Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The utility model belongs to the technical field of kitchen appliances, and particularly relates to a cooking utensil. BACKGROUND
[0002] The cooking utensil comprises a pot body and an inner container arranged in the pot body, and the upper surface of the pot body is provided with a supporting block to support the rim of the inner container and keep the inner container stable.
[0003] The supporting block is usually made of elastic materials such as silica gel and is fixed to the pot body by buckling. In order to meet the function of supporting the inner container, at least part of the supporting block needs to protrude from the upper surface of the pot body so that the rim of the inner container can be placed on the supporting block.
[0004] In the prior art, in order to ensure that the rim of the inner container can cooperate with the supporting block, the part of the supporting block protruding from the upper surface of the pot body is designed to have a large size. However, the supporting block itself is relatively soft and unstable in fixing. During use and cleaning of the pot body, the user often touches the part of the supporting block protruding from the pot body, which causes the buckles of the supporting block to disengage from the pot body, and the supporting block falls off, thereby affecting the stability of the support of the inner container and causing the inner container to tilt.
[0005] In addition, the supporting block is usually provided with buckles in multiple directions to be buckled with the pot body. Since the part of the supporting block protruding from the pot body has a large volume, the supporting block is subjected to transverse extrusion force in any direction, which causes each buckle to have a risk of disengaging from the pot body. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the fixing of the supporting block, the buckles and the pot body are usually designed to have a large amount of buckling in the prior art. This causes a large interference amount between the buckles and the buckling structure on the pot body during installation of the supporting block, which greatly increases the assembly difficulty of the supporting block, and the assembly personnel need to exert a large force to insert the supporting block into the mounting position on the pot body. Therefore, the assembly efficiency of the supporting block is greatly reduced, and the large extrusion force generated by the interference between the buckles and the pot body during assembly can cause the supporting block to deform, which may cause the posture of the supporting block to be abnormal after assembly, thereby affecting the supporting effect on the rim of the inner container. [0018] The support is a plurality of and is uniformly and spacedly arranged along the circumference of the liner.
[0019] Due to the adoption of the above technical scheme, the cooking utensil has the following advantages:
[0020] 1. The utility model discloses, support in first installation side is provided with the support of protruding from the upper surface of the pot body, for with the outer flanging of inner bag abuts to support the inner bag, satisfy the functional need. And second installation side is provided with the installation department, the upper edge of installation department is no higher than the upper surface of top panel, make installation department contain in the pot body inside, and will not protrude from the upper surface of top panel, further make support only in the support of first installation side expose outside the pot body, thereby greatly reduce the volume of support exposed part, reduce the probability of collision with support when using and cleaning the pot body, because installation department is housed in the pot body, further will not be subjected to the lateral force of outside, further reduce the risk of support from the pot body falling off.
[0021] In addition, because the support is located at the first installation side, the support is more susceptible to the force applied from the first installation side, and the installation portion is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel, so that the support will not be subjected to the force applied from the second installation side, and thus only the fixing strength of the support on the first installation side needs to be ensured. Since the risk of the support being detached from the pot body at the second installation side is relatively small, the fixing strength between the second installation side and the pot body can be appropriately reduced (for example, the clamping amount of the second installation side and the pot body can be reduced), thereby reducing the interference amount and frictional resistance between the second installation side and the pot body during assembly of the support, making the support easier to assemble to the pot body, greatly reducing the assembly difficulty, and improving the assembly efficiency.
[0022] 2. As a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the first installation side is provided with a first buckle located below the support, the second installation side is provided with a second buckle located below the installation portion, the pot body has a first matching portion for cooperating with the first buckle and a second matching portion for cooperating with the second buckle, and the clamping amount of the first buckle and the first matching portion is greater than the clamping amount of the second buckle and the second matching portion. In this embodiment, the clamping amount of the first buckle and the first matching wall is ensured to play a main fixing role, so that the support is firmly fixed to the pot body at the first installation side, and the fixing stability is better, thereby resisting the force received from the first installation side. The clamping amount of the second buckle and the second matching portion is small, and plays an auxiliary fixing role. While ensuring the fixing stability of the support and the pot body, the interference amount of the second buckle and the second matching portion is small during assembly of the support, thereby the frictional resistance is smaller, the support can be easily and smoothly assembled, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the posture of the support is ensured to ensure the support effect on the flanging.
