Abstract

The application discloses a pattern punching device for trousers design and production and relates to the technical field of pattern punching machines.The device comprises a pattern punching platform, a hot air support, a pressing rod and a pattern punching sliding table.The hot air support is arranged at both ends of the pattern punching platform, and a hot air guiding mechanism is formed by a PTC heater, a hot air duct and a plurality of hot air outlets, so that hot air can be conveyed to the surface of cloth from both sides of the pattern punching platform, thereby heating and airflow spreading the cloth in the initial stage of cloth laying, reducing cloth wrinkle phenomenon, arranging a hot air nozzle in each hot air outlet, arranging a spiral guide plate in the hot air nozzle, forming spiral airflow when the hot air passes through the hot air nozzle, thereby increasing the stability and diffusion range of the hot air airflow, enabling the hot air to more uniformly cover the surface of the cloth, and under the action of negative pressure adsorption, the cloth spreading speed can be accelerated and the effect of the cloth adhering platform can be improved.
