and a terminal member 48.

[0058] The shaft body 42 is formed in an elongated tubular shape, which is a cylindrical shape in the present embodiment. The shaft body 42 can be formed of, for example, a metal pipe.

[0059] The terminal member 44 is attached to one end portion of the shaft body 42, and the terminal member 48 is attached to the other end portion of the shaft body 42.

[0060] The terminal member 44 includes an insertion portion 45a, a flange portion 45b, an outer shaft portion 46, and a rotation restriction protrusion 47. The terminal member 44 is, for example, a resin member formed by injection molding.

[0061] The insertion portion 45a is an elongated portion to be inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42. The terminal member 44 is attached to one end portion of the shaft body 42 so that the terminal member 44 is prevented from rotating with respect to the shaft body 42. For example, external teeth formed on an outer circumference of the insertion portion 45a engage with internal teeth formed on an inner circumference of the shaft body 42, thereby preventing the insertion portion 45a from rotating with respect to the shaft body 42.

[0062] The configuration for preventing the terminal member 44 from rotating with respect to the shaft body 42 is not limited to the above-described example. For example, a pin or a screw can pass through the shaft body and engage with the insertion portion, or the shaft body and the flange portion can engage with each other, thereby preventing the terminal member from rotating with respect to the shaft body.

[0063] The flange portion 45b is an annular portion protruding from a proximal end of the insertion portion 45a toward an outer circumferential side. In a state in which the insertion portion 45a is inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42, the flange portion 45b abuts against one end surface of the shaft body 42, and the terminal member 44 is positioned in the shaft body 42 in a longitudinal direction thereof.

[0064] The outer shaft portion 46 is an elongated portion protruding to a side opposite to the insertion portion 45a with respect to the flange portion 45b. In a state in which the insertion portion 45a is inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42, the outer shaft portion 46 extends outward from one end portion of the shaft body 42. The outer shaft portion 46 is used to bias the shaft body 42 in a winding direction.

[0065] The rotation restriction protrusion 47 further protrudes outward from a distal end of the outer shaft portion 46. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 is used to restrict rotation of the shaft body 42.

[0066] The outer shaft portion 46 and the rotation restriction protrusion 47 are examples of one end portion of the winding shaft 40.

[0067] The terminal member 48 is, for example, a resin member formed by injection molding. The terminal member 48 is formed in an elongated shape to be inserted into the other end portion of the shaft body 42. Similar to the terminal member 44, the terminal member 48 can be attached to the other end portion of the shaft body 42 so that the terminal member 48 is prevented from rotating with respect to the shaft body 42. An outwardly open bearing hole is formed in the terminal member 48.

[0068] The housing 50 includes a lock side wall 71 having a through-hole 71h, and is configured to support the winding shaft 40 such that the winding shaft 40 is configured to rotate in a state in which an end portion of the winding shaft 40 passes through the through-hole 71h.

[0069] More specifically, the housing 50 includes a housing main body 52, a side cover 60, and a side cover 54.

[0070] The housing 52 is formed in a shape having an internal space configured to accommodate the winding shaft 40 around which the sheet-like member 22 is wound. The housing main body 52 is formed with a pull-out slit 53 connecting the internal space with the outside.

[0071] For example, the housing main body 52 includes a cylindrical portion 52a and a pair of slit-forming edges 52b. The cylindrical portion 52a is formed in a cylindrical shape configured to accommodate the winding shaft 40 around which the sheet-like member 22 is wound. A slit extending in the axial direction of the cylindrical portion 52a is formed in a portion in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion 52a. The respective pair of slit-forming edges 52b extend outward from a pair of edges sandwiching the slit. The pull-out slit 53 is formed between the outer edges of the pair of slit-forming edges 52b.

[0072] The winding shaft 40 is rotatably accommodated in the cylindrical portion 52a. The sheet-like member 22 passes between the pair of slit-forming edges 52b from the pull-out slit 53 and is wound around the winding shaft 40. Alternatively, the sheet-like member 22 wound around the winding shaft 40 is pulled out from the pull-out slit 53 between the pair of slit-forming edges 52b.

[0073] A screw fastening recess 52g is opened at one end portion and the other end portion of the housing main body 52, and a screw S can be fastened into the screw fastening recess 52g.

[0074] The housing main body 52 can be, for example, a metal extrusion molded product. The housing main body does not necessarily have the above-described configuration. For example, the housing main body can have a rectangular tubular shape.

[0075] The side cover 60 is attached to one end portion of the housing main body 52 so as to close the opening at one end of the housing main body 52. The side cover 54 is attached to the other end portion of the housing main body 52 so as to close the opening at the other end of the housing main body 52.

[0076] The side cover 60 includes a shaft side member 62 and an outer cover member 70. A space configured to accommodate the biasing member 38 is formed between the shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70.

[0077] More specifically, each of the shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70 is a resin member formed by injection molding.

[0078] The shaft side member 62 includes a base portion 63 and a circumferential wall portion 65. The base portion 63 is an annular plate-like member. An opening 63h is formed in the base portion 63, and one end portion of the shaft body 42 can be disposed in the opening 63h.

[0079] The circumferential wall portion 65 rises from the circumferential edge of the base portion 63. The biasing member 38 is disposed in a space surrounded by the circumferential wall portion 65 outside the base portion 63 (on the side opposite to the case body 52). The circumferential wall portion 65 is formed with an engagement recess 65g configured to engage with an engagement protrusion 79p formed on the circumferential wall portion 79 on the side of the outer cover member 70.

[0080] Screw fasteners 63P protrude around the base portion 63 at positions facing the screw fastening recesses 52g. Screw holes are formed in each of the screw fasteners 63P. In a state where the base portion 63 is disposed on the side of one end portion of the case body 52, each screw S is inserted into the screw hole of the corresponding screw fastener 63P and fastened into the corresponding screw fastening recess 52g, thereby attaching the base portion 63 to one end portion of the case body 52.

[0081] The fixing configuration of the base portion 63 to the case body 52 is not limited to the example described above. For example, the side cover can be attached to the case body by a caulking structure or an adhesive.

[0082] The outer cover member 70 includes a lock side wall 71 and a circumferential wall portion 79. The lock side wall 71 is an annular plate-like member. The lock side wall 71 is formed with a through-hole 71h through which one end portion of the winding shaft 40 can be rotatably disposed.

[0083] The circumferential wall portion 79 rises from the circumferential edge of the lock side wall 71. The biasing member 38 is disposed inside the lock side wall 71 (on the side of the case body 52) and in a space surrounded by the circumferential wall portion 79.

[0084] The circumferential wall portion 79 is formed as an annular circumferential wall that can be disposed inside the circumferential wall portion 65. An engagement protrusion 79p is formed on the outer surface of the circumferential wall portion 79. The shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70 are combined such that the circumferential wall portion 79 is disposed inside the circumferential wall portion 65. In this state, the engagement protrusion 79p engages with the engagement recess 65g, and the combined state of the shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70 is maintained.

[0085] The side cover 54 includes a side wall portion 55 and a support shaft 56.

[0086] The side wall portion 55 is an annular plate-like member. A support shaft 56 protrudes from the center of the side wall portion 55. The support shaft 56 is formed in an elongated shape (here, a round bar shape), which can be inserted into the bearing hole of the terminal member 48.

[0087] The screw fastener 55P protrudes around the side wall portion 55 at a position facing the screw fastening recess 52g. A screw hole is formed in each screw fastener 55P. In a state in which the side wall portion 55 is disposed on the other end portion side of the case body 52, each screw S is inserted into the screw hole of the corresponding screw fastener 55P and fastened into the corresponding screw fastening recess 52g, thereby attaching the side cover 54 to the other end portion of the case body 52.

[0088] As follows, the winding shaft 40 is rotatably supported by the case 50.

[0089] That is, the shaft body 42 of the winding shaft 40 is disposed in the case body 52. The insertion portion 45a of the terminal member 44 is inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42, and the flange portion 45b is disposed on the outside of the base portion 63 of the shaft side member 62. The outer shaft portion 46 protruding from the flange portion 45b is rotatably inserted into the through hole 71h of the locking side wall 71 through the space between the shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70. The distal end portion of the outer shaft portion 46 is formed in a columnar shape, and the through hole 71h is also formed in a round hole. The distal end portion of the outer shaft portion 46 of the shaft body 42 is rotatably supported by the through hole 71h, so that one end portion of the winding shaft 40 is rotatably supported by the case 50.

[0090] In this state, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 protrudes outward from the locking side wall 71. Therefore, the outer shaft portion 46, which is one end portion of the winding shaft 40, and the rotation restriction protrusion 47 pass through the through hole 71h.

[0091] The biasing member 38 is configured to bias the winding shaft 40 in the direction in which the sheet-like member 22 is wound. Here, the biasing member 38 is a flat spiral spring. The biasing member 38 is disposed in the space between the shaft side member 62 and the outer cover member 70. The inner circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 is fixed to the outer shaft portion 46 of the terminal member 44 in a state in which rotation thereof is prevented. The outer circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 is fixed to the circumferential wall portion 79 of the outer cover member 70 in a state in which rotation thereof is prevented.

[0092] The biasing member 38 is disposed in the wound state in the side cover 60 to reduce the outer diameter thereof. The winding shaft 40 is biased in the winding direction by the elastic force of the biasing member 38 to return to the original shape.

[0093] Preferably, in a state in which the sheet member 22 is completely wound around the winding shaft 40, the biasing member 38 is wound such that the outer diameter is smaller than the initial outer diameter. Thus, even in a state in which the sheet member 22 is completely wound around the winding shaft 40, the biasing member 38 biases the winding shaft 40 in the winding direction.

[0094] When the sheet member 22 is pulled out from this state, the biasing member 38 is wound to become even smaller. In a state in which the sheet member 22 is pulled out, the pulled-out state of the sheet member 22 is maintained using the pull-out member 18 or the like. In this state, since the winding shaft 40 is biased in the winding direction, the sheet member 22 is maintained in the unwound state.

[0095] When the pulled-out state of the sheet member 22 is released, the winding shaft 40 is rotated in the winding direction by the biasing force of the biasing member 38. Thus, the sheet member 22 is wound by the winding shaft 40. When the sheet member 22 is completely wound, the pull-out member 18 comes into contact with the circumferential edge of the pull-out slit 53. Thus, the other end portion of the sheet member 22 is prevented from entering the housing 50. Even in this state, the winding shaft 40 is biased in the winding direction. Thus, the pull-out member 18 is pressed against the circumferential edge of the pull-out slit 53, thereby preventing the sheet member 22 from being pulled out unintentionally.

