本发明涉及一种低吸水率耐寒型聚氨酯隔离缓冲层及其制备方法,属于轨道交通减振降噪技术领域。本发明的低吸水率耐寒型聚氨酯隔离缓冲层闭孔率可达95%以上,常规聚氨酯减振垫为开孔结构,内部孔隙相互连通,在潮湿或有水环境下,水分子会由连通的泡孔结构进入到聚氨酯内部孔隙中直至充满整个结构,进而导致减振效果降低。而本发明的聚氨酯隔离缓冲层泡孔之间相互独立,水分子无法透过外部基体进入聚氨酯隔离缓冲层内部,降低了聚氨酯隔离缓冲层的吸水率,同时闭合的泡孔结构具有“气囊”效应,在受力的条件下弹性更好,进一步提高了聚氨酯隔离缓冲层减振效果。
