This invention provides a method, apparatus, device, and medium for building facade modeling based on semantic decoupling, relating to the field of image processing technology. The method includes: acquiring image sequences and point cloud data of the building facade of a target building; enhancing the two-dimensional image features of the image sequence into three-dimensional view frustum features based on depth distribution prediction; fusing the three-dimensional view frustum features with the geometric features of the point cloud data through a cross-attention mechanism to obtain multimodal fusion features; performing semantic segmentation and accessory removal on the point cloud data based on the multimodal fusion features; and constructing a building facade model of the target building based on the point cloud data after accessory removal. This invention can accurately remove interfering objects such as air conditioners, security grilles, and cables while preserving the complete building body point cloud, providing a high-quality data foundation for subsequent engineering quantity calculations, appearance control, and BIM modeling, and significantly reducing the workload of manually removing accessories.
