A kind of control method of dry adhesive in shutdown state, it is applied to soft roll coating equipment.This method is aimed at the problem that adhesive on the surface of coating soft roll is easy to dry and solidify, resulting in start-up failure in prior art, by changing the cooperation and running state of roll system when shutdown to realize dry adhesive control.Specifically including: when shutdown, drive coating soft roll to keep in contact with coating concave roll and separate from coating base roll;Adjust two rolls to light pressure state and roll at the same line speed and low speed, use fresh glue on coating concave roll to continuously wet the surface of coating soft roll;At the same time, keep the pressure material glue roll in contact with coating base roll and stationary to maintain the tension of material film.Restore normal working state of each roll when start-up.The present application can effectively prevent the drying of adhesive, eliminate start-up sticking, material breakage failure, ensure production continuity and product quality, and is easy to realize automatic control.