[0096] In addition, the biasing member 38 does not necessarily have to be a flat coil spring. The biasing member 38 can be a torsion coil spring. In this case, the torsion coil spring can be incorporated in the winding shaft, with one end portion connected to the winding shaft in a state in which it is prevented from rotating, and the other end portion connected to the shaft on the housing side in a state in which it is prevented from rotating.

[0097] It can be necessary for the winding shaft 40 not to rotate relative to the housing 50. For example, before the winding device 20 is incorporated into a car, in order to maintain a state in which a predetermined initial biasing force is generated by the biasing member 38, it can be necessary for the winding shaft 40 not to rotate relative to the housing 50. For example, in order to facilitate maintenance or the like, it can be necessary for the winding shaft 40 not to rotate relative to the housing 50 even when the winding device 20 is temporarily removed from the car.

[0098] The rotation of the winding shaft 40 with respect to the housing 50 is restricted by the lock member 80. The lock member 80 is provided on the outer surface side of the lock side wall 71 so as to move between a locked position and an unlocked position. In a state where the lock member 80 is in the locked position, the lock member 80 prevents the rotation of one end portion of the winding shaft 40 that protrudes from the through-hole 71h. In a state where the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position, the lock member 80 allows the rotation of one end portion of the winding shaft 40. The outer surface side of the lock side wall 71 is an example of a lock member setting surface. That is, in the present embodiment, it will be described that the lock member setting surface is an example of an outer side surface of the winding shaft 40 that faces outward in the longitudinal direction.

[0099] <Configuration for restricting rotation>

[0100] The configuration in which the lock member 80 restricts the rotation of the winding shaft 40 will be described more specifically. Figure 5 is a perspective view that shows one end portion of the winding device 20, Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along Figure 5 line VI-VI of FIG. 6. Figure 7 is a perspective view that shows one end portion of the winding device 20, and Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along Figure 7 line VIII-VIII of FIG. 8. Figure 5 and Figure 6 show a state where the lock member 80 is in the locked position, Figure 7 and Figure 8 show a state where the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position. In Figure 5 and Figure 7 , the terminal member 44, the side cover 60, and the lock member 80 are shown, and other members are omitted.

[0101] As Figure 4 to Figure 8The rotation restriction protrusion 47 shown is protruding from the through-hole 71h at an end portion of the winding shaft 40. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 is a portion whose rotation is restricted by the lock member 80. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 is an example of a rotation restriction portion whose rotation is restricted by the lock member 80. That is, in the present embodiment, an example in which the rotation restriction portion is a protruding end portion that protrudes outward in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 40 from the through-hole 71h will be described. If, as in the present embodiment, the lock member arrangement surface is an outer side surface that faces outward in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 40, and the rotation restriction portion is a protruding end portion that protrudes from the through-hole 71h, then it is easy to move the lock member 80. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 includes a first surface 47f1 and a second surface 47f2 that are parallel to each other and face opposite sides of each other. In the present embodiment, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is surrounded by four side surfaces when viewed along the axial direction of the winding shaft 40. The adjacent side surfaces form a right angle with each other. There are two combinations in which the side surfaces face each other at opposite sides, and in each combination, the distance between the two side surfaces is constant. That is, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is formed in a square prism shape. In any of the two combinations of side surfaces of the rotation restriction protrusion 47, any one surface can be the first surface 47f1, and any other surface can be the second surface 47f2.

[0102] In addition, the corner portions of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 can be chamfered or rounded. A slit 46S can be formed from the rotation restriction protrusion 47 toward the outer shaft portion 46. The slit 46S is a slit through which the inner circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 is inserted to prevent the inner circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 from rotating with respect to the outer shaft portion 46.

[0103] The rotation restriction protrusion 47 need not necessarily be formed in a square prism shape. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 can have any shape in which two surfaces face each other at opposite sides. For example, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 can be formed in a rectangular prism shape or a plate shape. The rotation restriction protrusion 47 can be formed in a shape obtained by cutting two facing portions of a cylinder with a plane.

[0104] The lock member 80 is made of metal or resin. In the present embodiment, a description will be made based on the assumption that the lock member 80 is made of metal. The lock member 80 is preferably made of an elastic material.

[0105] The lock member 80 includes an operation portion 81, a first intermediate portion 82A, a second intermediate portion 82B, a first folded portion 83A, a second folded portion 83B, a first lock portion 84A, and a second lock portion 84B.

[0106] The operation portion 81 is a portion in which the operator applies an operation force using a finger or the like when moving the lock member 80 between the locked position and the unlocked position. In the present embodiment, the operation portion 81 includes a linearly extending portion.

[0107] The first intermediate portion 82A and the second intermediate portion 82B extend in the same direction from the operation portion 81 in parallel to the interval therebetween. In the present embodiment, the first intermediate portion 82A extends from one end portion of the operation portion 81, and the second intermediate portion 82B extends from the other end portion of the operation portion 81. The first intermediate portion 82A and the second intermediate portion 82B extend in parallel along a direction orthogonal to the operation portion 81.

[0108] The first folded portion 83A is a portion folded from a distal end portion of the first intermediate portion 82A, across the second intermediate portion 82B side, and toward a proximal end portion side of the first intermediate portion 82A. The second folded portion 83B is a portion folded from a distal end portion of the second intermediate portion 82B, across the first intermediate portion 82A side, and toward a proximal end portion side of the second intermediate portion 82B. In the present embodiment, the first folded portion 83A and the second folded portion 83B are folded into semicircular arc shapes. The first folded portion 83A and the second folded portion 83B are directed in a direction toward each other. However, there is a gap between the first folded portion 83A and the second folded portion 83B.

[0109] The folded shape of the first folded portion and the second folded portion is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, a V-shape or folded at two right angle positions.

[0110] The first lock portion 84A extends from a distal end portion of the first folded portion 83A along the direction in which the lock member 80 is moved. Here, the first lock portion 84A extends toward the proximal end portion side of the first intermediate portion 82A along the direction in which the first intermediate portion 82A extends. The second lock portion 84B extends from a distal end portion of the second folded portion 83B along the direction in which the lock member 80 is moved. In the present embodiment, the second lock portion 84B extends toward the proximal end portion side of the second intermediate portion 82B along the direction in which the second intermediate portion 82B extends.

[0111] There is a gap between the first lock portion 84A and the second lock portion 84B. The distal end portions of the first lock portion 84A and the second lock portion 84B are positioned away from the operation portion 81.

[0112] The rotation restricting protrusion 47 can be provided between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B. In a state where the rotation restricting protrusion 47 is sandwiched between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B are pressed against the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2, respectively. Thus, the rotation of the rotation restricting protrusion 47 is restricted. In the present embodiment, the locked position is a position where the rotation restricting protrusion 47 is provided between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). The unlocked position is a position where the rotation restricting protrusion 47 is provided outside of the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ).

[0113] In an initial state before elastic deformation, the interval W2 between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B is preferably smaller than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2. Thus, a force that sandwiches the rotation restricting protrusion 47 can be generated between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B.

[0114] The locking member 80 can be easily formed by, for example, bending a metal rod-like member, and preferably by bending a spring wire.

[0115] The locking side wall 71 includes a wall body 71B, and a first holding portion 72A and a second holding portion 72B provided with an interval therebetween. The first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B are formed to face each other at positions spaced apart from each other with respect to the through-hole 71h. The rotation restricting protrusion 47 protruding from the through-hole 71h is provided between the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B. In this state, a gap in which the first locking portion 84A can be provided is formed between the first holding portion 72A and the rotation restricting protrusion 47, and a gap in which the second locking portion 84B can be provided is formed between the second holding portion 72B and the rotation restricting protrusion 47.

[0116] In a state where the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 are parallel to the inward surfaces of the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B, respectively, a gap in which the first locking portion 84A can be inserted, for example, a gap equal to or greater than the diameter of the first locking portion 84A, is formed between the first surface 47f1 and the first holding portion 72A. Similarly, a gap in which the second locking portion 84B can be inserted is formed between the second surface 47f2 and the second holding portion 72B.

[0117] The distance between the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B can be equal to or greater than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 and the sum of the diameter of the locking portion 84A and the diameter of the locking portion 84B. In a case where the distance between the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B is smaller than the maximum thickness of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 and the sum of the diameter of the locking portion 84A and the diameter of the locking portion 84B, the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B are restricted from moving outward by the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, whereby the rotation of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 can be restricted. The maximum thickness of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is, for example, the distance between the diagonal portions in the rotation restriction protrusion 47 on the diagonal line.

[0118] More specifically, the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B are portions protruding from the outer surface of the wall body 71B. The first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B extend in parallel to each other at positions where the two sides of the through-hole 71h are spaced apart. The extending directions of the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B are in the directions connecting the locked position and the unlocked position of the locking member 80, and are in the moving directions of the locking member 80.

[0119] Each of the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B preferably has a width equal to or smaller than the distance between the intermediate portion 82A and the locking portion 84A and the distance between the intermediate portion 82B and the locking portion 84B, respectively. Thus, the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B can be disposed between the intermediate portion 82A and the locking portion 84A and between the intermediate portion 82B and the locking portion 84B, respectively.

[0120] In a state where the locking member 80 is in the locked position, the first locking portion 84A is disposed between the first surface 47f1 and the first holding portion 72A, and the second locking portion 84B is disposed between the second surface 47f2 and the second holding portion 72B. The folded portions 83A and 83B extend from the proximal end portions of the locking portions 84A and 84B to the distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B on the outside of the folded portions 83A and 83B, and reach the outside of the two sides of the holding portions 72A and 72B, respectively. The intermediate portions 82A and 82B extend from the proximal end portions of the folded portions 83A and 83B, respectively, and pass through the outside of the holding portions 72A and 72B, beyond the rotation restriction protrusion 47, to the outside of the side cover 60. The operation portion 81 connects the proximal end portions of the intermediate portions 82A and 82B on the outside of the locked side wall 71.

[0121] In a state where the locking member 80 is in the locked position, the first locking portion 84A is disposed between the first surface 47f1 and the first holding portion 72A, and the second locking portion 84B is disposed between the second surface 47f2 and the second holding portion 72B. In this state, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is rotationally biased by the biasing force of the biasing member 38. Due to this biasing force, the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 are significantly inclined with respect to the extension directions of the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B, respectively, and push the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B in directions away from each other. That is, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is rotationally biased between the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B so as to push the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B apart.

[0122] The separated locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B are pressed against the inward portions of the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, respectively. The holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B restrict the movement of the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B in directions away from each other. Thus, the inclination of the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 is prevented, and the rotation of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is restricted.

