Abstract

The application discloses an orange juice preparation device, which comprises a preparation box, a feeding port is formed in the top of the preparation box, a material guiding end is arranged in the interior of the preparation box and is located below the feeding port and is used for guiding the movement of materials, a squeezing mechanism comprises a rotating bearing, a squeezing piece and a filtering piece, the rotating bearing is rotatably arranged in the preparation box, the surface of the rotating bearing is provided with a plurality of placing grooves for accommodating oranges, the squeezing piece is arranged in the preparation box in a lifting mode and is located above the rotating bearing and is used for squeezing the oranges in the placing grooves below to squeeze juice. The application has the beneficial effects that the orange processing equipment in the prior art has a low overall automation degree, is difficult to adapt to the continuous or large-scale operation requirements, the whole squeezing and filtering links are not carried out in a closed environment, external impurities are easily mixed into the juice, and the technical problem of affecting the product hygiene quality is solved.
