Fans, ducted air conditioners and their maintenance methods

Abstract

This application relates to the field of air conditioning equipment, and more particularly to a fan, a ducted air conditioner, and a maintenance method thereof. The fan includes an impeller, a fixed volute, an adjusting volute, and a rotating volute. The fan has a first air outlet state and a maintenance state. In the first air outlet state, the adjusting volute covers the adjusting port to form an independent first air outlet, and the rotating volute rotates to a position where the guide port connects with the first air outlet. In the maintenance state, the adjusting volute separates from the fixed volute, and the rotating volute rotates to a position where the guide port is directly opposite the radial maintenance port. The adjusting volute is mounted on the circumferential housing of the fixed volute, without dividing the end housing and the air inlet, thus minimizing the impact on the roundness and circumferential profile stability of the volute. Through the cooperation of the detachable adjusting volute and the rotatable rotating volute, even with axial separation of the fixed volute, the impeller can be extracted and installed radially, significantly improving the maintenance efficiency of the ducted air conditioner.