[0123] In the rotation restriction state, the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 are pressed against the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B, respectively, and the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B are pressed against the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, and thus frictional forces act between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 and the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B, by the biasing force of the biasing member 38, and further by the frictional forces between the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B and the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B. The locking member 80 is held at the locked position by these frictional forces.

[0124] Preferably, in the extension directions of the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B have lengths that exceed the diameter of the through-hole 71h, and both end portions of each of the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B extend beyond the range where the through-hole 71h exists. Thus, the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B can stably contact the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, respectively, on both outer sides of the through-hole 71h.

[0125] Preferably, the inward surfaces of the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B are parallel to each other and extend over a length that is equal to or greater than the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2. Thus, the locking portion 84A and the locking portion 84B can stably contact the holding portion 72A and the holding portion 72B, respectively, on both outer sides of the through-hole 71h.

[0126] In a state where the locking member 80 is in the locked position, the distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B can be disposed at positions where the distal end portions can respectively come into contact with the inner circumferential portions of the folded portions 83A and 83B. Thus, it is easy to set the locked position to be constant.

[0127] The distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B can be formed to be gradually narrowed toward the distal end portions. By narrowing the distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B, the distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B can easily come into contact with the folded portions 83A and 83B at the stable positions. The inner inclined surfaces of the holding portions 72A and 72B make it difficult for the distal end portions of the locking portions 84A and 84B to respectively interfere with the holding portions 72A and 72B.

[0128] When the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position, the locking portions 84A and 84B are positioned away from the rotation restriction protrusion 47 on the side opposite to the operation portion 81, and the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is removed from between the locking portions 84A and 84B. In this state, the folded portions 83A and 83B are separated from the distal end portions of the holding portions 72A and 72B. The operation portion 81 approaches the rotation restriction protrusion 47. When viewed along the axial direction of the winding shaft 40, the locking member 80 is accommodated within the outer edge of the side cover 60.

[0129] In this state, the locking portions 84A and 84B are separated from the rotation restriction protrusion 47, and thus, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 can freely rotate between the holding portions 72A and 72B without being restricted in rotation by the locking member 80.

[0130] The locking side wall 71 includes a guide portion 74. The guide portion 74 is a portion protruding from the outer surface of the wall body 71B, and includes a guide body 74a and a widened guide end portion 74b.

[0131] The guide portion 74 is located at a gap side where the locking portions 84A and 84B of the locking member 80 are located at the unlocked position with respect to the rotation restriction protrusion 47. Here, at the unlocked position, the guide portion 74 is located between the locking portions 84A and 84B of the locking member 80. At the unlocked position, the guide portion can be located between the gap between the rotation restriction protrusion and the pair of locking portions of the locking member.

[0132] The guide portion 74 is formed in an elongated shape along the movement direction of the lock member 80 between the locked position and the unlocked position. In the guide portion 74, the guide body 74a is located on the rotation restriction protrusion 47 side, and the widened guide end portion 74b is located on the side away from the rotation restriction protrusion 47.

[0133] The guide body 74a has a width W1 equal to or greater than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2. Preferably, the width of the guide body 74a is equal to the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2. Here, in the case where the width of the guide body 74a is the same as the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2, this includes the case where the width W1 of the guide body 74a is the same as the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 within a tolerance range. The tolerance range is set so that, for example, the width W1 of the guide body 74a is within a range of +0.1 mm with respect to the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2.

[0134] In the present embodiment, the guide body 74a has an elongated shape having a continuous portion of the same width, but the width can vary in the middle.

[0135] In addition, in the initial state where the lock member 80 is not elastically deformed, the interval W2 (see Fig. 9) between the first lock portion 84A and the second lock portion 84B is preferably smaller than the width W1 of the guide body 74a. Thus, in the state where the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position, the first lock portion 84A and the second lock portion 84B can sandwich the guide body 74a. Figure 9 ) is preferably smaller than the width W1 of the guide body 74a. Thus, in the state where the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position, the first lock portion 84A and the second lock portion 84B can sandwich the guide body 74a.

[0136] In the state where the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position, the lock portion 84A and the lock portion 84B are disposed on both outer sides of the guide body 74a. Thus, the lock portion 84A and the lock portion 84B are kept apart by a distance equal to or greater than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2. As described above, the lock portion 84A and the lock portion 84B are apart, and thus, in the case where the lock member 80 is moved from the unlocked position to the locked position, the lock portion 84A and the lock portion 84B can be smoothly disposed on both outer sides of the rotation restriction protrusion 47.

[0137] The widened guide end portion 74b is located on the side opposite the rotation restriction protrusion 47 with respect to the guide main body 74a. The widened guide end portion 74b is formed in a shape in which the width gradually increases from a minimum width toward the rotation restriction protrusion 47 to a maximum width. The distal end of the widened guide end portion 74b is the portion having the minimum width. The minimum width is a width smaller than the interval W2 between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B in the initial state in which the locking member 80 is not elastically deformed. The maximum width is the width of the guide main body 74a, and is a width equal to or greater than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2.

[0138] In a case where the locking member 80 is attached to the locking side wall 71, the locking portions 84A and 84B are disposed on the two outer sides of the guide portion 74 from the outer side of the locking side wall 71 along the extension direction of the guide portion 74. At this time, the locking portions 84A and 84B are in contact with the two side surfaces of the widened guide end portion 74b and are pressed and separated. Therefore, in a state in which the interval between the locking portions 84A and 84B is greater than the initial gap W2, the locking portions 84A and 84B are disposed on the two outer sides of the guide main body 74a.

[0139] In the present embodiment, the locking side wall 71 has a restriction wall 76 that covers the space between the holding portions 72A and 72B and the two outer side spaces of the guide portion 74 at a position away from the outward surface of the wall main body 71B. The restriction wall 76 is disposed at a position spaced apart from the outward surface of the wall main body 71B by a gap that allows the locking portions 84A and 84B to be disposed therein. The restriction wall 76 includes a first region 76a that closes the space between the holding portions 72A and 72B and a second region 76b that extends from the first region 76a toward the guide portion 74.

[0140] The first region 76a has a portion that extends from the distal ends of the holding portions 72A and 72B toward the center thereof. The locking portions 84A and 84B of the locking member 80 in the locked position are disposed between the outward surface of the wall main body 71B and the first region 76a of the restriction wall 76 inside the holding portions 72A and 72B.

[0141] An opening is formed in a first region 76a on an axial extension of the rotation restriction protrusion 47, and the state of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 can be observed through the opening. Thus, while the state of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is checked through the opening, the locking portions 84A and 84B of the locking member 80 can be easily inserted between the rotation restriction protrusion 47 and the holding portions 72A and 72B. The winding shaft 40 can be rotated using the opening. The restriction wall 76 can be omitted. In this case, the locking side wall can have an eave-shaped portion or a groove-shaped portion that guides the locking member along the wall body.

[0142] A second region 76b is formed in a plate shape that extends along the guide portion 74 and gradually narrows as moving away from the rotation restriction protrusion 47. The second region 76b includes a plate-shaped portion that extends outward from a distal end of the guide portion 74 at a position away from an outer surface of the restriction wall 76. The locking portions 84A and 84B of the locking member 80 at the locked position are disposed between the outward surface of the wall body 71B and the second region 76b of the restriction wall 76, on both outer sides of the distal end of the guide portion 74.

[0143] The locking side wall 71 includes a receiving portion 78 configured to receive the operation portion 81. The receiving portion 78 is a portion protruding from the outward surface of the wall body 71B. The receiving portion 78 is formed between the intermediate portions 82A and 82B, and at a position where the receiving portion 78 receives the operation portion 81 in a state where the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position. That is, in a state where the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position, the receiving portion 78 is inside and receives the operation portion 81. In a state where the locking member 80 is in the locked position, the operation portion 81 is disposed at a position separated outward from the receiving portion 78.

[0144] In the present embodiment, the receiving portion 78 includes a pair of split receiving portions 78a split along the extension direction of the operation portion 81. The receiving portion 78 can be one protruding portion.

[0145] A recess 78ag into which the operation portion 81 can fit is formed in a portion of each split receiving portion 78a opposite the rotation restriction protrusion 47. Preferably, the recess 78ag has a width that allows the operation portion 81 to be press-fitted therein. In a state where the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position, the operation portion 81 is fitted into the recess 78ag of the receiving portion 78. Thus, the locking member 80 is prevented from falling from the unlocked position.

[0146] Further, in this state, the locking portions 84A and 84B are disposed between the wall body 71B and the restriction wall 76, and therefore, the locking portions 84A and 84B are less likely to be significantly inclined with respect to the outward surface of the wall body 71B. This makes it difficult for the operation portion 81 to move in a direction away from the outward surface of the wall body 71B. Therefore, the operation portion 81 is less likely to fall out of the recess 78ag.

[0147] The recess 78ag is located at a position away from the outward surface of the wall body 71B, and preferably receives the operation portion 81 at a position away from the outward surface of the wall body 71B. As described above, the locking portions 84A and 84B are sandwiched between the outer surface of the wall body 71B and the restriction wall 76, and are held along the outward surface of the wall body 71B. In a state where the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position and the operation portion 81 is fitted into the recess 78ag at a position away from the outer surface of the wall body 71B, the folded portions 83A and 83B and the intermediate portions 82A and 82B are elastically deformed so as to gradually separate from the outer surface of the wall body 71B toward the operation portion 81. Therefore, the operation portion 81 is pressed against the recess 78ag by the elastic restoring force of the operation portion 81 to return to a state along the outward surface of the wall body 71B, and the kickback of the locking member 80 is prevented. The locking member 80 can be easily held at the unlocked position.

[0148] The partitioned receiving portion 78a is formed so that the size of the protrusion portion with respect to the wall body 71B gradually increases as it moves away from the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47. Therefore, in a case where the locking member 80 is attached to the locking side wall 71, if the operation portion 81 moves in a direction away from the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47 outside the partitioned receiving portion 78a, the operation portion 81 can easily cross the partitioned receiving portion 78a. Therefore, the operation portion 81 can be easily fitted into the recess 78ag.

[0149] The assembly process of the locking member 80 will be described.

[0150] In a state where the locking member 80 is disposed along the outer surface of the wall body 71B (as indicated by the double-dotted chain line in the locking member 80 in Figure 9 In this state, by operating the operation portion 81, the locking portions 84A and 84B are inserted between the outer surface of the wall body 71B and the restriction wall 76, and are pushed toward the two outer sides of the guide portion 74.

[0151] In this state, by operating the operation portion 81, the locking portions 84A and 84B are inserted between the outer surface of the wall body 71B and the restriction wall 76, and are pushed toward the two outer sides of the guide portion 74.

