Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the air outlet panel of an indoor air conditioning unit. Background Technology
[0002] Currently, to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing room, air conditioner indoor units are often chosen during renovations where the main body is hidden inside the ceiling, with only a portion of the air outlet panel protruding from the ceiling.
[0003] In the aforementioned air conditioner indoor units, the air outlet panels are mostly molded from resin in one piece. Therefore, although they can fit snugly against the ceiling when first installed, the resin is prone to deterioration and deformation after long-term use, causing the air outlet frame of the air outlet panel to deform, which in turn creates a gap between the air outlet panel and the ceiling, making it unsightly.
[0004] To address the aforementioned issues, using metal to form the air outlet frame of the vent panel could be considered to ensure strength and prevent deformation. However, in this case, especially in cooling mode when cold air blows across the metal air outlet frame, the greater temperature difference between the cold air and the metal frame due to metal's better thermal conductivity than resin can cause condensation. This could result in condensation dripping onto the floor, leading to a poor user experience. Utility Model Content
[0005] This utility model was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide an air outlet panel for an air conditioner indoor unit, which helps to improve the versatility of components, and also helps to suppress condensation and ensure aesthetics.
[0006] To achieve the above objectives, this utility model provides an air outlet panel for an indoor air conditioning unit, comprising an air outlet frame. The air outlet frame has a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a third sidewall, and a fourth sidewall joined together to form the air outlet. The first and second sidewalls are made of metal and are opposite to each other in a first direction. The third and fourth sidewalls are opposite to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction and are shorter than the lengths of the first and second sidewalls. At least one of the first and second sidewalls has a flange that folds away from the center of the air outlet. The air outlet panel for the indoor air conditioning unit also has an air guide that covers the outer surface of the flange. The air guide is made of resin and has a guiding surface that guides the airflow blown out from the air outlet.
[0007] According to the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, the air outlet frame has a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall, and a fourth side wall spliced together to form the air outlet. Therefore, it is easy to make a part of the first side wall, the second side wall, the third side wall, and the fourth side wall into a universal component to meet different air outlet panel size requirements. Furthermore, by covering the outer surface of the flange of the metal first side wall and the second side wall with an air guide, the flange can be suppressed from being exposed from the ceiling in the installed state, thus reducing the risk of condensation at the air outlet position. Moreover, since the first side wall and the second side wall are made of metal and have flanges, the first side wall and the second side wall are not easily deformed. The first side wall and the second side wall can be used to suppress the deformation of the resin air guide during long-term use, which may create gaps between the resin air guide and, for example, the ceiling, ensuring aesthetics and preventing condensation from occurring at the gaps.
[0008] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner preferably also has a plurality of grille strips, the plurality of grille strips being installed on the air outlet frame in such a way that they span the air outlet in the second direction, and can be disassembled individually or in groups.
[0009] According to the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, when the grille strips are old, only the grille strips need to be replaced, instead of replacing the entire panel, which can reduce maintenance costs; on the other hand, since the grille strips can be disassembled in groups, it helps to improve the efficiency of installation and disassembly.
[0010] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, preferably at least one of the third side wall and the fourth side wall has a mounting wall for providing an electrical component, and the first side wall and the second side wall respectively have: a main body portion corresponding to the air outlet; and an extension portion extending from the main body portion toward both sides in the second direction to at least the mounting wall.
[0011] According to the present invention, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner tends to become heavier on the side where electrical components are located. This is especially noticeable when the electrical components include drive parts such as motors. However, by providing an extension, the entire panel can be reinforced. Thus, during installation, gaps between the panel and the ceiling due to deformation can be prevented, thereby ensuring aesthetics.
[0012] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, the air guide is preferably engaged and fixed with the flange.
[0013] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, preferably the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has at least one of a first blade and a second blade, wherein the first blade is closer to the inner side of the air outlet frame than the grille strip and is rotatably supported on the air outlet frame about an axis extending in the second direction, and the second blade is closer to the inner side of the air outlet frame than the first blade and is rotatably supported on the air outlet frame about an axis extending in the first direction.
