The outer side of the isolation sleeve is sleeved with a buffering rubber sleeve. A circulating pipe is communicated between the two ends of the medium cavity, a circulating pump is arranged on the circulating pipe, and a conductivity meter used for measuring the conductivity of the conducting medium is further arranged on the circulating pipe. According to the high-pressure oil pipe for the ultrahigh-pressure common rail system for the ship, double protection is conducted on the conveying pipe through the isolation sleeve and the buffering rubber sleeve, the protection effect on the conveying pipe is good, whether high-pressure oil conveying of the high-pressure oil pipe is safe and reliable or not can be monitored in time by detecting the conductivity, and the alarm assembly gives an alarm in time when the conductivity changes suddenly; therefore, the high-pressure oil pipe can be maintained or replaced in time, and the high-pressure oil pipe is safer and more reliable to use.
