Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of door locks, and more particularly to an electronic door lock intercom system applicable to client terminals, property management terminals, and hotel management terminals. Background Technology

[0002] Figure 1 This is a schematic diagram of the architecture of a known walkie-talkie system. Figure 1 Taking four floors as an example, each user on the second to fourth floors is equipped with an indoor unit 100' and an electronic door lock 200', while the shared first floor is equipped with a mechanical door lock 300' and an outdoor unit 400'. The indoor units 100' on each floor are electrically connected to each other through a door opening control line 500', and are also electrically connected to the mechanical door lock 300'. The indoor units 100' on each floor are also electrically connected to each other through a data transmission line 600', and are also electrically connected to the outdoor unit 400'.

[0003] When a visitor presses the button corresponding to the floor on the outdoor unit 400', the doorbell of the corresponding floor's indoor unit 100' will ring. The resident can then make a call through the indoor unit 100' and press the door open button on the indoor unit 100' to open the mechanical door lock 300' and open the first-floor door. After the visitor enters the first-floor door, they go up to the corresponding floor and press the doorbell of the electronic door lock 200' at the resident's door. The resident will then open the resident's door after confirming that everything is correct.

[0004] However, the architecture of the aforementioned system is not suitable for residential buildings or communities with property management and front desk management. Furthermore, it cannot notify residents in real time of visitor arrivals or manage visitor access when they are not home. This is especially problematic given the prevalence of online shopping; when delivery personnel or postal workers deliver goods, the inability to notify residents in time to pick them up forces delivery personnel to make multiple trips, causing significant inconvenience. In residential communities, the diverse flow of people entering and leaving makes it difficult to identify or record visitor information, potentially posing a danger to other residents. The visitor can enter the password into the virtual password reader F5 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400 and the second electronic door lock 600 to open the door.

[0057] Figure 11 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of door lock control for residential communities and multi-unit residential buildings with property management in the electronic door lock intercom system of the present invention.

[0058] like Figure 11 The diagram shows the configuration of door lock control for use in residential communities and apartment buildings with property management. Please also refer to... Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 11 Indoor units 300 for residential communities and apartment buildings with property management, first electronic door locks 400, and public areas (i.e., such as...) Figure 2When a group is established between the remote gate 1400, the second electronic door lock 600, the outdoor unit 500 in the public area, and the indoor unit 300 (or property management unit) in the property management office 1500, a visitor must first enter the property management office 1500 to register. After the property management records the visitor's identity, it will call the user through the indoor unit 300 in the property management office 1500. The corresponding indoor unit 300 or the application device 700 with the APP installed will ring the doorbell. The user can then conduct audio and video intercom calls through their indoor unit 300 or the application device 700 with the APP installed. After the property management and the user confirm whether the visitor is allowed to enter, the indoor unit 300 of the property management office 1500 will help the visitor establish relevant data and choose one of the following methods: (1) establish a time-limited 3D structured light face recognition or palm vein recognition; (2) establish a time-limited NFC (Near Field Communication) access card; (3) establish a time-limited or one-time door lock password; and (4) remotely control public areas (i.e., such as Figure 2 The second electronic door lock 600 of the remote gate 1400 shown is opened.

[0059] In the aforementioned description of "establishing time-limited 3D structured light facial recognition or palm vein recognition," residents and guests, at the community management office or hotel front desk, can use the indoor unit 300 (or property management unit) in the property management office 1500 or the hotel front desk management office 1600 (e.g., ... Figure 12 The indoor unit 300 (or hotel management unit) inside the hotel establishes facial recognition or palm vein recognition data and transmits it to the first electronic door lock 400 of the corresponding public area and room. Residents and guests can directly access the hotel within the validity period, and the data will be automatically deleted after the validity period expires, preventing residents and guests from accessing the hotel. However, if residents and guests have privacy concerns, they can also use a password or NFC card with a validity period.