[0014] According to the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, the direction of the airflow blown out from the air outlet can be easily changed by the first blade and the second blade, so as to deliver the air in the desired direction and thus meet the needs of the user.
[0015] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, electrical components are preferably provided on both sides of the air outlet frame in the second direction. The air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit also has a decorative cover, which covers the electrical components and is removable.
[0016] According to the present invention, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner allows for convenient wiring and maintenance of electrical components by removing the decorative cover.
[0017] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, the decorative cover is preferably assembled to the air outlet frame by a plug-in structure, or can be opened and closed relative to the air outlet frame by pressing.
[0018] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, it is preferable to form raised ribs arranged at intervals in the first direction on the outer side of the decorative cover, and the raised ribs are formed at positions corresponding to the grille strips.
[0019] The air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to this utility model can ensure that the overall style of the panel is consistent, further improving its aesthetics.
[0020] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, the air guide preferably has: a first part, which covers and abuts against the portion of at least one of the first sidewall and the second sidewall adjacent to the flange from the inside of the air outlet; a second part, which bends from the first part toward the center away from the air outlet, covers and abuts against the outer side of the flange; and a third part, which bends from the second part toward the side where the first part is located, and covers the end of the flange.
[0021] According to the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, the air guide can cover most of the metal first sidewall and second sidewall near the air outlet, avoiding direct contact between the cold air from the air outlet and the outer part of the metal first sidewall and second sidewall near the air outlet, thus reducing the risk of condensation. Therefore, it can further reduce the risk of condensation at the air outlet position. In addition, the metal first sidewall and second sidewall can support the air guide from multiple directions, thus further suppressing the deformation of the air guide during long-term use and the gap between it and, for example, the ceiling, ensuring aesthetics.
[0022] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, the air guiding surface is preferably disposed in the second part and is inclined relative to the first direction so as to guide the airflow toward the outside in the first direction.
[0023] According to the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, the air supply angle at the air outlet is increased, which can increase the air supply range.
[0024] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, preferably at least one of the first sidewall and the second sidewall has an elongated hole extending in the second direction near the air outlet.
[0025] According to the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, by setting elongated holes, the heat conduction speed at the parts of the first and second side walls adjacent to the air outlet can be reduced, effectively reducing the possibility of condensation.
[0026] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the air conditioner indoor unit of this utility model, the elongated hole preferably includes: a first elongated hole disposed on the flange; and a second elongated hole disposed on at least one of the first sidewall and the second sidewall on the inner side of the air outlet frame adjacent to the flange, and intersecting with the first elongated hole.
[0027] According to the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, by making the first long hole and the second long hole staggered, the length of the conduction path of cold energy can be increased, the degree of condensation can be alleviated, and the risk of condensation at the air outlet position can be further reduced.
[0028] Furthermore, in the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner of this utility model, it is preferable that the outer side of the air guide and the outer side of the grille are approximately flush, or that the outer side of the grille protrudes further outward than the outer side of the air guide.
[0029] The air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to this utility model can further improve the aesthetics; when the blades rotate to the maximum extent in the up and down direction, the air guide does not block the wind, which can make the airflow blown from the air outlet go further. Especially when heating, by making the blades rotate to the maximum extent downward, it is easy to form an airflow that blows vertically downward from the air outlet to the ground.
[0030] (Utility Model Effect)
[0031] According to this utility model, the air outlet frame has a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a third sidewall, and a fourth sidewall that are spliced together to form an air outlet. Therefore, it is easy to make a portion of the first sidewall, the second sidewall, the third sidewall, and the fourth sidewall into a universal component to meet different air outlet panel size requirements. Furthermore, by covering the outer surface of the flanges of the metal first sidewall and the second sidewall with air guides, it is possible to suppress the flanges from protruding from the ceiling in the installed state, thus reducing the risk of condensation at the air outlet. Moreover, since the first sidewall and the second sidewall are made of metal and have flanges, the first sidewall and the second sidewall are not easily deformed. The first sidewall and the second sidewall can be used to suppress the deformation of the resin air guides during long-term use, which could create gaps between the resin air guides and, for example, the ceiling, ensuring aesthetics and preventing condensation at the gaps. [0097] YC Extension Panel Detailed Implementation
[0098] Below, in conjunction with Figures 1 to 11 The air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention will be described.