[0023] 3. As a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the top surface of the supporting part is provided with a supporting plane, and the outer surface of the supporting piece further has a transition curved surface gradually extending downward from the supporting plane to the mounting part. The provision of the transition curved surface enables the supporting piece to be in contact with the transition curved surface when subjected to the force applied from the second mounting side, so that the force is decomposed, and the transition curved surface makes the outer side of the supporting piece (the side away from the center of the pot) more rounded, which is not conducive to the application of lateral force, thereby reducing the lateral force applied to the supporting piece from the second mounting side and reducing the risk of loosening of the second mounting side from the pot body.
[0024] 4. As a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the supporting piece further has a third mounting side located on both sides of the circumference of the pot body at the first mounting side, and the third mounting side has an extension part, and the upper edge of the extension part is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel. The supporting piece is provided with a protruding supporting part only on the first mounting side towards the center of the pot body, and in other directions on the circumference of the supporting piece, the extension part and the mounting part are not higher than the upper surface of the top panel, thereby reducing the volume of the part protruding from the upper surface of the pot body as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the supporting effect of the supporting piece on the outer flange, thereby greatly reducing the risk of the supporting piece falling off due to lateral external force. At the same time, the fixing strength of the fixing structure and the pot body can be reduced at the second mounting side and the third mounting side, thereby making it easier for the supporting piece to complete the assembly.
[0025] 5. As a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the supporting piece further comprises a holding part located below the mounting part, and the surface of the holding part is provided with anti-skid lines. The supporting piece is inserted into the interior of the pot body from the upper side of the pot body, and the holding part can first pass through the upper surface of the top panel when the supporting piece is installed from top to bottom by providing the holding part below the mounting part, and then the supporting piece can be fixed in place by pulling the holding part from the lower side of the pot body. Compared with the way of pressing and inserting the supporting piece from the upper side, the operation is simpler, and it is easier to maintain the posture of the supporting piece, thereby avoiding abnormal posture of the supporting piece during extrusion. The provision of the anti-skid lines can increase the friction between the hands and the holding part, avoid slipping, and improve the convenience of operation. At the same time, the holding part is located below the mounting part, corresponding to the second mounting side, and the interference amount between the fixing structure and the pot body during assembly is small, so the installation is smoother, the supporting piece can be quickly assembled in place, and the assembly efficiency is improved. [0044] As shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , a cooking utensil, comprising a pot body 1 and an inner container 2 placed in the pot body 1, the mouth of the inner container 2 has an outward flange 21, the pot body 1 has a top panel 11, the outward flange 21 is located above the top panel 11, the pot body 1 is provided with a support 3 for supporting the outward flange 21, the support 3 has a first mounting side 31 towards the center of the pot body 1 and a second mounting side 32 away from the center of the pot body 1, the first mounting side 31 is provided with a support part 34 protruding upward, and the second mounting side 32 is provided with a mounting part 35, the support part 34 protrudes from the upper surface of the top panel 11, and the upper edge of the mounting part 35 is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11.
[0045] Specifically, as shown in Figure 8As shown, the top panel 11 of the pot body 1 has a support boss 15 protruding upward, the support piece 3 is arranged on the support boss 15, the support portion 34 is higher than the upper surface of the support boss 15, and the mounting portion 35 and the extension portion 37 are not higher than the upper surface of the support boss 15.
[0046] Preferably, the support piece 3 is made of a material such as silica gel which is flexible and has a certain elastic deformation capacity, so as to form a flexible support for the outward-turned edge 21 and reduce the wear between the outward-turned edge 21.
