Hull deck automatic welding device

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of ship processing and repairing equipment, and discloses a hull deck automatic welding device. The device comprises a frame platform, a power mechanism, a tracking control part and a welding mechanism. Two walking wheels are arranged at the rear side below the frame platform, and a tracking direction wheel is arranged at the middle of the front side. The tracking control part is coupled with the tracking direction wheel and controls the direction of the tracking direction wheel. The tracking control part comprises a tracking sensor group, a comparator, a CPU, a motor drive module IC3 and a steering drive motor. A transmission mechanism is arranged between the steering drive motor and the tracking direction wheel to achieve transmission connection. The present application solves the problem of how to automatically track the weld seam during the welding of the hull deck, so that the heavy and repetitive welding operation can be automatically performed. The tracking control part is arranged to ensure the straightness of the weld seam. Meanwhile, as long as the welding wire is sufficiently supplied, the complete welding line can be achieved, the breakpoint of long-line welding is reduced, and the welding quality and efficiency are improved.