[0060] Please refer back again. Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 11The door opening method includes two scenarios: when the user is at home and when the user is not at home. If the user is at home, they can make an audio-visual call via the application device 700 with the installed application APP or via the indoor unit 300 in the property management office 1500 (the property management verifies the visitor's identity). After the visitor presses the electronic doorbell F8 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400, the user can make an audio-visual call via the electronic peephole display screen B1 on the rear panel B of the first electronic door lock 400 or via the application device 700 with the installed application APP. After verifying the visitor's identity (verifying the visitor's identity at the resident's door), the user can open the door themselves or remotely control the door opening via the application APP installed on the application device 700. If the user is not at home, they can remotely open the door by making an audio-visual call (the property management verifies the visitor's identity) through the application device 700 with the installed application (and by the visitor pressing the electronic doorbell F8 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400). After the visitor confirms their identity through the application device 700 with the installed application (the resident verifies the visitor's identity at the door), they can remotely open the door through the application APP installed on the application device 700. Alternatively, a time-limited password (for the first electronic door lock 400) can be provided to the visitor in advance, and the visitor can enter the password into the decoy password reader F5 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400 to open the door.

[0061] Figure 12 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of door lock control for hotel users and front desk management in the electronic door lock intercom system of the present invention.

[0062] like Figure 12 The diagram shows a door lock control configuration applicable to hotel users and for use with a front desk management. Please also refer to... Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 12 The indoor unit 300 of the hotel room for hotel users (i.e., guests), the first electronic door lock 400 of the hotel room for hotel users (i.e., guests), and public areas (i.e., such as...) Figure 2When a group is established between the remote gate 1400, the second electronic door lock 600, the outdoor unit 500 in the public area, and the indoor unit 300 (or hotel management unit) in the hotel front desk management room 1600, a guest will first go to the hotel front desk management room 1600 to register the visitor. After the hotel front desk management records the guest's identity, it can then establish relevant data for the visitor through the indoor unit 300 in the hotel front desk management room 1600, and choose one of the following methods: (1) establish a time-limited 3D structured light facial recognition; (2) establish a time-limited NFC access card; and (3) establish a time-limited door lock password to open the hotel room door and related public areas. The door opening method includes two scenarios: when the guest's visitor is not in the room and when the guest is in the room. When a guest arrives while the guest is not in their room, the visitor must first enter the hotel front desk management room 1600 to register. After the front desk management records the visitor's identity, they will call the guest through the indoor unit 300 in the hotel front desk management room 1600. The corresponding indoor unit 300 in the room will ring the doorbell. The guest can then make an audio-visual intercom call through their indoor unit 300. After confirming with the front desk management and the guest whether the visitor is allowed to enter, the visitor's information will be created through the indoor unit 300 in the hotel front desk management room 1600. When the guest is in their room, the visitor can confirm their identity through the audio-visual intercom call (the hotel front desk confirms the visitor's identity) and by pressing the electronic doorbell F8 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400. The guest can then open the door themselves after confirming the visitor's identity through the electronic peephole display screen B1 on the rear panel B of the first electronic door lock 400 (confirming the visitor's identity at the door).

[0063] For the indoor unit 300 (or hotel management unit) in the hotel front desk management room 1600, guests do not have a dedicated application app. They can only access their rooms, establish hotel management functions, and remotely control access control for guest rooms and public areas through the access control data established by the hotel front desk management room 1600. Therefore, the difference between the indoor unit 300 (or property management unit) in the property management room 1500 and the indoor unit 300 (or hotel management unit) in the hotel front desk management room 1600 is that, for the property management unit, residents can remotely control the opening of their resident doors using the application app on the application device 700, while the property management unit can only establish and remotely control access control for public areas.

[0064] Figure 13 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of door lock control for hotel and guesthouse operators without front desk management in the electronic door lock intercom system of the present invention.

