Abstract

The application discloses a frame structure embedded outer wall and a production and preparation method, which comprises the following steps: a fiber concrete shell, which comprises a panel and a plurality of ribbed frames arranged on the panel; an ALC plate, which is embedded into the ribbed frames of the fiber concrete shell to form a wallboard main body; and a heat preservation strip. According to the application, the composite structure of the fiber concrete shell and the ALC plate realizes the structural strength and the anti-cracking and protection capability of the outer wall by using the high-strength fiber concrete, greatly reduces the overall self-weight of the wallboard by the light weight of the ALC plate, and effectively prevents the cold bridge problem by the self-insulation performance of the ALC plate and the heat preservation strip at the ribbed frames, so that an efficient overall insulation structure is formed. The cooperation of the wall top connecting piece and the installation adjusting mechanism can realize multi-angle high-precision adjustment during the installation of the wallboard, greatly reduces the installation difficulty of the wallboard, and the overall embedded wallboard in the frame beam column frame avoids the problem of occupying the building area, and effectively improves the space utilization of the building.