[0047] In the utility model, the support piece 3 is provided with the support portion 34 protruding from the upper surface of the pot body 1 at the first mounting side 31, and is used for abutting against the outward-turned edge 21 of the inner container 2 to support the inner container 2, so as to meet the functional requirements. The second mounting side 32 is provided with the mounting portion 35, the upper edge of the mounting portion 35 is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11, so that the mounting portion 35 is accommodated inside the pot body 1 and does not protrude from the upper surface of the top panel 11, and then the support piece 3 is only exposed outside the pot body 1 at the support portion 34 of the first mounting side 31, so that the volume of the exposed part of the support piece 3 is greatly reduced, and the probability of collision between the support piece 3 and the pot body 1 during use and cleaning is reduced. Since the mounting portion 35 is accommodated inside the pot body 1, the support piece 3 is not subjected to the lateral force from the outside, and then the risk of the support piece 3 falling off the pot body 1 is reduced.
[0048] In addition, since the support portion 34 is located at the first mounting side 31, the support piece 3 is more likely to be subjected to the force applied from the first mounting side 31, and the mounting portion 35 is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11, so that the support piece 3 is not subjected to the force applied from the second mounting side 32, and then only the fixing strength of the support piece 3 at the first mounting side 31 with the pot body 1 needs to be ensured. Since the risk of the support piece 3 being loosened at the second mounting side 32 with the pot body 1 is smaller, the fixing strength between the second mounting side 32 and the pot body 1 can be appropriately reduced (for example, the clamping amount of the clamping and fitting of the second mounting side 32 and the pot body 1 can be reduced), and then the interference amount and the frictional resistance between the second mounting side 32 and the pot body 1 during assembly of the support piece 3 are reduced, so that the support piece 3 is more easily assembled to the pot body 1, the assembly difficulty is greatly reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
[0049] Preferably, as shown in the drawings, Figure 2 the upper edge of the mounting portion 35 is flush with the upper surface of the top panel 11. Of course, the upper edge of the mounting portion 35 can be lower than the upper surface of the top panel 11, which is not limited herein.
[0050] As a preferred embodiment of the utility model, as shown in the drawings, Figure 2 , Figure 6 , Figure 7As shown, the first mounting side 31 is provided with a first buckle 342 located below the support portion 34, the second mounting side 32 is provided with a second buckle 351 located below the mounting portion 35, the pot body 1 has a first matching portion 12 for cooperating with the first buckle 342, and a second matching portion 13 for cooperating with the second buckle 351, and the buckling amount of the first buckle 342 and the first matching portion 12 is greater than the buckling amount of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13.
[0051] In this embodiment, the buckling amount of the first buckle 342 and the first matching wall is guaranteed, which plays a main fixing role, so that the support piece 3 is firmly fixed with the pot body 1 at the first mounting side 31, and the fixing stability is better, so as to resist the force received from the first mounting side 31, the buckling amount of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13 is smaller, which plays an auxiliary fixing role, guarantees the fixing stability of the support piece 3 and the pot body 1, and at the same time, the interference amount of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13 is smaller when the support piece 3 is assembled, and the frictional resistance is smaller, so that the support piece 3 can be easily and smoothly assembled, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the posture of the support piece 3 is guaranteed to ensure the supporting effect of the outer flange 21.
[0052] It should be noted that the structure of the first matching portion 12 and the second matching portion 13 is not limited in this embodiment, in one embodiment, it can be a matching groove, and the first buckle 342 and the second buckle 351 extend into the matching groove to form clamping. In another embodiment, as shown in Figure 2 As shown, the first matching portion 12 and the second matching portion 13 can be clamping protrusions, and are located above the first buckle 342 and the second buckle 351 to stop cooperating with the first buckle 342 and the second buckle 351.
[0053] Specifically, as shown in Figure 2 The first buckle 342 and the second buckle 351 each have a clamping protrusion extending transversely, and the "buckling amount" in this embodiment refers to the amount of overlap between the clamping protrusion and the corresponding matching portion in the extension direction of the clamping protrusion, for example, Figure 2 The buckling amount of the first buckle 342 and the first matching portion 12 refers to the length L1 of the overlapping part of the first buckle 342 and the first matching portion 12 in the vertical direction, and the buckling amount of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13 refers to the length L2 of the overlapping part of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13 in the vertical direction.