[0065] like Figure 13The diagram shows a door lock control configuration suitable for hotel and guesthouse operators without a front desk management system. Please also refer to... Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 13 The indoor unit 300 of the hotel room for hotel users (i.e., guests), the first electronic door lock 400 of the hotel room for hotel users (i.e., guests), and public areas (i.e., such as...) Figure 2 When a group is established between the remote gate 1400, the second electronic door lock 600, the outdoor unit 500 in the public area, and the indoor unit 300 (or hotel management unit) of the hotel or guesthouse operator, a check-in is initiated with the hotel or guesthouse operator. After confirming the guest's identity, the hotel or guesthouse operator can then establish relevant data for the visitor through the indoor unit 300 and create a time-limited door lock password to open the first electronic door lock 400 of the hotel or guesthouse and the second electronic door lock 600 of the relevant public area. The door opening method includes two scenarios: when the guest's visitor arrives while the guest is not in the room, and when the guest is in the room. When the guest is not in the room but a visitor arrives, the guest directly provides the time-limited password provided by the hotel or guesthouse operator to the visitor for access control of the public area. When a guest is in the room, the visitor can press the electronic doorbell F8 on the front panel F of the first electronic door lock 400, and then the guest can open the door by confirming the visitor's identity on the electronic peephole display screen B1 on the rear panel B of the first electronic door lock 400 (confirming the visitor's identity in front of the door).

[0066] Figure 14 This is a schematic diagram of the door lock control configuration used by social workers to care for elderly people living alone in the electronic door lock intercom system of the present invention.

[0067] like Figure 14 The diagram shows the configuration of the door lock control system used by social workers to care for elderly people living alone, as per the present invention. Please also refer to... Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 14The indoor unit 300, the first electronic door lock 400, and the outdoor unit 500 of the community and apartment building users are grouped together. When there is a need to care for elderly people living alone, the authorized care unit (e.g., community director, administrator, social worker from the social welfare bureau) can use its application device 700, which has a (client) application APP installed, to conduct audio and video calls with the user's indoor unit 300 for regular care and assistance. Alternatively, the user can use the emergency help shortcut key on the user's indoor unit 300 to seek help from the authorized care unit (e.g., community director, administrator, social worker from the social welfare bureau) on the application device 700 with the (client) application APP installed. Or, the user can check the door lock entry and exit records according to the elderly person's usual routine to identify any abnormalities and take the initiative to care for them. The door opening method involves setting a password for the first electronic door lock (400) for elderly people living alone who require intervention and care, and then entrusting it to an authorized care unit (such as the community director, administrator, or social worker from the social affairs bureau) for management. In case of an emergency, the authorized care unit (such as the community director, administrator, or social worker from the social affairs bureau) can immediately enter the home to provide assistance.

[0068] Figure 15 This is a schematic diagram illustrating the configuration of the door lock control system in the electronic door lock intercom system of the present invention, used when elderly people with dementia or children are temporarily staying at home.

[0069] like Figure 15 The diagram shows the door lock control configuration of this invention, suitable for use when elderly people with dementia or children are temporarily left at home. Please also refer to... Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 15When the indoor unit 300, the first electronic door lock 400, and the outdoor unit 500 of a residential community or apartment building are grouped together, if a senior with dementia or a child needs to stay at home temporarily, the resident can control the door lock through the application device 700's APP, such as locking or unlocking. When locked, the door cannot be unlocked from inside by any means to prevent seniors with dementia or children from leaving home and causing accidents (but for safety reasons, it can also be unlocked from inside by using combination keys or methods that are difficult for children and seniors with dementia to operate). In addition, the user's indoor unit 300 can make audio and video calls through the application device 700 with the installed (client) application APP to provide care and assistance, or the user can use the emergency help shortcut key on the indoor unit 300 to seek help through the application device 700 with the installed (client) application APP held by the user or an authorized care unit (e.g., community director, administrator, social worker with the social welfare department) with the installed (client) application APP held by the application device 700, or the entry and exit records of the first electronic door lock 400 to check for any abnormal records. As for the door opening method, when there is a need for the resident to stay temporarily with an elderly person with dementia or a child at home, the resident can control the door lock through the application device 700's APP, such as locking or unlocking. When locked, it is impossible to leave from the inside by any means (but for safety reasons, it is also possible to unlock from the inside by using a combination key or a method that is difficult for children and elderly people with dementia to operate).

[0070] Based on the above scenario and door lock control configuration, when the first electronic door lock 400 or the second electronic door lock 600 issues an abnormal alarm notification, the abnormal alarm notification is transmitted via the wireless network 3000 to the user's or authorized care unit's (e.g., community director, administrator, social worker) application device 700 with the application APP installed, thereby generating an alarm notification, such as an audio alarm, text alarm, or other type of alarm notification, thereby achieving the effect of remote monitoring and security management.
