Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of battery manufacturing, and discloses a gluing device and a battery production line. The gluing device comprises a glue mixing device, the glue mixing device comprises a first glue outlet assembly, a second glue outlet assembly, a glue mixing assembly, a glue coating head and a glue proportion detection device, the first glue outlet assembly comprises a first glue outlet pipe, a first single-component valve and a first glue outlet nozzle which are in communication, the second glue outlet assembly comprises a second glue pipe, a second single-component valve and a second glue outlet nozzle which are in communication, the glue mixing assembly comprises a double-component mixing valve and a glue mixing pipe, two inlet ends of the double-component mixing valve are in communication with the first glue pipe and the second glue pipe respectively, one end of the glue mixing pipe is in communication with an outlet end of the double-component mixing valve, the glue coating head is in communication with the other end of the glue mixing pipe, and the glue proportion detection device is used for detecting the glue proportion after glue mixing. According to the technical scheme, the gluing device does not need to be disassembled when the double-component glue outlet proportion is checked, the checking efficiency of the double-component glue outlet proportion is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
