Ether ester type automobile interior sponge, preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of foaming materials technology, and particularly relates to an ether-ester type automotive interior sponge, its preparation method, and its application. The method includes the following steps: 1) reacting polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate, and catalyst a to prepare a hydroxyl-terminated polyether prepolymer, wherein the viscosity of the hydroxyl-terminated polyether prepolymer is 5000~22000 mPa*s / 25℃; 2) preparing an ether-containing polyester polyol; 3) reacting component A with component B to obtain the ether-ester type automotive interior sponge, wherein: component A includes an ether-containing polyester polyol, hydroxyl-terminated polyether prepolymer, a foaming agent, catalyst c, a surfactant, and a reactive flame retardant; component B includes isocyanate or a mixture of isocyanates. Compared with existing ether-ester type automotive interior sponges on the market, this invention has superior mechanical properties, finer and more uniform cell structure, fewer pores (approaching that of polyester type automotive interior sponges), and superior hydrolysis resistance.
