An installation template frame for prefabricated bridge pier installation

Abstract

This invention discloses an installation template frame for precast bridge pier installation, relating to the field of bridge pier installation technology. The invention includes a column frame body composed of four sets of frame plates. Each set of frame plates has an L-shaped plate on its outward-facing end face, and each L-shaped plate has a reinforcing plate on its inner wall opposite to the frame plate. Assembly strips are provided at the connection points of adjacent sets of frame plates. Two sets of vertically arranged reinforcing hoop assemblies are fitted onto the outside of the column frame body. Each reinforcing hoop assembly includes four diagonal blocks and four clamping strips, with each diagonal block abutting the outer wall of the assembly strip. Through the combined use of the frame plates and assembly strips, this invention provides circumferential restraint for the four sets of frame plates, preventing misalignment or deformation during hoisting or pouring. Simultaneously, the two sets of vertically arranged reinforcing hoop assemblies form a closed-loop fastening structure around the frame body, effectively resisting the lateral pressure of the concrete and preventing the template frame from bulging, loosening, or localized swelling.
