The term "and / or" as used in this specification includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
[0039] Example 1
[0040] Please see Figure 1 This application provides a lamp 100, which includes a lamp head 10, a bracket 20, and a ground socket 30. The lamp head 10 is supported on the bracket 20, and the ground socket 30 is connected to the bracket 20. The lamp head 10 is used to generate light, the bracket 20 is used to support the lamp head 10, and the ground socket 30 is used to insert the lamp 100 into the ground, so that the lamp 100 can be stably fixed on the ground when used outdoors.
[0041] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp 100 may not be equipped with the ground socket 30, and the lamp 100 may be connected and fixed to external equipment or the ground via the bracket 20.
[0042] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the ground plug 30 is detachably connected to the end of the bracket 20 away from the lamp head 10. When the ground plug 30 is connected to the bracket 20, it is convenient to fix the lamp 100 as a whole firmly on the ground. When the ground plug 30 is not needed, it can be removed from the bracket 20 for easy storage and transportation.
[0043] The floor plug 30 can be screwed to the bracket 20, or it can be detachably connected to the bracket 20 via a clip (not shown).
[0044] Please refer to the above-mentioned lamp holder 10 as well. Figures 2 to 4 The lamp head 10 includes a lamp housing 1, a circuit board 2, and a light-emitting element 3. The light-emitting element 3 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2 and is used to generate light. The circuit board 2 is housed in the lamp housing 1 and is used to supply power to the light-emitting element 3.
[0045] Furthermore, please refer to the following: Figure 5 and Figure 6 The light-emitting element 3 includes a first light source 31 and a plurality of second light sources 32; the first light source 31 and the second light sources 32 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the circuit board 2; the plurality of second light sources 32 are evenly distributed on the circuit board 2. Through the lamp head 10, light can be emitted from both opposite sides of the circuit board 2, i.e., the lamp head 10 can emit light from both sides. This solves the technical problem in the prior art where the lamp head 10 can only emit light in one direction.
[0046] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the number of the second light source 32 is three, and the three second light sources 32 are evenly distributed on the circuit board 3.
[0047] It is worth noting that the three second light sources 32 are evenly distributed on the circuit board 2, which means that the angle between any two second light sources 32 and the center of the circuit board 2 is 120 degrees, or the triangle formed by the lines connecting the three second light sources 32 is an equilateral triangle. This distribution method can ensure the uniform distribution of the light generated by the second light sources 32 and improve the light efficiency.
[0048] The first light source 31 or the second light source 32 can be any device that can generate light. For example, the first light source 31 includes a plurality of first lamp beads 311, and any second light source 32 includes two second lamp beads 321.
[0049] It is worth noting that when the lamp head 10 is supported by the bracket 20, in some embodiments, the second light source 32 faces the bracket 20, and the first light source 31 faces away from the bracket 20. Therefore, when the lamp 100 is inserted into the ground via the ground plug 30, the first light source 31 emits light upwards, and the second light source 32 emits light downwards. This not only enables the lamp 100 to output light at different angles, meeting diverse lighting needs, but also allows the lamp 100 to provide light at various angles. Furthermore, when the lamp 100 is installed on the ground, the first light source 31 shines upwards, providing auxiliary lighting, while the second light source 32 shines downwards, providing main lighting and clearly illuminating the ground for user use.
[0050] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp housing 1 is provided with a receiving cavity 1s and a first opening 11h communicating with the receiving cavity 1s, and the circuit board 2 is housed in the receiving cavity 1s; the lamp head 10 also includes a diffuser 4, which covers the first opening 11h, and the first light source 31 faces the diffuser 4. The design of the receiving cavity 1s provides a stable installation environment for the circuit board 2, the first light source 31 and the second light source 32 electrically connected to the circuit board 2. The setting of the first opening 11h ensures effective light output. Through the diffuser 4, the light generated by the first light source 31 can be evenly scattered, avoiding the glare problem caused by direct illumination and improving the user experience. At the same time, the design of the diffuser 4 can also effectively protect the first light source 31, prevent dust and foreign objects from entering, and extend the service life of the lamp 100.
[0051] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp housing 1 is further provided with a plurality of second openings 12h communicating with the receiving cavity 1s; the lamp head 10 also includes a lens 5, which is disposed in the receiving cavity 1s, and the lens 5 protrudes toward the plurality of second openings 12h to form a light-expanding cavity 5s, with each second light source 32 housed in one of the light-expanding cavities 5s. Through the arrangement of the lens 5, the light from the second light source 32 can be effectively focused and evenly distributed, thereby enhancing the lighting effect. Furthermore, the design of the light-expanding cavity 5s expands the illumination range of the light.
[0052] It is worth noting that the light-expanding cavity 5s can be a sealed space formed between the lens 5 and the circuit board 2, thereby effectively preventing the light generated by the second light source 32 from leaking out, ensuring that the light generated by the second light source 32 is emitted through the area where the light-expanding cavity 5s is located in the lens 5, and ensuring the utilization efficiency of the light generated by the second light source 32.