[0099] For ease of explanation, the three mutually orthogonal directions are designated as X, Y, and Z. One side of the X direction is designated as X1, and the other side as X2. One side of the Y direction is designated as Y1, and the other side as Y2. One side of the Z direction is designated as Z1, and the other side as Z2.
[0100] In addition, in practice, the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is usually installed in the Z direction, which is consistent with the up and down direction. However, it is not limited to this and can also be installed in the Y direction, which is consistent with the up and down direction.
[0101] (The overall structure of the air outlet panel of the indoor unit of the air conditioner)
[0102] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner has an air outlet frame 10. The air outlet frame 10 has a first sidewall 11, a second sidewall 12, a third sidewall 13, and a fourth sidewall 14 spliced together to form an air outlet CF (i.e., the end of the air duct formed by the air outlet frame 10 in the direction of airflow, specifically the downstream end). The first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 are made of metal and are opposite each other in the Z direction (equivalent to the first direction). The third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14 are opposite each other in the X direction (equivalent to the second direction) and their lengths are less than the lengths of the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12. The first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 respectively have a first flange FL1 and a second flange FL2 that are folded away from the center of the air outlet CF. The air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has a first air guide 21 and a second air guide 22 that respectively cover the outer surfaces of the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2 (in the illustrated example, the surface facing the Y1 direction). The first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 are made of resin and have an air guide surface DF (refer to) that guides the airflow blown out from the air outlet CF. Figure 6 ).
[0103] Here, as Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has multiple grille strips 30, which are installed on the air outlet frame 10 in a manner that spans the air outlet CF in the X direction, and can be removed individually or in groups. Furthermore, the grille strips 30 do not rotate.
[0104] In addition, such as Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has a first blade 41 and a second blade 42. The first blade 41 is located further inside the air outlet frame 10 than the grille strip 30 (in the example shown, it is located on the Y2 direction side) and is rotatably supported on the air outlet frame 10 about an axis extending in the X direction. The second blade 42 is located further inside the air outlet frame 10 than the first blade 41 and is rotatably supported on the air outlet frame 10 about an axis extending in the Z direction.
[0105] In addition, such as Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, electrical components 50 are provided on both sides of the air outlet frame 10 in the X direction (only the electrical component on one side in the X direction is shown in the figure).
[0106] In addition, such as Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 4As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has a first decorative cover 61 and a second decorative cover 62. The first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 are respectively disposed on both sides of the air outlet frame 10 in the X direction, covering the electrical components 50.
[0107] In addition, such as Figure 4 As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has multiple partitions 70, which divide the air outlet CF into multiple parts in the X direction, support the first blade 41 so that it can rotate, and have a recess for the grille strip 30 to be fitted.
[0108] In addition, such as Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner also has a sealing edge 80, which is respectively installed on the edges of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 away from the air outlet CF to block the opening of the edge (in the illustrated example, the opening is formed by the recess formed on the back of the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62). Of course, as Figure 13 As shown, an extension panel YC can be spliced at at least one of the edges of the first decorative cover 61 in the X1 direction and the second decorative cover 62 in the X2 direction (the extension panel can be a closed decorative panel, and in order to ensure the aesthetic consistency of the wall, it can also be provided with an air inlet, so that the air inlet and the air outlet are on the same surface). At this time, the edge banding 80 can be installed on the edge of the extension panel YC away from the air outlet CF.
[0109] (Structure of the air outlet frame)
[0110] As described above, the air outlet frame 10 has a first sidewall 11, a second sidewall 12, a third sidewall 13 and a fourth sidewall 14 spliced together to form the air outlet CF.
[0111] Here, the air outlet frame 10 is assembled from a first side wall 11, a second side wall 12, a third side wall 13 and a fourth side wall 14. The two sides of the first side wall 11 in the X direction are fixed to the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 by screws, respectively. The two sides of the second side wall 12 in the X direction are also fixed to the third side wall 13 and the fourth side wall 14 by screws, respectively.
