A maintenance and protection device for a shredder, characterized in that: The device comprises a cutter door (1), a cutter head (2) arranged inside the cutter door (1), and a protective cover (3) arranged outside the cutter door (1). The cutter head (2) is used for cutting tobacco. The cutter door (1) is provided with a cutter maintenance opening (11) for communicating the inside and outside of the cutter door (1) and for maintaining the cutter. The protective cover (3) is used for shielding the cutter maintenance opening (11). The protective cover (3) is detachably assembled with the cutter door (1).

A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that: The cutter head (2) comprises a cutter disc (21), a plurality of cutters (22) arranged circumferentially on the cutter disc (21), and a plurality of cutter seats (23) respectively fixedly arranged on the cutter disc (21). The cutter disc (21) rotates to drive the cutters (22) to cut tobacco.

A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 1, wherein: The maintenance protection device further comprises a connecting member which is connected with or separated from the cutter door (1) to assemble or disassemble the protective cover (3) on or from the cutter door (1). The connecting member is detachably assembled with the cutter door (1).

A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that: The protective cover (3) comprises a cover plate which is used for shielding the cutter maintenance opening (11). The connecting member comprises electromagnets (4) arranged on both sides of the cover plate. The electromagnets (4) are energized to be adsorbed on the cutter door (1) to assemble the cover plate on the cutter door (1). The electromagnets (4) are de-energized to be separated from the cutter door (1) to disassemble the cover plate from the cutter door (1).

5. A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that: The connecting member further comprises a rechargeable battery (5) arranged on the electromagnets (4). The rechargeable battery (5) is used for energizing or de-energizing the electromagnets (4).

6. A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 4, wherein: The protective cover (3) further comprises a handle (33) arranged on the cover plate. The handle (33) is used for assembling and disassembling the cover plate on the cutter door (1).

7. A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 5, wherein: The length of the cover plate is adjustable.

A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 7, wherein: The cover plate comprises a main cover plate (31) and two pairs of cover plates (32) arranged on both sides of the main cover plate (31). The two ends of the main cover plate (31) are movably connected with the two pairs of cover plates (32). The electromagnets (4) are arranged on the two pairs of cover plates (32). The rechargeable battery (5) is arranged on the electromagnets (4).

9. A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 8, wherein: The cover plates (32) are provided with sliding grooves (321). The two ends of the main cover plate (31) are slidably connected with the sliding grooves (321) of the two pairs of cover plates (32).

A maintenance guard for a tobacco cutter as defined in claim 9, wherein: The main cover plate (31) is provided with a through hole (311), the auxiliary cover plate (32) is provided with a strip-shaped hole (322), the cover plate further comprises a bolt which penetrates the through hole (311) and the strip-shaped hole (322) in sequence, and a nut which is screwed with one end of the bolt and penetrates the through hole (311) and the strip-shaped hole (322) in sequence.
