Automobile quick-release assembly and sky curtain

Abstract

The utility model relates to an automobile quick-release assembly, in particular to an automobile quick-release assembly capable of quickly combining a sky curtain in an automobile interior through a quick-release structure. A skyscreen with a dimming diaphragm inside is supported in the quick-release structure, and the quick-release structure comprises a frame, a clamping piece arranged in the frame and lock catches which are arranged on at least two opposite sides of the frame and can do reciprocating motion. The backdrop is fixed in the clamping piece, so that the backdrop can be erected in an interior trim at the top of an automobile by utilizing the lock catch, and the effects of heat insulation, dimming and privacy protection can be achieved by utilizing the dimming diaphragm in the backdrop.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application belongs to the field of automobile sunroof, in particular to a quick release assembly for automobile sunroof, which can quickly install and remove the automobile sunroof in the automobile. BACKGROUND

[0002] Nowadays, many automobiles are provided with a laminated glass sunroof, and a dye-doped liquid crystal polymer layer (PDCLC) is arranged in the laminated glass. The dye-doped liquid crystal polymer layer has different total solar transmittance (TTS) when powered on and powered off, so as to achieve the purpose of blocking external sunlight or directly seeing the outside scenery through the glass. No matter what the structure of the current automobile sunroof is, it usually includes a light control film (PDLC). The current sunroof does not have any fixed structure when installed in the automobile. Even if there is a structure for installing the sunroof on the market, it will more or less damage the current automobile interior, so that once this sunroof is installed, it cannot be disassembled, or after disassembly, the automobile interior needs to be repaired.

[0003] Therefore, the purpose of the present application is to provide a quick release assembly for automobile sunroof, which can quickly disassemble and assemble the sunroof by using the current structure of the automobile without damaging the current structure. SUMMARY

[0004] The purpose of the present application is to provide a quick release assembly for automobile sunroof, which can quickly disassemble and assemble the sunroof, and the technical means used includes:

[0006] a clamping member arranged in the frame for clamping an object therein; and

[0007] a lock arranged on at least two opposite sides or the same side of the frame in a reciprocating manner, so that the object can be fixed in the automobile by the lock.

[0008] Another purpose of the present application is that the frame has at least one accommodation space for accommodating the clamping member in a detachable manner.

[0009] Another purpose of the present application is that the accommodation space has an opening, and the opening has a pair of opposite flaps.

[0010] Still another object of the present application is that the clamping member has at least one body with an L-shaped cross section, the body is received in the receiving space, and the body has a long side.

[0011] Still another object of the present application is that the clamping member has two bodies with an L-shaped cross section, the bodies are received in the receiving space, and the bodies have long sides, and the long sides of the two bodies are overlapped with each other.

[0012] Still another object of the present application is that the lock has at least one lock piece movably arranged in the frame, and a spring with one end fixed to one end of the lock piece and the other end fixed to the frame, so that the lock piece can reciprocally move relative to the frame.

[0025] Referring to the specific embodiment shown in Figure 1 The automobile quick release assembly provided by the present application comprises a frame 1, at least one holding member 2 fixedly accommodated in the frame 1, and a lock 3 arranged at one end of the frame.

[0026] The frame 1 has at least one accommodation space 11 in which the holding member 2 is detachably accommodated, and one side of the frame 1 has an opening 111 communicating with the accommodation space 11; and a pair of stop sheets 12 are arranged opposite to each other at the opening. [0028] As shown in Figure 3 , whether there is only one, or two holding members 2 are stacked with each other, the holding member 2 is placed in the accommodation space 11 of the frame 1, and the long side 21 faces the opening 111, in this way, after the curtain is fixed to the holding member 2, the curtain can be extended from the opening 111 and limited by the stop sheet 12, so that the curtain will not form excessive and harmful vibration due to the movement of the automobile.

[0029] Referring to Figure 4 , 5 , 6, and referring to Figure 1, wherein it can be seen that after the frame 1 and the clamping member 2 are assembled together with the curtain, a lock 3 is arranged on the opposite side of the frame 1, and the lock 3 comprises a lock piece 31 and a spring 32, and one side of the lock piece 31 is provided with a first stop 311 and a second stop 312. The first stop 311 is in contact with a screw arranged in the slide rail 13, and limits the movement stroke of the lock piece 31, and the second stop 312 is fixed to one end of the spring 32, and the other end of the spring 32 is fixed to the inside of the slide rail 13, so that when the lock piece 31 is pressed, the spring force of the spring 32 can make the lock piece 31 reciprocate in the slide rail 13.

[0030] It is worth noting that, as shown in Figure 7 , the embodiment shown is basically the same as the embodiment shown in Figure 1 , and the only difference is that the spring 32 arranged in the lock 3 on one side of the frame 1 is removed, so that the lock in this embodiment is different from the embodiment in Figure 1 when implemented. Therefore, a new lock is given a new reference numeral 4. The lock 4 has at least a first lock piece 41 movably arranged in the frame, a second lock piece 42 fixedly arranged in the frame relative to the first lock piece 41, and a spring 43 fixed at one end of the first lock piece 41 and at the other end of the frame 1, so that the lock 4 can reciprocate relative to the frame 1, just like the previous embodiment.

[0031] In the above different embodiments, after the curtain is assembled on the quick release assembly of the automobile, at least one lock piece (31, 41) movably arranged in the frame 1 is used to assemble one side of the curtain in the automobile, and then another set of lock pieces (31, 42) movably arranged in the frame 1 or fixedly arranged in the frame 1 are used to assemble the other side of the curtain in the automobile to complete the assembly of the curtain. When disassembling the curtain, only the side with the spring 32 is compressed, so that the lock piece 31 is retracted into the slide rail 13, and the curtain can be easily removed from the automobile.

A quick release assembly for a vehicle, comprising: a frame; a clamping member disposed in said frame for clamping an object therein; and a latch disposed in said frame reciprocally on at least two opposite sides or the same side of said frame for securing the object in the vehicle, said frame having at least one receiving space for detachably receiving said clamping member therein, said receiving space having an opening and a pair of opposite stoppers at said opening, said clamping member having at least one body in the shape of L in cross section, said body being received in said receiving space and having a long side, said clamping member having two bodies in the shape of L in cross section, said bodies being received in said receiving space and having a long side, and the long sides of the two bodies being overlapped, said latch having at least one movable stopper disposed in said frame and a spring having one end fixed to one end of said stopper and the other end fixed to said frame, said stopper being reciprocally movable relative to said frame, said stopper having at least one stopper on one side for limiting the travel of said stopper, said latch having at least a first movable stopper disposed in said frame, a second stopper disposed in said frame opposite to said first stopper, and a spring having one end fixed to one end of said first stopper and the other end fixed to said frame, said stoppers being reciprocally movable relative to said frame, said latch having at least a first movable stopper disposed in said frame, a second stopper disposed in said frame opposite to said first stopper, and a spring having one end fixed to one end of said first stopper and the other end fixed to said frame, said stoppers being reciprocally movable relative to said frame, and a quick release assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8. ​ ​ ​ ​ 2.