[0053] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the size of the second opening 12h is increased along the diffusion direction of the second light source 32, thereby expanding the illumination range of the second light source 32.
[0054] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lens 5 is recessed to form a stepped portion 51 and a mounting groove 52, the circuit board 2 is disposed in the mounting groove 52, and the light-expanding cavity 5s is recessed from the bottom of the mounting groove 52; the lamp head 10 also includes a light-shielding ring 6, which covers the stepped portion 51 and the edge of the circuit board 2. The stepped portion 51 and the mounting groove 52 provide a stable mounting environment for the circuit board 2. The light-shielding ring 6 also covers the stepped portion 51 and the edge of the circuit board 2. Combined with the diffuser lampshade 4 and the lamp housing 1, the first light source 31 and the second light source 32 are effectively isolated, reducing mutual interference between them.
[0055] In some embodiments, the light-shielding ring 6 is either foam or rubber.
[0056] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp head 10 further includes a sealing ring 7, which is disposed between the diffuser lamp cover 4 and the lens 5. By providing the sealing ring 7, the receiving cavity 1s in the lamp housing 1 can form a sealed cavity, reducing the damage of external dust and moisture to the circuit board 2, the first light source 31 and the second light source 32 in the lamp head 10.
[0057] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp housing 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 being detachably connected, and the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 together forming the receiving cavity 1s; the first housing 11 is provided with the first opening 11h, and the second housing 12 is provided with the second opening 12h. The arrangement of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 facilitates the assembly and maintenance of the lamp head 10. The detachable connection design of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 can employ a precise snap-fit or threaded structure to ensure a secure connection and ease of operation. The first opening 11h and the second opening 12h correspond to the installation positions of the first light source 31 and the second light source 32, respectively, providing a light emission path for the lamp head 10.
[0058] It is worth noting that when the lamp housing 1 includes a first housing 11 and a second housing 12, specifically, the second housing 12 is supported by the bracket 20.
[0059] In some embodiments, the lens 5 is disposed on the second housing 12, the sealing ring 7 is stacked on the lens 5 and surrounds the lens 5, and the edges of the diffuser 4 are respectively stacked on the sealing ring 7 and the light-shielding ring 6. The edges of the diffuser 4, the sealing ring 7, and the edges of the lens 5 are locked to the second housing 12 by screws, thereby achieving the isolation of the receiving cavity 1s from the outside by the sealing ring 7 and the pressing of the edges of the diffuser 4 against the light-shielding ring 6, thereby achieving the effective isolation of the first light source 31 and the second light source 32 by the light-shielding ring 6.
[0060] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lens 5 is provided with a receiving groove 53, and the circuit board 2 is provided with a connecting terminal 21. The connecting terminal 21 is received in the receiving groove 53, and the connecting terminal 21 is used to electrically connect to a power line 8 passing through the receiving groove 53. The power line 8 is used to connect to a power source, and the lamp 100 is powered through the setting of the power line 8.
[0061] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the receiving groove 53 is located in the middle of the lens 5, and the receiving groove 53 is further recessed from the bottom of the mounting groove 52.
[0062] It is worth noting that when the lamp head 10 is supported on the bracket 20, the bracket 20 is also provided with a cable outlet 20h, through which the power cord 8 is electrically connected to the power source.
[0063] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the lamp holder 10 further includes a plug 9 and a connecting ring 101. The connecting ring 101 surrounds the power cord 8 and seals the power cord 8 to the lens 5. A drain hole 54 is provided at the bottom of the receiving groove 53, and the plug 9 is disposed in the drain hole 54. The connecting ring 101 secures the power cord 8, reducing the risk of damage from pulling. Furthermore, the design of the plug 9 and the drain hole 54 facilitates testing the airtightness of the lamp holder 10 during production and allows for the removal of moisture from the receiving cavity 1s, thereby achieving a seal in the receiving cavity 1s under the action of the plug 9 and the connecting ring 101.
[0064] In some embodiments, a sealant (not shown) is also provided between the connecting ring 101 and the lens 5, and between the plug 9 and the lens 5, to enhance the sealing effect on the receiving cavity 1s.
[0065] In this embodiment, the lamp head 10 includes a lamp housing 1, a circuit board 2, a first light source 31, and a plurality of second light sources 32. The circuit board 2 is housed within the lamp housing 1. The first light source 31 and the second light sources 32 are electrically connected to oppositely disposed two side surfaces of the circuit board 2. The plurality of second light sources 32 are evenly distributed on the circuit board 2, enabling the lamp head 10 to emit light from oppositely disposed two side surfaces of the circuit board 2, i.e., the lamp head 10 can emit light from both sides, thus solving the technical problem in the prior art where the lamp head 10 can only emit light in one direction.
