Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of ovens, in particular to a smokeless oven. BACKGROUND

[0002] The barbecue oven is a kind of barbecue equipment. At present, there are mainly three types of ovens, including electric ovens, gas ovens and charcoal ovens. Among them, the electric oven is widely used in household barbecue due to its convenience and safety, while the charcoal oven and the gas oven are more used in the catering industry.

[0003] When the electric oven is used, especially when it is used indoors by the family, there is a problem of more oil smoke. The oil smoke volatilized into the room will cause a certain oil smoke pollution to the room. In order to solve this problem, some smokeless ovens have also appeared on the market. The principle of the current smokeless oven is mainly to drive the airflow to move directionally by the rotating fan, and further to remove the oil smoke by filtering through the oil absorption cotton. However, some problems are also exposed in the use process. First, the oil absorption cotton generally needs to be replaced frequently, which has certain inconvenience in the use process and is not so friendly in cost. Secondly, the fan power part of the traditional smokeless oven needs to be paid special attention when cleaning to prevent water from affecting the operation of the motor, so there is also inconvenience in cleaning. In addition, the fan will also produce certain noise when running at high speed, which affects the user experience. CONTENT OF THE UTILITY MODEL

[0046] To further understand the utility model content, features, and effects of this application, the following embodiments are provided, and detailed descriptions are given below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

[0047] Example

[0048] Electric ovens, especially when used indoors at home, often produce a lot of oil fumes, which can cause indoor pollution. To address this issue, smokeless ovens have emerged on the market. These ovens work by using a rotating fan to direct airflow, which then filters the fumes through absorbent cotton. However, several problems have arisen during their use. First, the absorbent cotton typically needs frequent replacement, which is inconvenient and costly. Second, the fan motor in traditional smokeless ovens requires careful cleaning to prevent moisture from affecting its operation, making cleaning inconvenient. Furthermore, the fan generates noise at high speeds, impacting the user experience.

[0049] To address the aforementioned technical problems, this embodiment provides the following technical solution:

[0050] For details, please see Figures 1-7 This embodiment provides a smokeless oven, including an oven assembly 10 and a control component 20 detachably disposed on one side of the oven assembly 10;

[0051] For details, please see Figure 1 and Figure 4 The oven assembly 10 includes a main housing 11, a baking tray 30, a heating module 31, and a flow guiding module. The baking tray 30 is disposed on the main housing 11 and cooperates with the main housing 11 to form a first cavity 12. The heating module 31 is used to heat the baking tray 30. The flow guiding module is disposed in the first cavity 12 and close to the inner wall of the main housing 11.

[0052] Specifically, the baking tray 30 is formed with a first groove 32, and an air inlet grille 33 and an air outlet grille 34 are respectively formed on two opposite side walls of the first groove 32, the air inlet grille 33 is close to the air guide module, and the air outlet grille 34 is away from the air guide module relative to the air inlet grille 33;

[0053] Further, the control assembly 20 includes a housing 21, an electric heating conductive module arranged on the housing 21, and a driving module 24;

[0054] Specifically, the air guide module includes a rotating fan wheel.

[0055] When the control assembly 20 is connected with the oven assembly 10, the electric heating conductive module is adapted to be electrically connected with the heating module 31, and the driving module 24 is adapted to be connected with the air guide module to drive the rotating fan wheel to rotate.

[0056] In the above scheme, the first cavity 12 can be loaded with a liquid medium for adsorbing oil fume, which can be water or other medium. In use, the worker assembles the control assembly 20 with the oven assembly 10, plugs in the control assembly 20, and further starts the control assembly 20 through a switch. After the electric heating conductive module is electrically connected with the heating module 31, the heating module 31 heats the baking tray 30, and then cooking can be performed. During the cooking process, the driving module 24 is connected with the air guide module to drive the rotating fan wheel to rotate. After the rotating fan wheel rotates, the airflow enters the first cavity 12 through the air inlet grille 33. At this time, the airflow passes through the liquid medium, and the liquid medium can adsorb the oil fume. Finally, the purified airflow is guided out through the air outlet grille 34, so as to reduce the pollution of the oil fume. In this scheme, taking water as an example, when the rotating fan wheel rotates, it drives the water to move to form a state similar to a water curtain, which is more conducive to the combination of oil fume and water, and thus better adsorption of oil fume is achieved. In addition, the driving module 24 for driving the rotating fan wheel and the electric heating conductive module electrically connected with the heating module 31 are integrated on the control assembly 20. The control assembly 20 is detachably connected with the oven assembly 10.
