The method includes: by constructing a closed-loop system covering the entire process from data collection and risk assessment to intervention optimization, this application effectively solves the problems of insufficient accuracy, low efficiency, and high cost in traditional health management. By leveraging the analysis mechanism of medical-specific training and the nine-square grid intelligent matching, it realizes personalized health intervention based on individual and family collaborative data, improving service matching and security. By continuously tracking execution data and quantifying changes in health indicators, the intervention plan can be dynamically evaluated and optimized in a closed loop. While improving user compliance and health outcomes, it reduces manual dependence and repetitive costs, providing a scientific, efficient, and scalable solution for full-life-cycle health management.