[0054] Further, the first buckle 342 and the first matching part 12 have a large buckling amount, which can be increased by increasing the length of the transversely protruding part of the first buckle 342, increasing the length of the transversely protruding part of the first matching part 12, and increasing the depth of the matching groove when the first matching part 12 is a matching groove, and the like. Similarly, the buckling amount of the second buckle 351 and the second matching part 13 can be reduced by reducing the length of the transversely protruding part of the second buckle 351, reducing the length of the transversely protruding part of the second matching part 13, and reducing the depth of the matching groove when the second matching part 13 is a matching groove, and the like.
[0055] Further, as shown in Figure 2 the lower side of the first buckle 342 is provided with a guide transition surface 343.
[0056] Since the first buckle 342 and the first matching part 12 have a large buckling amount, when the support part 3 is assembled, the first buckle 342 of the first mounting side 31 has a large interference amount with the first matching part 12, and a large extrusion force and frictional resistance are generated therebetween. By providing the guide transition surface 343 at the lower side of the first buckle 342, the first buckle 342 can more easily pass over the protruding part of the first matching part 12, thereby forming a clamping connection, improving assembly smoothness, and reducing frictional resistance.
[0057] Specifically, the guide transition surface 343 can be a Figure 2 circular arc surface as shown in the figure, or a bevel, or an irregular curved surface, and the like, which is not limited herein.
[0058] In a preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in Figure 2 the top surface of the support part 34 is provided with a support plane 341, and the outer surface of the support part 3 further has a transition curved surface 36 gradually extending downward from the support plane 341 to the mounting part 35.
[0059] The provision of the transition curved surface 36 allows the force applied from the second mounting side 32 to be in contact with the transition curved surface 36 and then be decomposed, and the transition curved surface 36 makes the outer side (the side away from the center of the pot body 1) of the support part 3 more rounded, which is not conducive to the application of transverse force, thereby reducing the transverse force applied to the support part 3 from the second mounting side 32, and reducing the risk of loosening of the second mounting side 32 from the pot body 1.
[0060] Specifically, the transition curved surface 36 can be a bevel, a circular arc surface, or other curved surface structure, which is not limited herein.
[0061] Preferably, as shown in Figure 2As shown, the outer flange 21 includes a first extension 211 and a second extension 212 located at the edge of the first extension 211. The first extension 211 extends horizontally, and the second extension 212 extends downward to form an angle with the first extension 211. The second extension 212 abuts against the support plane 341.
[0062] During processing, the inner liner 2 is typically coated on both its inner and outer sides. The edges of the inner and outer coatings are located at the edge of the outward flange 21, creating a dividing line or intersection line at the edge of the outward flange 21. This results in an aesthetic defect and a less than ideal tactile experience when the user grasps the inner liner 2 by the outward flange 21. By incorporating a second extension 212 into the outward flange 21, a downward-extending edge is formed, increasing the strength at the edge of the outward flange 21 and concealing the coating dividing line, thus improving aesthetics. Furthermore, the second extension 212 facilitates better contact between the outward flange 21 and the support member 3, enhancing the stability of the fit.
[0063] Specifically, such as Figure 2 As shown, the first extension segment 211 extends horizontally, and the second extension segment 212 extends vertically downward, that is, the angle between the two is 90°. Of course, the second extension segment 212 can also extend downward at an angle so that the angle between the two is greater than 90° or less than 90°, which is not limited here.
[0064] As a preferred embodiment of this utility model, such as Figures 3 to 7 As shown, the support member 3 also has a third mounting side 33 located on both sides of the first mounting side 31 along the circumference of the pot body 1. The third mounting side 33 has an extension 37, the upper edge of which is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11.
[0065] Specifically, such as Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the third mounting side 33 is perpendicular to the first mounting side 31. Of course, the third mounting side 33 can also be at other angles to the first mounting side 31. For the support member 3, the first mounting side 31 is the front side (the side facing the center of the pot body 1), the second mounting side 32 is the rear side (the side away from the center of the pot body 1), and the third mounting side 33 is the left and right sides.
