Abstract

The invention provides a yang-warming, turbidity-clearing and weight-reducing composition and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of weight-reducing compositions. The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of unprocessed radix aconiti lateralis, 30-70 parts of gypsum, 10-25 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 10-20 parts of cassia twig, 8-20 parts of honey-fried licorice root, 5-15 parts of glutinous rice, 20-30 parts of semen coicis, 10-20 parts of poria cocos and 5-20 parts of rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, slicing unprocessed radix aconiti carmichaeli, steaming for 8 hours with high-pressure steam at 120 DEG C, drying at 60 DEG C until the water content is less than 8%, crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve S2, drying gypsum, rhizoma anemarrhenae, cassia twig and honey-fried licorice root at 70-80 DEG C, crushing and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve; s3, adding 9-10 times of water into the glutinous rice, boiling until the glutinous rice is gelatinized, and filtering to obtain a colloid mixture; and S4, uniformly mixing the medicinal powder obtained in the step S2 with the colloid mixture according to a ratio of 1: 0.3, granulating with a 18-mesh sieve, and drying with a fluidized bed at 45-50 DEG C until the water content is less than or equal to 5% to obtain the composition. According to the composition provided by the invention, the gypsum and the rhizoma anemarrhenae clear stomach heat and inhibit appetite, and the radix aconiti carmichaeli and the cassia twig warm kidney yang to improve the basal metabolic rate, so that the disruption is reduced and the deficiency is reduced.
