Abstract

The laser cutting frame is installed on the cutting machining table, the driving motor one is installed on the laser cutting frame, and the threaded rod one is installed on the laser cutting frame. Laser is directly used to cut and machine a stator cavity to form a stator component meeting the internal installation standard of a screw rod pump. The movement of the clamping frame drives the movement of the contact clamping wheel until the contact clamping wheel contacts the surface of a workpiece. At this time, the flexible material characteristics of the contact clamping wheel improve the clamping adhesion of the workpiece, effectively buffers the vibration impact in the rotary driving process, and avoids the rigid contact from causing scratches or indentations on the surface of the workpiece.