[0152] The initial interval W2 between the locking portions 84A and 84B is smaller than the width Wl of the guide body 74a. Therefore, after the locking portions 84A and 84B come into contact with the widened guide end portion 74b and are pushed away, the locking portions 84A and 84B are disposed on both outer surface sides of the guide body 74a (see Figure 9 The locking member 80 is indicated by a solid line in the middle.

[0153] The operation portion 81 is operated so that the operation portion 81 is further moved in a direction away from the rotation restriction protrusion 47. Then, the locking portions 84A and 84B located on both outer surface sides of the guide body 74a are moved toward both outer sides of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 while being guided by both outer surfaces of the guide body 74a. That is, the first locking portion 84A is inserted between the rotation restriction protrusion 47 and the first holding portion 72A, and the second locking portion 84B is inserted between the rotation restriction protrusion 47 and the second holding portion 72B.

[0154] As described above, the rotation restriction protrusion 47 tends to rotate due to the biasing force of the biasing member 38, and therefore, the first surface 47fl and the second surface 47f2 push the locking portions 84A and 84B toward the holding portions 72A and 72B, respectively. By restricting the movement of the locking portions 84A and 84B in a direction in which the holding portions 72A and 72B separate from each other, the inclination of the first surface 47fl and the second surface 47f2 is prevented, and the rotation of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is restricted (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ).

[0155] In this state, the locking member 80 is held in the locked position by the frictional force between the first surface 47fl and the second surface 47f2 and the locking portions 84A and 84B, and further by the frictional force between the locking portions 84A and 84B and the holding portions 72A and 72B.

[0156] After the winding shaft 40 is wound in the winding direction, the rotation of the rotation restriction protrusion 47 is restricted by the locking member 80, and therefore, the locking member 80 can be held in the pre-wound state.

[0157] The winding device 20 is assembled to the automobile 10 in a state in which the rotation of the winding shaft 40 is restricted. Thereafter, the rotation restriction of the winding shaft 40 is released.

[0158] That is, the operation portion 81 is pushed against the above-described frictional force toward the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47. Then, the lock portions 84A and 84B are released from between the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47 and the holding portions 72A and 72B, respectively, and move to the both outer sides of the guide portion 74 (see Figure 7 and Figure 8 ). Thus, the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position. In this state, the lock portions 84A and 84B of the initial interval W2 smaller than the width Wl of the guide body 74a sandwich the guide body 74a. Thus, the lock member 80 is less likely to be bounced against the lock side wall 71. The frictional force generated by the sandwiching prevents the lock member 80 from moving from the unlocked position to the locked position.

[0159] When the lock member 80 is in the unlocked position, the rotation restriction state of the lock portions 84A and 84B to the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47 is released, and thus the winding shaft 40 can be rotated in the housing 50 so that the sheet member 22 can be pulled out or wound.

[0160] When the winding device 20 is removed from the automobile 10 for maintenance or other reasons, the lock member 80 moves from the unlocked position to the locked position, thereby holding the winding shaft 40 in the rotation restriction state.

[0161] <Effects, etc.>

[0162] According to the winding device 20 for the sheet member 22 configured as described above, in a state where the lock member 80 is in the locked position, the movement of the first and second lock portions 84A and 84B in the direction in which the first and second holding portions 72A and 72B are separated from each other is restricted. Thus, the significant inclination of the first and second surfaces 47fl and 47f2 is restricted, and the rotation of the rotation restriction protrusion portion 47 is restricted. In this state, the first lock portion 84A is sandwiched between the first surface 47fl and the first holding portion 72A, and the first lock portion 84A is sandwiched between the second surface 47f2 and the second holding portion 72B, thereby holding the lock member 80 at the locked position.

[0163] In a state where the lock member 80 is held at the locked position, the first surface 47fl pushes the first lock portion 84A toward the first holding portion 72A by the rotational biasing force of the biasing member 38, and the second surface 47f2 pushes the second lock portion 84B toward the second holding portion 72B. Thus, the bounce of the lock member 80 is prevented.

[0164] To unlock the winding device 20, the operation portion 81 simply pushes against the frictional force of the first locking portion 84A against the first surface 47f1 and the first holding portion 72A and the frictional force of the second locking portion 84B against the second surface 47f2 and the second holding portion 72B from the locked position toward the unlocked position. Thus, the unlocking operation of the winding device 20 can be easily performed.

[0165] To move the locking member 80 from the unlocked position to the locked position, the operation portion 81 is simply pushed in the opposite direction to the above. Thus, the locking operation of the winding device 20 is also easy.

[0166] In a state where the locking member 80 is in the locked position, the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B can be in contact with the first folded portion 83A and the second folded portion 83B, respectively. Thus, in the case where the locking member 80 is moved to the locked position, the locking member 80 can be moved until the first folded portion 83A and the second folded portion 83B are in contact with the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B, respectively. Thus, the locking member 80 can be stabilized in the locked position.

[0167] The locking side wall 71 includes a receiving portion 78 configured to receive the operation portion 81 of the locking member at the unlocked position. Since the receiving portion 78 receives the operation portion 81, the locking member 80 can be easily held in the unlocked position.

[0168] In the case where the locking member 80 is moved to the locked position, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B sandwich the guide portion 74, and a width equal to or greater than the distance Q between the first surface 47f1 and the second surface 47f2 is provided between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B. Thus, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B are less likely to interfere with the rotation restriction protrusion 47 and are smoothly guided toward both outer sides of the rotation restriction protrusion 47. This makes it easier to lock the winding device 20.

[0169] In the case where the interval W2 between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B in the initial state of the locking member 80 is smaller than the width W1 of the guide body 74a, in a state where the locking member 80 is in the unlocked position, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B can sandwich the guide portion 74 by the elastic restoring force. This prevents the kickback of the locking member 80 in the unlocked state. By the frictional force between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B with respect to the guide portion 74, the locking member 80 can be easily held in the unlocked position.

[0170] Furthermore, if the guide portion 74 includes a widened guide end portion 74b, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B can be easily separated by the widened guide end portion 74b and disposed on both sides of the guide body 74a. Therefore, the locking member 80 can be easily assembled to the locking sidewall 71.

[0171] Furthermore, in this embodiment, an example has been described where the configuration for limiting rotation (such as locking member 80, first retaining portion 72A, and second retaining portion 72B) is left-right symmetrical. However, it is also assumed that the configuration for limiting rotation is left-right asymmetrical.

[0172] [Second Embodiment]

[0173] The sheet member winding apparatus according to the second embodiment will be described below. In the second embodiment, the differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and components that are the same as those in the first embodiment may be indicated by the same reference numerals and their descriptions may be omitted.

[0174] Figure 10 This is a partial perspective view showing the sheet member winding device 120. Similar to the winding device 20, the sheet member winding device 120 is a device configured to wind the sheet member 22 in a pull-out manner.

[0175] The sheet member winding device 120 includes a sheet member 22 and a winding mechanism 130.

[0176] The sheet member 22 is the same as the sheet member described in the first embodiment. One end portion of the sheet member 22 is inserted into the winding mechanism 130 and attached to the winding shaft 140 in the winding mechanism 130. As described in the first embodiment, a rod-shaped pull-out member for the pull-out operation may be attached to the other end portion of the sheet member 22.

[0177] Figure 11 and Figure 12 This is an exploded perspective view of the winding mechanism 130. Figure 11 This is a perspective view of one end portion of the winding mechanism 130, viewed from the outside of the winding shaft 140, and Figure 12 This is a perspective view of the winding mechanism 130 as seen from the middle side of the winding shaft 140. Figure 11 and 12 In the middle, the top and bottom are also inverted. Additionally, although in Figure 11 As shown in, but in Figure 12 The winding shaft 140 and the sheet member 22 are omitted.

[0178] like Figure 10 to Figure 12As shown, the winding mechanism 130 includes a winding shaft 140, a housing 150, a biasing member 38, and a locking member 180.

[0179] Similar to the winding shaft 40, the winding shaft 140 is an elongated member having a length equal to or greater than the width of the sheet member 22. One end portion of the sheet member 22 is attached to the winding shaft 140. The sheet member 22 is wound around or pulled out of the winding shaft 140.

[0180] More specifically, the winding shaft 140 includes the shaft main body 42, a terminal member 144, and a terminal member.

[0181] The shaft main body 42 is the shaft main body 42 described in the first embodiment. The terminal member 144 is attached to one end portion of the shaft main body 42. The terminal member 144 is different from the terminal member 44 described in the first embodiment. The terminal member attached to the other end portion of the shaft main body 42 can be the same as the terminal member 48 described in the first embodiment.

[0182] The terminal member 144 includes an insertion portion 145a, a flange portion 145b, an intermediate main body portion 145c, and an outer shaft portion 146. The terminal member 144 also includes a rotation restriction portion 147. The terminal member 144 is, for example, a resin member formed by injection molding.

[0183] The insertion portion 145a is an elongated portion to be inserted into one end portion of the shaft main body 42. The terminal member 144 is attached to one end portion of the shaft main body 42, thereby preventing the terminal member 144 from rotating relative to the shaft main body 42. For example, external teeth formed on an outer circumference of the insertion portion 145a engage with internal teeth formed on an inner circumference of the shaft main body 42, thereby preventing the insertion portion 145a from rotating relative to the shaft main body 42. As described in the first embodiment, the configuration for preventing the terminal member 144 from rotating relative to the shaft main body 42 is not limited to the above-described example.

[0184] The intermediate main body portion 145c is connected to a proximal end side of the insertion portion 145a. The intermediate main body portion 145c is thicker than the insertion portion 145a. In a state where the insertion portion 145a is inserted into one end portion of the shaft main body 42, a ring-shaped end surface of the intermediate main body portion 145c facing the insertion portion 145a abuts against one end surface of the shaft main body 42, and the terminal member 144 is positioned in the longitudinal direction of the shaft main body 42.

[0185] The flange portion 145b is formed in a ring-shaped portion protruding from the proximal end of the intermediate main body portion 145c toward the outer circumferential side. The flange portion 145b and one end surface of the shaft main body 42 are separated by a distance corresponding to the length of the intermediate main body portion 145c.

[0186] The outer shaft portion 146 is an elongated portion that protrudes to a side opposite to the intermediate body portion 145c and the insertion portion 145a with respect to the flange portion 145b. The outer shaft portion 146 extends outward from one end portion of the shaft body 42 in a state in which the insertion portion 145a is inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42. The outer shaft portion 146 functions to bias the shaft body 42 in the winding direction.

