Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of organic vegetable planting, in particular to a leafy vegetable organic intelligent seeding mechanism with seed and fertilizer simultaneous seeding function and a method thereof, comprising a plurality of material discharging parts arranged in front of a traction frame, which are used to discharge vegetable seeds and fertilizers according to a preset ratio; a plurality of seeders correspondingly arranged behind the plurality of material discharging parts, which are used to periodically rotate to trigger the material discharging parts to discharge; and an intelligent control system, which is used to detect the real-time running distance of the traction frame, control the seeder to periodically trigger the material discharging parts to discharge and seed based on a preset seeding distance. The present application realizes precision seeding with adaptive running speed through the mechanical linkage of the walking wheel and the auger and the intelligent closed-loop control system. The first encoder is mainly used to monitor the rotating speed of the walking wheel main shaft in real time to calculate the accurate running distance, and the controller dynamically adjusts the rotating speed and phase of the servo motor driving the soil breaking part according to the above, so as to realize the strict synchronization of the seeding action and the running distance, and achieve the technical effect of constant adjustable plant spacing.
