An edge-computing-based steel bar corrosion rate intelligent calculation method and system

Abstract

This application provides an intelligent calculation method and system for rebar corrosion rate based on edge computing. Applied to the field of edge computing technology, it acquires raw electrical signals and calculates short-term statistical characteristic values. It monitors the step changes of these short-term statistical characteristic values ​​relative to historical benchmark values, monitors signal fluctuation amplitude within a preset time period, and confirms their stability at the new benchmark value, effectively distinguishing between transient interference and permanent benchmark shifts. By calculating the difference between the old and new benchmarks as a deviation compensation parameter and correcting subsequent signals, it directly solves the problem of signal benchmark shift. Finally, by inputting the corrected electrical signal into the corrosion model, the accuracy of the rebar corrosion rate calculation is ensured. This application effectively solves the problem of sensor signal benchmark shift caused by local material changes, significantly improving the accuracy of rebar corrosion rate calculation and system reliability, and avoiding misjudgments and trust crises.