[0187] The rotation restriction portion 147 is closer to the shaft body 42 than the outer shaft portion 146 of the terminal member 144. That is, the rotation restriction portion 147 is positioned closer to the shaft body 42 than the flange portion 145b. Here, the intermediate body portion 145c includes the rotation restriction portion 147. This rotation restriction portion 147 functions to restrict the rotation of the shaft body 42. The intermediate body portion 145c and the rotation restriction portion 147 are examples of one end portion of the winding shaft 140.

[0188] The housing 150 includes a lock side wall 271 having a through-hole 271h, and supports the winding shaft 140 so that the winding shaft 140 can rotate in a state in which an end portion of the winding shaft 140 passes through the through-hole 271h.

[0189] More specifically, the housing 150 includes a housing body 152, a bearing member 160, and a bearing member.

[0190] The housing body 152 is formed in a shape that at least partially covers the winding shaft 140 around which the sheet-like member 22 is wound.

[0191] For example, the housing body 152 includes a partial cylindrical portion 152a and an attachment piece 152b. The partial cylindrical portion 152a is formed in a shape that partially covers the winding shaft 140 around which the sheet-like member 22 is wound in a circumferential direction of the winding shaft 140. More specifically, the partial cylindrical portion 152a is formed in a partial cylindrical shape that occupies about 1 / 4 to 1 / 3 in the circumferential direction of the cylinder. The partial cylindrical portion 152a is longer than the shaft body 42, and covers the sheet-like member 22 wound around the winding shaft 140 in the entire longitudinal direction of the shaft body 42. The partial cylindrical portion 152a can be longer than the winding shaft 140.

[0192] The attachment piece 152b extends from an edge of one side in the circumferential direction of the partial cylindrical portion 152a. A screw hole or the like is formed in the attachment piece 152b, and the housing body 152 is attached to an attachment object via the attachment piece 152b. The attachment object is, for example, a frame portion around a window of an automobile. By attaching the housing body 152 to the frame portion, the sheet-like member 22 wound around the winding shaft 140 is surrounded by the housing body 152 and the attachment object. A slit for pulling out the sheet-like member 22 is formed between the housing body 152 and the attachment object.

[0193] A support wall portion 153 is formed at one end portion of the partial cylindrical portion 152a in the longitudinal direction. The support wall portion 153 is formed in a plate shape that extends from the inner circumferential surface of the partial cylindrical portion 152a in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the partial cylindrical portion 152a.

[0194] A recess 160g is formed in the support wall portion 153, into which the bearing member 160 is partially fitted. When the portion of the bearing member 160 that surrounds the winding shaft 140 is fitted into the recess 160g, the bearing member 160 is positioned in contact with the outward surface of the support wall portion 153.

[0195] A fixing portion 152p is formed at one end portion of the partial cylindrical portion 152a in the longitudinal direction and at a portion outside the support wall portion 153. For example, a screw hole is formed in the fixing portion 152p. In a state in which the bearing member 160 is positioned on the support wall portion 153, the bearing member 160 is fastened and fixed to the fixing portion 152p. The fixing structure of the bearing member 160 is not limited to this example. For example, the bearing member 160 can be fixed to the housing main body 152 by an adhesive, a fitting structure, heat welding, or the like.

[0196] The support wall portion 153 can be formed inside an opening on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the partial cylindrical portion 152a. In this case, the bearing member 160 can be easily protected in the partial cylindrical portion 152a. The support wall portion 153 can be formed at an edge of the opening on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the partial cylindrical portion 152a.

[0197] An operation opening 152h is formed in a portion of the partial cylindrical portion 152a outside the support wall portion 153. In a state in which the bearing member 160 is supported by the housing main body 152, the operation portion 181 of the locking member 180 is disposed at a position facing the operation opening 152h. An operator can pass through the operation opening 152h, and operate and move the locking member 180 by touching the operation portion 181.

[0198] A bearing member similar to the side cover 54 in the first embodiment can be supported by the other end portion of the partial cylindrical portion 152a in the longitudinal direction, and the other end portion of the winding shaft 140 can be rotatably supported by the same configuration as in the first embodiment.

[0199] The housing main body 152 can be a member made of resin or a member made of metal. As in the first embodiment, a larger portion surrounding the winding shaft 140 can be covered by a tubular member.

[0200] One bearing member 160 is attached to one end portion of the housing body 152. The other bearing member is attached to the other end portion of the housing body 152. Since both ends of the winding shaft 140 are rotatably supported by both end portions of the housing body 152, the winding shaft 140 rotates inside the housing body 152, and the sheet-like member 22 can be wound or pulled out.

[0201] The bearing member 160 includes a shaft side member 162 and an outer cover member 170. A space configured to accommodate the biasing member 38 is formed between the shaft side member 162 and the outer cover member 170.

[0202] More specifically, each of the shaft side member 162 and the outer cover member 170 is a resin part formed by injection molding.

[0203] The shaft side member 162 includes a locking side wall 271 and a circumferential wall portion 65.

[0204] The locking side wall 271 is an annular plate-like member, and is a portion corresponding to the base portion 63 in the first embodiment. A through-hole 271h through which one end portion of the winding shaft 140 can pass is formed in the locking side wall 271. The through-hole 271h is, for example, a circular opening into which the middle body portion 145c is rotatably inserted. The through-hole 271h is formed to be smaller than the flange portion 145b, and the through-hole 271h is closed by the flange portion 145b. Unlike the first embodiment, the locking side wall 271 has a locking member arrangement surface 271f on which the locking member 180 is movably arranged. The locking structure of the locking member 180 will be described later in detail.

[0205] As described in the first embodiment, the circumferential wall portion 65 rises from an outer circumferential edge of the locking side wall 271.

[0206] The outer cover member 170 includes an outer side wall 171 and a circumferential wall portion 79. The outer side wall 171 is an annular plate-like member. Unlike the first embodiment, no locking member is arranged on the outer side wall 171.

[0207] Unlike the first embodiment, no through-hole is formed in the outer side wall 171. A bearing recess 171g is formed at the center of the outer side wall 171. The bearing recess 171g is a recessed portion when viewed from the inside of the outer side wall 171. The distal end of the outer shaft portion 146 is rotatably inserted into and supported by the bearing recess 171g. The portion of the outer side wall 171 in which the bearing recess 171g is formed can protrude when viewed from the outside. The outer side wall 171 closes the inner space of the bearing member 160 with respect to the outside space.

[0208] As described in the first embodiment, the circumferential wall portion 79 rises from the circumferential edge of the outer side wall 171. The biasing member 38 is disposed inside the outer side wall 171 and in the space surrounded by the circumferential wall portion 79.

[0209] The circumferential wall portion 79 is formed as an annular circumferential wall capable of being disposed inside the circumferential wall portion 65. As described in the first embodiment, the engagement protrusion 79p on the outer surface of the circumferential wall portion 79 engages with the recess 65g of the circumferential wall portion 65, and the combined state of the shaft side member 162 and the outer cover member 170 is maintained.

[0210] In addition, a screw fastener 171P extending outward along the extension direction of the winding shaft 140 protrudes from a portion of the periphery of the housing member 170. The screw fastener 171P is used to fix the bearing member 160 to the inside of one end portion of the housing body 152.

[0211] As follows, the winding shaft 140 is rotatably supported by the housing 150.

[0212] That is, the shaft body 42 of the winding shaft 140 is disposed in the housing body 152. The insertion portion 145a of the terminal member 144 is inserted into one end portion of the shaft body 42, the intermediate body portion 145c passes through the through-hole 271h, and the flange portion 145b is disposed on the side opposite to the locking member disposition surface 271f with respect to the locking side wall 271. Therefore, the intermediate body portion 145c extends through the through-hole 271h from the flange portion 145b toward the end portion of the shaft body 42.

[0213] The outer shaft portion 146 protruding from the flange portion 145b is rotatably inserted into the bearing recess 171g of the outer side wall 171 through the space between the shaft side member 162 and the outer cover member 170. The distal end portion of the outer shaft portion 146 is formed in a columnar shape, and the bearing recess 171g is also formed in a bottomed circular hole shape. The distal end portion of the outer shaft portion 146 is rotatably supported by the bearing recess 171g, so that one end portion of the winding shaft 140 is rotatably supported by the housing 150.

[0214] In this state, the intermediate body portion 145c passes through the through-hole 271h of the locking side wall 271 and protrudes to the intermediate side in the extension direction of the winding shaft 140.

[0215] The biasing member 38 biases the winding shaft 140 in the direction in which the sheet member 22 is wound. Here, as described in the first embodiment, the biasing member 38 is a flat coil spring. The biasing member 38 is disposed in the space between the shaft side member 162 and the outer cover member 170. The inner circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 is fixed to the outer shaft portion 146 in a state in which it is prevented from rotating. The outer circumferential side end portion of the biasing member 38 is fixed to the circumferential wall portion 79 of the outer cover member 170 in a state in which it is prevented from rotating.

[0216] As described in the first embodiment, the winding shaft 140 is biased in the winding direction by the biasing member 38. Therefore, the sheet member 22 can be used as a shielding member or a partition member by being pulled out against the winding biasing force. When the sheet member 22 is not used as a shielding member or a partition member, the sheet member 22 can be wound around the winding shaft 140 by the winding biasing force.

[0217] As described in the first embodiment, it can be necessary for the winding shaft 140 not to rotate relative to the case main body 152. Therefore, the rotation of the winding shaft 140 relative to the case main body 152 is restricted by the lock member 180. Unlike the first embodiment, in the second embodiment, the lock member 180 is disposed on the lock member disposition surface 271f side of one side of the shaft main body 42 in the lock side wall 271 on the shaft main body 42 side so as to be able to move between a locked position and an unlocked position. In a state in which the lock member 180 is in the locked position, the lock member 180 prevents the rotation of the portion of one end portion of the winding shaft 140 that protrudes from the through hole 271h toward the shaft main body 42. In a state in which the lock member 180 is in the unlocked position, the lock member 180 allows the rotation of one end portion of the winding shaft 140.

[0218] <Configuration for restricting rotation>

[0219] The configuration in which the lock member 180 restricts the rotation of the winding shaft 140 will be described more specifically. Figure 13 is a perspective view showing the bearing member 160, Figure 14 is a sectional view taken along the line XIV-XIV of Figure 13 . Figure 15 is a perspective view showing the bearing member 160, and Figure 16 is a sectional view taken along the line XVI-XVI of Figure 15 . Figure 13 and Figure 14 show a state in which the lock member 180 is in the locked position, and Figure 15 and Figure 16 show a state in which the lock member 180 is in the unlocked position.