[0112] In addition, such as Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 8AAs shown, the first sidewall 11 is located on the Z1 direction side of the air outlet CF and has: a main body portion 111 corresponding to the air outlet CF; and extension portions 112 extending from the main body portion 111 in the X direction to both sides. Specifically, the main body portion 111 includes: a plate-shaped first main body portion 1111 extending substantially in the XY plane; and a second main body portion 1112 bending from the edge of the first main body portion 1111 on the Y1 direction side towards the Z1 direction side. The extension portions 112 extend to the following provided walls 132 and 142 of the third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14, and include: a plate-shaped first extension portion 1121 extending from near the end of the first main body portion 1111 on the Y1 direction side towards both sides in the X direction; and a second extension portion 1122 bending from the edge of the first extension portion 1121 on the Y1 direction side towards the Z1 direction side. The second part 1112 of the main body and the second part 1122 of the extension form the first flange FL1, which can be elastically deformed to a certain extent. While preventing the first part 1111 of the main body and the first part 1121 of the extension from deforming, it can strengthen the engagement and fixation with the first air guide 21.
[0113] In addition, such as Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 8A As shown, the second sidewall 12 is located on the Z2 direction side of the air outlet CF and has: a main body portion 121 corresponding to the air outlet CF; and extension portions 122 extending from the main body portion 121 in the X direction to both sides. Specifically, the main body portion 121 includes: a plate-shaped first main body portion 1211 extending substantially in the XY plane; and a second main body portion 1212 bending from the edge of the first main body portion 1211 in the Y1 direction towards the Z1 direction. The extension portions 122 extend to the following provided walls 132 and 142 of the third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14, and include: a plate-shaped first extension portion 1221 extending from near the end of the first main body portion 1211 in the Y1 direction towards both sides in the X direction; and a second extension portion 1222 bending from the edge of the first extension portion 1221 in the Y1 direction towards the Z2 direction. The second part 1212 of the main body and the second part 1222 of the extension form the second flange FL2, which can be elastically deformed to a certain extent. While preventing the first part 1211 of the main body and the first part 1221 of the extension from deforming, it can strengthen the engagement and fixation with the second air guide 22.
[0114] In addition, such as Figure 4As shown, the third sidewall 13 is located on the X1 direction side of the air outlet CF and has a mounting wall 132 for supplying the pneumatic component 50. Specifically, the third sidewall 13 includes: a frame portion 131 extending in the XZ plane; and a mounting wall 132 that bends from the edge of the frame portion 131 on the X2 direction side toward the Y2 direction. The frame portion 131 has an opening extending through in the Y direction. The mounting wall 132 has a bearing portion that supports the first blade 41 (specifically, the shaft portion of the first blade 41 closest to the X1 direction side among a plurality of first blades 41 arranged along the X direction) so that it is rotatable, and the bearing portion is provided in the Z direction corresponding to the number of first blades 41. A recess for engaging the grille bar 30 is provided at the junction of the frame portion 131 and the mounting wall 132.
[0115] In addition, such as Figure 4 As shown, the fourth sidewall 14 is located on the X2 direction side of the air outlet CF and has a mounting wall 142 for supplying the pneumatic component 50. Specifically, the fourth sidewall 14 includes: a frame portion 141 extending in the XZ plane; and a mounting wall 142 that bends from the edge of the frame portion 141 on the X1 direction side toward the Y2 direction. The frame portion 141 has an opening extending through in the Y direction. The mounting wall 142 has a bearing portion that supports the first blade 41 (specifically, the shaft portion of the first blade 41 closest to the X2 direction side among a plurality of first blades 41 arranged along the X direction) so that it is rotatable, and the bearing portion is provided in the Z direction corresponding to the number of first blades 41. A recess for engaging the grille bar 30 is provided at the junction of the frame portion 141 and the mounting wall 142.
[0116] (Structure of the first and second air guide components)
[0117] As described above, the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 respectively cover the outer surfaces of the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2.
