The product processing method and system provided by the application support fast model changing, different processing points of a target product are positioned by a reference camera and multiple auxiliary cameras, and all positioning results are mapped into a pre-generated laser coordinate system, so that it is not necessary to recalibrate and align the independent coordinate spaces of each auxiliary camera one by one when the product is changed, the operation process of coordinate calibration is simplified, the production preparation time is reduced, the production efficiency of model changing processing can be effectively improved while ensuring the positioning accuracy of large-size product processing, and the technical problems of complicated coordinate alignment and low model changing efficiency in the scene of multiple camera extended field of view are solved.
