Abstract

The application discloses a lead-acid battery safety prevention detection method and system for unmanned emergency equipment, wherein a voltage detection program is executed in a VCU controller by triggering a BMS wake-up button, other direct-current load power supplies and a DCDC charger loop are disconnected, only the VCU controller and a detection loop are reserved, then the voltage and surface temperature of the lead-acid battery are detected, if the voltage value is lower than a set value or the surface temperature of the battery exceeds the set value, the VCU controller broadcasts relevant content through a voice alarm. The application independently detects and actively disconnects interference sources before power-on, solves the problem of insufficient detection accuracy in the prior art, realizes voltage / temperature four-stage graded early warning, solves the problem of lacking graded early warning for the characteristics of the lead-acid battery, realizes graded mobility linkage control, solves the problems of lack of linkage between the battery state and the equipment mobility and the equipment being easily trapped, and realizes the safety prevention and intelligent management of the lead-acid battery of the unmanned emergency equipment.