[0066] In addition, when the lamp holder 10 provided in this application embodiment is installed on the bracket 20 to form a lamp 100, the lamp 100 can emit light from both sides.
[0067]
Example 2
[0068] Please see Figure 7 The difference between Embodiment 2 and Embodiment 1 is that the lamp 100 further includes a driving mechanism 40, which is housed in the bracket 20. The driving mechanism 40 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2, and the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 is fixedly disposed on the lamp head 10. The circuit board 2 is provided with a control mechanism for controlling the rotation of the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40. With this lamp 100, when the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 rotates, the lamp head 10 connected to the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 rotates, thereby causing the light-emitting element 3 in the lamp head 10 to rotate accordingly. This achieves a rotating light effect without requiring the switching / color changing of the light-emitting element 3, resulting in a good user experience.
[0069] It is worth noting that the function of the drive mechanism 40 is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy to rotate the drive end 401 of the drive mechanism 40. Any drive mechanism 40 with this function can be applied to the lamp 100 provided in the embodiments of this application. The drive mechanism 40 can be a motor, or it can be a combination of a motor and gears, or the drive structure can be a cylinder and a connecting rod mechanism.
[0070] It is worth noting that the function of the control mechanism is to control the rotation of the drive end 401 of the drive mechanism 40. Any control mechanism with this function can be applied to the lamp 100 provided in this embodiment. The control mechanism can be a switch, or the drive mechanism 40 can be a wireless device, thereby facilitating user control of the drive mechanism 40 via wireless means. Alternatively, the control mechanism can also be a controller, in which case the program steps involved in the controller adopt existing program steps, and the controller also adopts an existing processor, such as an Intel i3 processor, an AMD Ryzen processor, etc.
[0071] It is worth noting that when the lamp head 10 includes the lens 5, the lens 5 is locked to the lamp housing 1. The lens 5 is provided with the receiving groove 53 and the limiting groove 55, which are arranged opposite to each other. The driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 passes through the bottom of the limiting groove 55 and the bottom of the receiving groove 53 in sequence and is then constrained by the limiting groove 55, thereby fixing the lens 5 to the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40. Through this arrangement, the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 drives the lens 5 to rotate, and the lamp housing 1 locked with the lens 5 rotates. The circuit board 2 fixed in the lamp housing 1 and the light-emitting element 3 on the circuit board 2 rotate accordingly, thereby achieving a rotating light effect.
[0072] It is worth noting that the specific implementation of the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 being restricted to the limiting groove 55 can be that the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 is locked to the lens by a hexagonal nut 4001, the hexagonal nut 4001 is located in the limiting groove 55, and the limiting groove 55 restricts the rotation of the hexagonal nut 4001, thereby improving the stability of the output end 4001 of the driving mechanism 40 driving the lens 5 to rotate.
[0073] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the drive mechanism 40 is connected to a connecting line 402, which passes through the bottom of the receiving groove 53 and is electrically connected to the circuit board 2. Power is supplied to the drive mechanism 40 through the connecting line 402.
[0074] It is worth noting that since the bottom of the receiving slot 53 is used for the power cord 8, the connecting wire 402 and the drive end 401 of the drive mechanism 40, the drain hole 54 and the plug 9 may not be provided due to space constraints.
[0075] It is worth noting that in some embodiments, the bracket 20 has a channel 20s, the drive mechanism 40 is received in the channel 20s, and the bracket 20 extends toward the channel 20s with a mounting member 20s1, on which the drive mechanism 40 is mounted. The channel 20s provides an installation environment for the drive mechanism 40, and the mounting member 20s1 allows the drive mechanism 40 to be securely mounted to the bracket 20.
[0076] It is worth noting that when the lamp housing 1 includes the first housing 11 and the second housing 12, the lampshade and the lens 5 are both locked to the second housing 12, which facilitates the drive mechanism 40 to drive the lamp head 10 to rotate, thereby realizing the rotation of the first light source 31 and the second light source 32 and achieving a rotating light effect.
[0077] In this embodiment, a lamp 100 is used, comprising a lamp head 10, a bracket 20, and a driving mechanism 40. The lamp head 10 includes a lamp housing 1, a circuit board 2, and a light-emitting element 3. The light-emitting element 3 is electrically connected to the circuit board 2, which is housed within the lamp housing 1. The driving mechanism 40 is housed within the bracket 20 and electrically connected to the circuit board 2. The driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 is fixedly disposed on the lamp head 10. The circuit board 2 is connected to a control mechanism for controlling the rotation of the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40. When the driving end 401 of the driving mechanism 40 rotates, the lamp head 10 connected to the driving end 401 rotates, causing the light-emitting element 3 in the lamp head 10 to rotate accordingly. This achieves a rotating light effect without requiring the switching / color changing of the light-emitting element 3, resulting in a good user experience.
[0078] It should be noted that while preferred embodiments of this application are provided in the specification and accompanying drawings, this application can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein.
