A riveting steel truss beam rivet repair construction method

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of bridge maintenance, in particular to a riveting steel truss beam maintenance rivet construction method. The method first removes old rivets by adopting a hierarchical drilling method with low damage, controls that the hole diameter expansion amount is not more than 5% of the original design hole diameter; secondly, the existing node plate layer is pretreated by adopting a three-step method of "cleaning-tightening-positioning", so that the core stress area is ensured to have a sticking rate of greater than or equal to 90%; then, the rivet heating temperature deviation is controlled within + / - 20 DEG C by combining medium-frequency induction heating with infrared temperature measurement, and the rivet pipe control is controlled within 3s, so that the final riveting quality is guaranteed; finally, the node bearing capacity attenuation in the construction process is controlled to be not more than 15% of the original design by replacing the rivets according to the step replacement order of "every two replacing one, diagonal staggered" and cooperating with the temporary high-strength bolt bearing capacity compensation. The application fills the gap of the maintenance rivet construction technology after the traditional hot riveting specification is abolished, and has the remarkable advantages of low damage in old rivet removal, dense plate layer sticking, stable hot riveting quality and safe and controllable construction process.