[0220] As Figure 10 to Figure 16As shown, the intermediate body portion 145c at the end portion of the winding shaft 140 extends from the flange portion 145b to the middle side of the winding shaft 140 in the longitudinal direction, through the through-hole 271h. A portion of the intermediate body portion 145c that extends from the through-hole 271h toward the middle of the winding shaft 140 in the longitudinal direction, here, a portion of the intermediate body portion 145c close to the flange portion 145b is the rotation restriction portion 147.

[0221] More specifically, a portion of the intermediate body portion 145c close to the insertion portion 145a is formed as a circular outer circumferential surface. A pair of partial protrusions 145c1 that partially protrude in the circumferential direction are formed on a portion of the intermediate body portion 145c close to the flange portion 145b. The partial protrusions 145c1 form the rotation restriction portion 147 having a non-circular cross section.

[0222] More specifically, the rotation restriction portion 147 includes a first surface 147f1 and a second surface 147f2 that are parallel to each other and face each other at opposite sides. In the present embodiment, the rotation restriction portion 147 is surrounded by the first surface 147f1, the second surface 147f2, and two arc-shaped curved surfaces 147a when viewed along the axial direction of the winding shaft 140.

[0223] The first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 are positioned opposite each other on the outer circumference of the rotation restriction portion 147. In the circumferential direction of the rotation restriction portion 147, one arc-shaped curved surface 147a is located between one end of the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2, and the other arc-shaped curved surface 147a is located between the other end of the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2.

[0224] Both of the arc-shaped curved surfaces 147a are arc-shaped curved surfaces with a center of curvature that is the central axis of the intermediate body portion 145c. For example, the arc-shaped curved surface 147a can have a shape that can be disposed in the through-hole 271h and along the edge of the through-hole 271h. Even by pinching the two arc-shaped curved surfaces 147a, it is difficult to restrict the rotation of the terminal member 144. The first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 are surfaces that are closer to flat than the arc-shaped curved surfaces 147a. Therefore, by pinching the pair of first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2, the rotation of the terminal member 144 can be easily restricted.

[0225] More specifically, each of the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 includes a pair of flat surfaces on both end portion sides in the circumferential direction of the rotation restricting portion 147, and an arc-shaped curved surface located between the pair of flat surfaces. The pair of flat surfaces of the first surface 147f1 is formed by the end surfaces in the circumferential direction of the pair of partial protrusions 145c1, and is located on the same plane. Similarly, the pair of flat surfaces of the second surface 147f2 is formed by the end surfaces in the circumferential direction of the pair of partial protrusions 145c1, and is located on the same plane. The flat surfaces of the first surface 147f1 and the flat surfaces of the second surface 147f2 are parallel to each other and face in opposite directions.

[0226] The arc-shaped curved surface located between the pair of flat surfaces is an arc-shaped curved surface whose center of curvature is the central axis of the intermediate body portion 145c. The arc-shaped curved surface located between the pair of flat surfaces is positioned closer to the central axis of the intermediate body portion 145c than the arc-shaped curved surface 147a, and is continuous with the circular outer circumferential surface of the portion of the intermediate body portion 145c that is close to the insertion portion 145a.

[0227] That is, each flat surface of the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 is formed by the end surface in the circumferential direction of the partial protrusion 145c1, and the arc-shaped curved surface between the pair of flat surfaces has a shape that is continuous with the circular outer circumferential surface of the portion of the intermediate body portion 145c that is close to the insertion portion 145a. Therefore, when viewed from the insertion portion 145a side, the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 for restricting rotation are formed in the intermediate body portion 145c without forming a recess. Therefore, the terminal member 144 can be easily molded using a mold.

[0228] As described above, the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 only need to be flat enough to be able to prevent rotation of the terminal member 144 by being clamped from both outer sides, and do not need to be flat surfaces. In addition, the first surface and the second surface can be flat surfaces. The rotation restricting portion can be formed in a shape having a prismatic outer circumferential surface. The rotation restricting portion can be hollow or solid with the inside filled.

[0229] The rotation restricting portion 147 is located at the end portion of the winding shaft 140, closer to the middle side in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140 than the through hole 271h. The rotation restricting portion 147 is restricted from rotating by the locking member 180 located on the locking member setting surface 271f side of the locking side wall 271.

[0230] Similar to the locking member 80, the locking member 180 is made of metal or resin. Here, it is assumed that the locking member 180 is made of metal.

[0231] As described above, the lock member 180 is movably provided on the lock member setting surface 271f side with respect to the lock side wall 271.

[0232] The lock member 180 includes an operation portion 181, a first intermediate portion 182A, a second intermediate portion 182B, a first folded portion 83A, a second folded portion 83B, a first lock portion 84A, and a second lock portion 84B.

[0233] The first folded portion 83A, the second folded portion 83B, the first lock portion 84A, and the second lock portion 84B each have the same configuration as that described in the first embodiment.

[0234] The operation portion 181 is a portion corresponding to the operation portion 81 described in the first embodiment, but has the following configuration added.

[0235] That is, similar to the operation portion 81, the operation portion 181 is a portion that receives an operation of the lock member 180. At a middle portion in an extension direction of the operation portion 181, an operation protruding portion 181p protruding to the side opposite to the rotation restricting portion 147 is formed. The operation protruding portion 181p is formed, for example, by partially bending a linear portion forming the operation portion 181 into a V-shape. Two end portions of the operation portion 181 connected to the operation protruding portion 181p extend on the same straight line. The operation protruding portion 181p can protrude to the side opposite to the rotation restricting portion 147 between the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b, which will be described later.

[0236] The first intermediate portion 182A and the second intermediate portion 182B are portions corresponding to the first intermediate portion 82A and the second intermediate portion 82B described in the present embodiment, but have the following configuration added.

[0237] That is, similar to the first intermediate portion 82A, the first intermediate portion 182A is a portion interposed between the operation portion 181 and the folded portion 83A. A position restriction engaging portion 182Ap is formed in a middle portion in an extension direction of the first intermediate portion 182A. The position restriction engaging portion 182Ap is formed, for example, by partially bending a linear portion forming the first intermediate portion 182A into a V-shape. Two end portion portions of the first intermediate portion 182A connected to the position restriction engaging portion 182Ap extend on the same straight line. The position restriction engaging portion 182Ap is bent to protrude to the side opposite to the rotation restricting portion 147. Depending on the position of the lock member 180, the position restriction engaging portion 182Ap can engage with the position restricting portion 277, which will be described later, from the operation portion 181 side or from the side opposite to the operation portion 181.

[0238] Similarly, the second intermediate portion 182B is also provided with a position restriction engagement portion 182Bp. One or both of the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap and the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp can be omitted.

[0239] The rotation restriction portion 147 is provided between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B. When the rotation restriction portion 147 is sandwiched between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B are pressed against the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2, respectively, and thus, the rotation of the rotation restriction portion 147 is restricted. Even in the case where the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 have arc-shaped curved surfaces, the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B are in contact with the outer flat surfaces of the arc-shaped curved surfaces, and thus, the rotation of the rotation restriction portion 147 is restricted.

[0240] In the present embodiment, the locked position is a position at which the rotation restriction portion 147 is disposed between the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B (see Figure 13 and Figure 14 ). The unlocked position is a position at which the rotation restriction portion 147 is disposed outside of the first locking portion 84A and the second locking portion 84B (see Figure 15 and Figure 16 ).

[0241] As described above, the locking side wall 271 is a side wall of the shaft side member 162 (i.e., a side wall of the bearing member 160 on the shaft body 42 side). The locking side wall 271 includes a wall body 271B and a first holding portion 272A and a second holding portion 272B that are disposed with a gap therebetween. A surface of the wall body 271B that faces the middle side in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140 is a locking member disposition surface 271f.

[0242] Similar to the first holding portion 72A and the second holding portion 72B, the first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B are formed to face each other at positions that are spaced apart from each other with respect to the through-hole 271h. The rotation restriction portion 147 that protrudes toward the middle side in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140 from the through-hole 271h is disposed between the first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B. In this state, a gap in which the first locking portion 84A can be disposed is formed between the first holding portion 272A and the rotation restriction portion 147, and a gap in which the second locking portion 84B can be disposed is formed between the second holding portion 272B and the rotation restriction portion 147.

[0243] In a state in which the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 face the inward surfaces of the first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B, respectively, for example, a gap into which the first locking portion 84A can be inserted, for example, a gap equal to or greater than the diameter of the first locking portion 84A is formed between the first surface 147f1 and the first holding portion 272A. Similarly, a gap into which the second locking portion 84B can be inserted is formed between the second surface 147f2 and the second holding portion 272B.

[0244] Specifically, the first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B are portions that protrude from a locking member arrangement surface 271f of the wall body 271B, the locking member arrangement surface 271f facing the middle in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140. The first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B extend in parallel to each other at the outer circumferential side positions of the through-hole 271h.

[0245] The locking side wall 271 includes a guide portion 274. The guide portion 274 is a portion that protrudes from the outer surface of the wall body 271B, and includes a guide body 274a and a widened guide end portion 274b.

[0246] The guide portion 274 is a portion that corresponds to the guide portion 74. The guide body 274a and the widened guide end portion 274b have different dimensions from the guide body 74a and the widened guide end portion 74b, respectively, but can function identically.

[0247] The locking side wall 271 includes an arc-shaped wall 275. The arc-shaped wall 275 is located at one side of the rotation restriction portion 147 at which the operation portion 181 of the locking member 180 is arranged. The arc-shaped wall 275 extends along the outside of the circumferential edge of the through-hole 271h. The arc-shaped wall 275 can extend so as to connect the end portions of the first holding portion 272A and the second holding portion 272B on the side of the operation portion 181. Since the rotation restriction portion 147 is surrounded by the arc-shaped wall 275, the first holding portion 272A, the second holding portion 272B, and the guide portion 274, it is less likely that foreign matter adheres to the rotation restriction portion 147.

[0248] In the present embodiment, the locking side wall 271 has a restriction wall 276 that covers the space between the holding portions 272A and 272B and the two outer side spaces of the guide portion 274 at a position away from the locking member placement surface 271f of the wall main body 271B. The restriction wall 276 is provided at a position spaced apart from the locking member placement surface 271f by a gap that allows the locking portions 84A and 84B to be placed therein. A cylindrical portion 276P extends from the arc-shaped wall 275, the restriction wall 276, and the guide portion 274. The cylindrical portion 276P is spaced apart around the middle main portion 145c at a portion on the flange portion 145b side.

