This application discloses a method for electroplating highly corrosion-resistant amorphous alloys, comprising: immersing a clean stainless steel workpiece in a complexing activation solution containing organophosphonic acid; performing electrochemical activation treatment under ultrasonic field assistance and periodic commutation potential control to remove the surface purification film of the clean stainless steel workpiece and form an organophosphonic acid adsorption layer, obtaining a first workpiece; removing the first workpiece from the complexing activation solution and maintaining it under a spray moisturizing solution until the first workpiece is immersed in a nickel-phosphorus electroless flash plating solution for chemical deposition to form a pre-plating layer on the surface of the first workpiece, obtaining a second workpiece; placing the second workpiece in a nickel-phosphorus electroplating solution, using the second workpiece as the cathode and a pure nickel plate as the anode, and depositing a Ni-P amorphous main plating layer on the surface of the pre-plating layer using a pulse electroplating method, obtaining the target stainless steel workpiece. This method achieves full-process optimization from surface activation and interface transition to the main plating layer, significantly improving the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the plating layer, thereby increasing the protective life of the stainless steel plating layer.
