Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic additive addition system and control method for electrolytic copper foil, relating to the field of electrolytic copper foil manufacturing technology. The system includes: a CVS online monitoring unit for real-time monitoring of the effective concentration of additives in the electrolyte; an automatic addition unit comprising a liquid additive delivery branch and a solid powder additive delivery branch; the liquid additive delivery branch is equipped with a metering pump; the solid powder additive delivery branch is equipped with a powder metering and feeding assembly, which includes an adjustable-volume metering chamber and a drive mechanism for quantitatively discharging the metering chamber; and a control unit configured to: receive the effective additive concentration data acquired by the CVS online monitoring unit, generate control commands based on the effective additive concentration data and preset process parameters using a built-in algorithm model, and adjust the flow rate of the metering pump, the volume of the metering chamber, and / or the operating frequency of the drive mechanism according to the control commands. This maintains a stable effective additive concentration in the electrolyte in real time.
