Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of bioengineering, and relates to a marine-derived antibacterial peptide FP2606 and a use of the marine-derived antibacterial peptide FP2606 in preparation of a skin antibacterial drug. Streptomyces globisporus The application also provides a DNA molecule encoding the antibacterial peptide, a recombinant expression vector and an engineering strain, and realizes high-efficiency heterologous expression of the FP2606 in vitro. Experimental verification shows that the antibacterial peptide FP2606 has strong bacteriostatic activity on common pathogenic bacteria causing skin infection of children, has extremely high biological safety, has no hemolytic activity, no skin cell toxicity and no skin irritation, perfectly adapts to the physiological characteristics of the tender skin of children, and can be widely applied to preparation of a skin external antibacterial preparation for children, a skin infection prevention and treatment drug for children and a skin barrier care product for children.