[0249] The locking side wall 271 includes a position restriction portion 277 that is located near the respective movement paths of the first and second intermediate portions 182A and 182B. In addition, the position restriction portion 277 can be located near only the movement path of the first intermediate portion 182A or the second intermediate portion 182B. In the present embodiment, the position restriction portion 277 is located outside of and adjacent to the respective movement paths of the first and second intermediate portions 182A and 182B, but the position restriction portion can also be located inside of and adjacent to the movement path of the first or second intermediate portion. For example, the outward portion of the first or second holding portion can be the position restriction portion.

[0250] The position restriction portion 277 is located outside of the first holding portion 272A (or the second holding portion 272B). A gap is formed between the position restriction portion 277 and the first holding portion 272A (or the second holding portion 272B) that allows the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) to pass through the gap and allows the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) to be elastically displaced inward.

[0251] The position restriction portion 277 is provided at a position that overlaps the rotation restriction portion 147 and the first holding portion 272A (or the second holding portion 272B) in the movement direction of the locking member 180.

[0252] In a state where the locking member 180 is in the locked position, the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) of the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) is in contact with the position restriction portion 277 from the operation portion 181 side, and locks the position restriction portion 277. This prevents the locking member 180 from moving to the side opposite to the operation portion 181, that is, the unlocked position. In a state where the locking member 180 is in the unlocked position, the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) of the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) is in contact from the side opposite to the operation portion 181, and locks the position restriction portion 277. This prevents the locking member 180 from moving to the operation portion 181 side, that is, the locked position.

[0253] In a case where the locking member 180 moves from the locked position to the unlocked position, the operation portion 181 is firmly pushed toward the rotation restriction portion 147 to move the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) toward the first folded portion 83A (or the second folded portion 83B). Then, the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) is pressed against the position restriction portion 277. Therefore, the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) is elastically displaced inward, and the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) can pass over the position restriction portion 277.

[0254] As the locking member 180 further moves to the unlocked position side, the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) passes over the position restriction portion 277. Then, the first intermediate portion 182A (or the second intermediate portion 182B) is displaced to the position restriction portion 277 side by the elastic restoring force of the locking member 180, and the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) is engaged with the position restriction portion 277 from the folded portion 83A and the folded portion 83B side. Therefore, the locking member 180 is held at the unlocked position.

[0255] In a case where the locking member 180 moves from the unlocked position to the locked position, if the operation portion 181 is firmly pulled in a direction away from the rotation restriction portion 147, the position restriction engagement portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engagement portion 182Bp) can pass over the position restriction portion 277 while elastically deforming the locking member 180, as described above.

[0256] Therefore, in the normal state, the position restriction engaging portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engaging portion 182Bp) is engaged with the position restriction portion 277, and thus the lock member 180 is held in the locked position or the unlocked position. Then, when a force is applied to the operation portion 181 to the extent that the position restriction engaging portion 182Ap (or the position restriction engaging portion 182Bp) can pass over the position restriction portion 277, the lock member 180 can move.

[0257] The lock side wall 271 includes a receiving portion 278 configured to receive the operation portion 181. Figure 17 is a bottom view mainly showing the operation portion 181 and the receiving portion 278. As Figure 12 to Figure 17 shown, similarly to the receiving portion 78 in the first embodiment, the receiving portion 278 is a portion protruding from the lock member arrangement surface 271f of the wall body 271B. In a state where the lock member 180 is in the unlocked position, the receiving portion 278 is located inside the operation portion 181 and receives the operation portion 181. In a state where the lock member 180 is in the locked position, the operation portion 181 is arranged at a position separated outward from the receiving portion 278.

[0258] In the present embodiment, the receiving portion 278 includes a first receiving portion 278a and a second receiving portion 278b that are separated along the extension direction of the operation portion 181.

[0259] In a portion of the first receiving portion 278a opposite the rotation restriction portion 147, a first receiving groove 278ag is formed into which the operation portion 181 can fit. Similarly, a second receiving groove 278bg is formed in the second receiving portion 278b. The receiving grooves 278ag and 278bg are formed in a groove shape having a width sufficient to allow the operation portion 181 to be arranged therein. In a state where the lock member 180 is in the unlocked position, the operation portion 181 is fitted into the receiving grooves 278ag and 278bg. This prevents the lock member 180 from moving from the unlocked position to the locked position.

[0260] The first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b are each configured to receive the outside of the operation protrusion portion 181p of the operation portion 181. Therefore, the operation protrusion portion 181p protrudes between the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b to the side opposite the rotation restriction portion 147 (see Figure 16). In a state where the operation portion 181 is received by the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b, a top portion of the operation protrusion portion 181p is preferably located on a side farther from the rotation restriction portion 147 than outer end portions of the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b. Thus, the operation protrusion portion 181p can be easily pushed into or pulled out between the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b.

[0261] The first receiving groove 278ag and the second receiving groove 278bg are displaced from each other in a direction orthogonal to the lock member placement surface 271f. For example, an axis X1 located at a center in a width direction of the first receiving groove 278ag and an axis X2 located at a center in a width direction of the second receiving groove 278bg are displaced by a difference D in a direction orthogonal to the lock member placement surface 271f.

[0262] The first receiving groove 278ag has a first holding protrusion portion 278ap configured to engage with the operation portion 181 from a position close to the second receiving groove 278bg. The second receiving groove 278bg has a second holding protrusion portion 278bp configured to engage with the operation portion 181 from a position close to the first receiving groove 278ag.

[0263] More specifically, the first holding protrusion portion 278ap is formed near an outer edge of a surface of the first receiving groove 278ag on a side away from the lock member placement surface 271f (see Figure 13 、 Figure 15 and Figure 17 ). The second holding protrusion portion 278bp is formed near an outer edge of a surface of the second receiving groove 278bg on a side close to the lock member placement surface 271f (see Figure 13 、 Figure 15 and Figure 17 ).

[0264] Then, in a state where the operation portion 181 is received by the receiving portion 278, the first holding protrusion portion 278ap engages with the operation portion 181 in the first receiving groove 278ag from a side away from the lock member placement surface 271f, and the second holding protrusion portion 278bp engages with the operation portion 181 in the second receiving groove 278bg from a side close to the lock member placement surface 271f.

[0265] In the normal state, the first receiving groove 278ag and the second receiving groove 278bg are displaced from each other, and each of the first holding protrusion 278ap and the second holding protrusion 278bp can be easily and firmly engaged with the operation portion 181. In the case where the operation portion 181 is displaced away from the lock member arrangement surface 271f, the first holding protrusion 278ap is firmly engaged with the operation portion 181, and when the operation portion 181 is displaced toward the lock member arrangement surface 271f, the second holding protrusion 278bp is firmly engaged with the operation portion 181. Thus, the operation portion 181 is less likely to fall off from the receiving portion 278.

[0266] In addition, the configurations described in the first embodiment with respect to the first holding portion 72A, the second holding portion 72B, the guide portion 74, the restriction wall 76, and the receiving portion 78 can be used as configurations related to the first holding portion 272A, the second holding portion 272B, the guide portion 274, the restriction wall 276, the receiving portion 278, and the like.

[0267] The assembly process of the lock member 180 will be described.

[0268] In the state where the lock member 180 is arranged along the lock member arrangement surface 271f (as in the lock member 180 indicated by the double-dot chain line in Figure 16 The distal end portions of the lock portions 84A and 84B are arranged outside both of the distal end portions of the guide portion 274, and the operation portion 181 is arranged between the arc-shaped wall 275 and the receiving portion 278.

[0269] In this state, by operating the operation portion 181, the lock portions 84A and 84B are inserted between the lock member arrangement surface 271f and the restriction wall 276, and are pushed to both outer sides of the guide portion 274.

[0270] After the lock portions 84A and 84B come into contact with the widened guide end portion 274b and are pushed away, the lock portions 84A and 84B are arranged on both outer surface sides of the guide body 274a (see the lock member 180 indicated by the solid line in Figure 16 ).

[0271] The operation portion 181 is operated so that the operation portion 181 is further moved in the direction away from the rotation restriction portion 147. Then, similarly to the first embodiment, the first lock portion 84A is inserted between the rotation restriction portion 147 and the first holding portion 272A, and the second lock portion 84B is inserted between the rotation restriction portion 147 and the second holding portion 272B.

[0272] Since the rotation restricting portion 147 tends to rotate due to the biasing force of the biasing member 38, the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 respectively push the locking portions 84A and 84B toward the holding portions 272A and 272B. By restricting the movement of the locking portions 84A and 84B in the direction in which the holding portions 272A and 272B are separated from each other, the inclination of the first surface 147f1 and the second surface 147f2 is prevented, and the rotation of the rotation restricting portion 147 is restricted (see Figure 14 ).

[0273] In this state, the position restriction engagement portions 182Ap and 182Bp are engaged with the position restriction portions 277 from the operation portion 181 side, and thus the locking member 180 is held at the locked position.

[0274] As described in the first embodiment, after the winding shaft 140 is wound in the winding direction, the rotation of the rotation restricting portion 147 is restricted by the locking member 180, and thus the locking member 180 can be held in the pre-winding state.

[0275] The winding device 120 is assembled to the automobile 10 in the state in which the rotation of the winding shaft 140 is restricted. Thereafter, the rotation restriction of the winding shaft 140 is released.

[0276] That is, as described above, the operation portion 181 is firmly pushed toward the rotation restricting portion 147. Then, the position restriction engagement portions 182Ap and 182Bp release the engagement with the position restriction portions 277, and the locking portions 84A and 84B are respectively released from between the rotation restricting portion 147 and the holding portions 272A and 272B, and moved to the both outer sides of the guide portions 274 (see Figure 16 ). Thus, the locking member 180 is in the unlocked position. In this state, the operation portion 181 is received by the receiving portion 278. The position restriction engagement portions 182Ap and 182Bp are engaged with the position restriction portions 277 from the side opposite to the operation portion 181. Thus, the locking member 180 is held at the locked position.

[0277] In the state in which the locking member 180 is in the unlocked position, the rotation restriction state of the locking portions 84A and 84B to the rotation restricting portion 147 is released, and thus the winding shaft 140 can be rotated in the housing 150 so that the sheet member 22 can be pulled out or wound.

[0278] In a case where the winding device 120 is removed from the automobile 10 for maintenance or other reasons, the locking member 180 is moved from the unlocked position to the locked position, thereby holding the winding shaft 140 in the rotation-restricted state.

[0279] <Effects and others>

[0280] According to the sheet member winding device 120 configured as described above, the same operations and effects as the first embodiment can be obtained in addition to the operations and effects obtained by providing the locking member 180 on the locking member provision surface 271f side.

