Abstract

This invention provides a fastener riveting device for manufacturing magnesium alloy forgings, relating to the field of fastener technology. The device includes a base, column, robotic arm, riveting gun, rotating assembly, circular groove, disc, rollers, moving assembly, and supporting rotating assembly. The moving assembly, through the engagement of forward and reverse threads at both ends of a rotating shaft, can drive the moving rods on both sides to move synchronously in opposite directions under the drive of a second motor. Combined with the guiding effect of the traveling wheels and the sliding groove, it can accurately adapt to magnesium alloy forgings of different sizes and specifications. Simultaneously, the outer surface of the support tube wheel in the supporting rotating assembly is wrapped with an elastic anti-slip sleeve, which enhances the stability of the forging during clamping and avoids scratches, indentations, and other damage to the surface of the magnesium alloy forging caused by traditional rigid clamping, ensuring the appearance and structural integrity of the forging.