[0066] The support 3 is provided with a protruding support portion 34 only on the first mounting side 31 facing the center of the pot body 1, and neither the extension portion 37 nor the mounting portion 35 is higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11 in other directions around the support 3, thereby greatly reducing the volume of the protruding part above the upper surface of the pot body 1 on the basis of ensuring the support effect of the support 3 on the outer flange 21, so as to greatly reduce the risk of the support 3 falling off due to lateral external force. At the same time, the fixing strength of the fixing structure to the pot body 1 can be reduced at the second mounting side 32 and the third mounting side 33, thereby making the support 3 easier to assemble.
[0067] Further, as shown in Figure 4 、 Figure 5 , the first mounting side 31 is provided with a first buckle 342 below the support portion 34, the third mounting side 33 is provided with a third buckle 371 below the extension portion 37, the pot body 1 has a first matching portion 12 for cooperating with the first buckle 342 and a third matching portion 14 for cooperating with the third buckle 371, and the engagement amount of the first buckle 342 and the first matching portion 12 is greater than that of the third buckle 371 and the third matching portion 14.
[0068] Similar to the cooperation principle of the second buckle 351 and the second matching portion 13 described above, since the extension portion 37 will not be higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11, the support 3 is difficult to be subjected to the force applied from the third mounting side 33, that is, the left and right sides of the support 3, thereby reducing the risk of falling off, and the engagement amount of the third buckle 371 and the third matching portion 14 can be correspondingly reduced to make the support 3 easier to assemble on the basis of ensuring the fixing strength.
[0069] Preferably, the extension portion 37 is provided on both left and right sides of the support 3 and is not higher than the upper surface of the top panel 11, and in addition, the third buckle 371 is provided below the left and right extension portions 37 and is clamped and fixed with the third matching portion 14 of the pot body 1.
[0070] As shown in Figure 4 、 Figure 5 , the engagement amount of the third buckle 371 and the third matching portion 14 refers to the length L3 of the vertical overlapping part of the third buckle 371 and the third matching portion 14.
[0071] Preferably, as shown in Figure 4 、 Figure 5 , the upper surface of the top panel 11 is provided with a receiving groove 16, and the extension portion 37 is received in the receiving groove 16.
[0072] The accommodating groove 16 can accommodate the extension 37, so that the extension 37 is sunken in the accommodating groove 16 and does not protrude from the upper surface of the top panel 11. In addition, the accommodating groove 16 also limits the support piece 3. When an external force is applied to the support piece 3 from the third mounting side 33, the support piece 3 is stopped by the groove wall of the accommodating groove 16, so as to limit the deformation and movement of the support piece 3, keep the extension 37 in the accommodating groove 16, and reduce the risk of disengagement.
[0073] Preferably, as shown in Figure 6 , Figure 7 , the support piece 3 further comprises a holding portion 38 located below the mounting portion 35, and the surface of the holding portion 38 is provided with anti-skid lines 381.
[0074] The support piece 3 is inserted into the pot body 1 from the upper side of the pot body 1. The anti-skid lines 381 can be protruding structures such as protrusions and protruding lines on the surface of the holding portion 38, or can be the groove structure shown in Figure 6 . As long as the surface of the holding portion 38 is uneven to increase the friction during holding, it is not limited here. In addition, the anti-skid lines 381 can be provided on one side of the holding portion 38, or anti-skid lines 381 can be provided on both sides of the holding portion 38.
[0076] In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Figure 8 , the support piece 3 is a plurality of and is uniformly and spacedly arranged along the circumference of the inner container 2, so as to improve the stability of the support to the inner container 2 in the circumferential direction of the inner container 2, keep the inner container 2 stable, and avoid tilting of the inner container 2.
[0077] In a preferred embodiment, as shown in Figure 8As shown, the support members 3 are three, of course, in other embodiments, the support members 3 can also be two, arranged on both sides of the inner container 2 along the inner container 2 in a diametrically opposite manner, or more than three, to be arranged more densely on the outer periphery of the inner container 2, further improve the stability of the support.