[0281] According to the winding device 120, since the locking member provision surface 271f is a side surface facing the middle in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140, and the rotation-restricted portion 147 is a part of the end portion of the winding shaft 140, which is positioned closer to the middle side in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft 140 than the through-hole 271h, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the winding shaft 140 inside the housing 150, thereby more easily achieving a compact size.

[0282] It is not necessary to form a through-hole on the outside of the housing 150, through which the end portion of the winding shaft protrudes. Therefore, oil for circulation in the bearing member 160 is less likely to leak to the outside, and foreign matter from the outside is less likely to enter the bearing member 160.

[0283] The operation portion 181 includes an operation protruding portion 181p protruding to the side opposite to the rotation-restricted portion 147 between the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b. Therefore, for example, when the operation protruding portion 181p is pushed or pulled with a finger, the finger is less likely to interfere with the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b, the operation portion 181 can be easily pushed toward the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b, and the operation portion 181 can be easily operated in a direction away from the first receiving portion 278a and the second receiving portion 278b.

[0284] Further, the first receiving groove 278ag and the second receiving groove 278bg are displaced from each other in a direction orthogonal to the locking member provision surface 271f, and the first receiving groove 278ag and the second receiving groove 278bg include first and second holding protruding portions 278ap and 278bp, respectively, which engage with the operation portion 181 from opposite sides. Therefore, in the normal state, the first and second holding protruding portions 278ap and 278bp can easily and firmly engage with the operation portion 181. Therefore, the locking member 180 is more reliably held in the unlocked position.

[0285] The locking member 180 is held at the locked position by engaging the position restriction engagement portions 182Ap and 182Bp of the locking member 180 with the position restriction portion 277 from the operation portion 181 side. The locking member 180 is held at the unlocked position by engaging the position restriction engagement portions 182Ap and 182Bp to the position restriction portion 277 from the side opposite to the operation portion 181. The locking member 180 can be easily held at the locked position and the unlocked position in a relatively simple configuration.

[0286] [Note]

[0287] The configurations described in the above-described embodiments and modifications can be appropriately combined, as long as the configurations do not contradict each other.

[0288] The present embodiment discloses the following aspects.

[0289] A sheet member winding device includes:

[0290] A sheet member;

[0291] A winding shaft to which one end portion of the sheet member is attached;

[0292] A housing including a locking side wall having a locking member placement surface and a through-hole, the housing being configured to support the winding shaft so that the winding shaft is rotatable in a state where an end portion of the winding shaft passes through the through-hole;

[0293] A biasing member configured to bias the winding shaft in a direction in which the sheet member is wound; and

[0294] A locking member configured to be moved between a locked position at which the locking member prevents the end portion of the winding shaft from rotating and an unlocked position at which the locking member allows the end portion of the winding shaft to rotate on the locking member placement surface side of the locking side wall,

[0295] wherein the end portion of the winding shaft includes a rotation restriction portion whose rotation is restricted by the locking member, and the rotation restriction portion includes first and second surfaces facing each other in opposite directions,

[0296] The locking member includes:

[0297] - an operation portion;

[0298] - a first intermediate portion and a second intermediate portion, the first intermediate portion and the second intermediate portion extending in the same direction from the operation portion, having a gap between the first intermediate portion and the second intermediate portion;

[0299] - a first folded portion folded from a distal end of the first intermediate portion and folded toward a proximal end side of the first intermediate portion to pass through the second intermediate portion side;

[0300] - a second folded portion folded from a distal end of the second intermediate portion and folded toward a proximal end side of the second intermediate portion to pass through the first intermediate portion;

[0301] - a first locking portion extending from a distal end of the first folded portion in a direction in which the locking member moves; and

[0302] - a second locking portion extending from a distal end of the second folded portion in the direction in which the locking member moves,

[0303] the locking side wall includes a first holding portion and a second holding portion having a gap provided therebetween, and the rotation limiting portion is provided between the first holding portion and the second holding portion, and

[0304] in a state where the locking member is in the locked position, the first locking portion is provided between the first surface and the first holding portion, and the second locking portion is provided between the second surface and the second holding portion, and due to a rotational biasing force of the biasing member to the winding shaft, the first surface and the second surface push the first locking portion and the second locking portion in a direction away from each other, and

[0305] the first holding portion and the second holding portion limit movement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion in the direction away from each other, thereby limiting rotation of the rotation limiting portion.

[0306] According to the sheet member winding device, in a state where the locking member is in the locked position, the first holding portion and the second holding portion restrict movement of the first locking portion and the second locking portion in a direction away from each other, thereby restricting rotation of the rotation restriction portion. In the state, the first locking portion is sandwiched between the first surface and the first holding portion, and the second locking portion is sandwiched between the second surface and the second holding portion, whereby the locking member is held in the locked position.

[0307] In the state, the first surface pushes the first locking portion toward the first holding portion and the second surface pushes the second locking portion toward the second holding portion due to the rotational biasing force of the biasing member, and thus, backlash of the locking member is prevented.

[0308] To unlock the winding device, the frictional force of the first locking portion against the first surface and the first holding portion and the frictional force of the second locking portion against the second surface and the second holding portion are simply overcome to push the locking member from the locked position to the unlocked position. Thus, an unlocking operation of the winding device can be easily performed.

[0309] The second aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the first aspect, in which

[0310] The locking member-provided surface is a side surface facing toward the middle portion in a longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, and

[0311] The rotation restriction portion is a portion of the end portion of the winding shaft, the rotation restriction portion being located closer to the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft than the through hole.

[0312] Thus, rotation of the winding shaft inside the housing can be prevented, thereby more easily achieving a compact size.

[0313] The third aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the first aspect, in which

[0314] The locking member-provided surface is an outer side surface facing outward in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft, and the rotation restriction portion is a protruding end portion protruding outward from the through hole in the longitudinal direction of the winding shaft.

[0315] Thus, rotation of the winding shaft outside the housing can be prevented, thereby more easily operating the locking member.

[0316] The fourth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to any one of the first to third aspects, in which

[0317] In a state where the locking member is in the locked position, the first holding portion and the second holding portion are disposed at positions where the first holding portion and the second holding portion are configured to be in contact with the first folded portion and the second folded portion, respectively.

[0318] Thus, in a state where the locking member is in the locked position, the first holding portion and the second holding portion can be in contact with the first folded portion and the second folded portion, respectively. Thus, in a state where the locking member is moved to the locked position, the locking member can be moved until the first folded portion and the second folded portion are in contact with the first holding portion and the second holding portion, respectively.

[0319] A fifth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein

[0320] The locking side wall includes a receiving portion configured to receive the operation portion from a side closer to the rotation restricting portion between the first intermediate portion and the second intermediate portion in a state where the locking member is in the unlocked position.

[0321] In this case, since the receiving portion receives the operation portion, the locking member can be easily held at the unlocked position.

[0322] A sixth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the fifth aspect, wherein

[0323] The receiving portion includes a first receiving portion and a second receiving portion separate from the first receiving portion, and

[0324] The operation portion includes an operation protrusion portion protruding to a side opposite to the rotation restricting portion between the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion.

[0325] In this case, the operation portion is easily pushed toward the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion, and the operation portion is operated in a direction away from the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion.

[0326] A seventh aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the fifth or sixth aspect, wherein

[0327] The receiving portion includes:

[0328] a first receiving portion including a first receiving groove; and

[0329] a second receiving portion including a second receiving groove,

[0330] The first receiving groove and the second receiving groove are positioned to be displaced from each other in a direction orthogonal to a surface on which the locking member is disposed,

[0331] The first receiving groove includes a first holding protrusion configured to engage with the operation portion from a position close to the second receiving groove, and

[0332] The second receiving groove includes a second holding protrusion configured to engage with the operation portion from a position close to the first receiving groove.

[0333] In this case, the operation portion is less likely to fall off from the receiving portion.

[0334] An eighth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, wherein

[0335] wherein the locking side wall includes a guide portion located on a side closer to a gap between the first locking portion and the second locking portion of the locking member in the unlocked position with respect to the rotation restricting portion, the guide portion including a guide body having a width equal to or greater than a distance between the first surface and the second surface.

[0336] In this case, when the locking member moves toward the locked position, the first locking portion and the second locking portion sandwich the guide portion, and a width equal to or greater than the distance between the first surface and the second surface is provided between the first locking portion and the second locking portion. Therefore, the first locking portion and the second locking portion are less likely to interfere with the rotation restricting portion, and are smoothly guided toward both outer sides of the rotation restricting portion. This makes it easier to lock the winding device.

[0337] A ninth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the eighth aspect, wherein

[0338] The gap between the first locking portion and the second locking portion of the locking member in the initial state is smaller than the width of the guide body.

[0339] In this case, in a state where the locking member is in the unlocked position, the first locking portion and the second locking portion can sandwich the guide portion. This prevents backlash of the locking member in the unlocked state. By the frictional force between the first locking portion and the second locking portion with respect to the guide portion, the locking member can be easily held at the unlocked position.

[0340] A tenth aspect is the sheet member winding device according to the eighth or ninth aspect, wherein

[0341] The guide portion includes a widened guide end portion located on a side opposite to the rotation restriction portion with respect to the guide body, the widened guide end portion having a width gradually increasing toward the rotation restriction portion from a width smaller than an interval between the first locking portion and the second locking portion of the locking member in an initial state to the width of the guide body.

[0342] In this case, the first locking portion and the second locking portion can be easily provided on both sides of the guide portion. Accordingly, the locking member can be easily assembled to the locking side wall.

[0343] An eleventh aspect is the sheet member winding device according to any one of the first to tenth aspects, wherein

[0344] The locking side wall further includes a position restriction portion positioned adjacent to a movement path of at least one of the first intermediate portion and the second intermediate portion, and

[0345] At least one of the first intermediate portion and the second intermediate portion includes a position restriction engagement portion configured to:

[0346] - engage with the position restriction portion from a side closer to the operation portion in a state where the locking member is in the locked position; and

[0347] - engage with the position restriction portion from a side opposite to the operation portion in a state where the locking member is in the unlocked position.

[0348] Accordingly, by engaging the position restriction engagement portion with the position restriction portion from the operation portion side, the locking member can be held at the locked position. By engaging the position restriction engagement portion with the position restriction portion from the side opposite to the operation portion, the locking member can be held at the unlocked position. Accordingly, the locking member can be easily held at the locked position and the unlocked position with a relatively simple configuration.

[0349] While the present application has been described in detail above, the foregoing description is illustrative only and not restrictive. The various modifications mentioned above can be combined as long as they do not contradict each other. It will be understood that many modifications not shown can be made without departing from the scope of the present application.
