Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of textile processing technology and discloses a wastewater treatment device for white silk processing, including a working shell. Sedimentation tanks are fixedly connected to both sides of the working shell. When the inclined filter plate moves the crossbar to one side of the inner wall of the sedimentation tank, one end of the crossbar contacts the inner wall of the sedimentation tank. The crossbar is squeezed by the sedimentation tank, causing it to slide on the inner wall of the inclined filter plate. The crossbar drives the vertical plate to move, and the vertical plate drives the rotating plate and slider to slide on the inner wall of the chute. The two sliders move closer to each other, and the slider drives the square plate and inclined plate to move. The inclined plate drives the sliding rod and rubber plate to move, allowing the rubber plate to slide and rub against the side wall of the inclined filter plate. During this process, the dispersed floating hairs gathered on the side wall of the inclined filter plate are rubbed and agglomerated into a clump of floating hairs. The friction between the two helps to compress the dispersed floating hairs into a clump, making it more compact and facilitating subsequent sedimentation or treatment.