[0118] Here, as Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 9As shown, the first air guide 21 is engaged and fixed to the first flange FL1. The first air guide 21 has: a first portion 211, which covers and abuts the portion of the first sidewall 11 adjacent to the first flange FL1 from the inner side of the air outlet CF (in the illustrated example, the Z2 direction side); a second portion 212, which bends from the first portion 211 in a direction away from the center of the air outlet CF (in the illustrated example, the Z1 direction), covers and abuts the outer side of the first flange FL1 (the first flange FL1 elastically abuts against the back side of the second portion 212); and a third portion 213, which bends from the second portion 212 toward the side where the first portion 211 is located (in the illustrated example, the Y2 direction side), and covers the end of the first flange FL1. A engaging protrusion 214 is provided on the back side of the first air guide 21 opposite to the air outlet CF, which engages with one end of the first flange FL1. In the second part 212, an air guide surface DF is provided, which is inclined relative to the Y direction in order to guide the airflow towards the Z1 direction. For example... Figure 7 As shown, when the angle between the air guide surface DF, located in the second part 212, and the Y direction is set to 'a', the range of 'a' is moderately expanded based on the maximum and minimum air guide range of the first blade 41, thereby ensuring the air guide angle range of the delivered airflow at the corresponding angle (for example, 'a' can be set to above 45 degrees and below 75 degrees). This facilitates the smooth blowing of airflow from the outlet CF when the first blade 41 forms a large angle with respect to the Y direction. Figure 6 As shown, the outer surface of the first air guide 21 (the surface on the Y1 direction in the illustrated example) and the outer surface of the grille strip 30 (the surface on the Y1 direction in the illustrated example) are approximately flush.
[0119] In addition, such as Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 9As shown, the second air guide 22 is engaged and fixed to the second flange FL2. The second air guide 22 has: a first portion 221 that covers and abuts the portion of the second sidewall 12 adjacent to the second flange FL2 from the inner side of the air outlet CF (in the illustrated example, the Z1 direction side); a second portion 222 that bends from the first portion 221 in a direction away from the center of the air outlet CF (in the illustrated example, the Z2 direction), covering and abutting the outer side of the second flange FL2 (the second flange FL2 elastically abuts against the back side of the second portion 222); and a third portion 223 that bends from the second portion 222 toward the side where the first portion 221 is located (in the illustrated example, the Y2 direction side), and covers the end of the second flange FL2. A engaging protrusion 224 that engages with one end of the second flange FL2 is provided on the back side of the second air guide 22 opposite to the air outlet CF. In the second part 222, an air guide surface DF is provided, which is inclined relative to the Y direction in order to guide the airflow towards the Z2 direction. For example... Figure 7 As shown, when the angle between the air guide surface DF, located in the second part 222, and the Y direction is set to 'a', the range of 'a' is moderately expanded based on the maximum and minimum air guide range of the first blade 41, thereby ensuring the air guide angle range of the delivered airflow at the corresponding angle (for example, 'a' can be set to above 45 degrees and below 75 degrees). This facilitates the smooth blowing of airflow from the outlet CF when the first blade 41 forms a large angle with respect to the Y direction. Figure 6 As shown, the outer surface of the second air guide 22 (the surface on the Y1 direction in the illustrated example) and the outer surface of the grille strip 30 (the surface on the Y1 direction in the illustrated example) are approximately flush.
[0120] (Structure of electrical components)
[0121] As described above, the electrical component 50 is disposed on the mounting wall 132 of the third side wall 13 and the mounting wall 142 of the fourth side wall 14.
[0122] Here, as Figure 3 and Figure 4As shown, the electrical component 50 includes a mounting platform 51 and a drive mechanism 52 mounted on the mounting platform 51. The mounting platform 51 is fixed to, for example, the mounting wall 132 or the mounting wall 142. The drive mechanism 52 includes multiple motors and gear sets that transmit the driving force of the motors. The multiple motors 52 respectively drive the first blade 41 and the second blade 42 to rotate. Specifically, the first blade 41 can be divided into multiple groups (multiple groups in the Z direction), and each group of first blades 41 is controlled and operated independently. That is, multiple groups of first blades 41 are driven and controlled by motors respectively, thereby guiding the airflow to different angles and positions. Similarly, the second blade 42 can also be divided into multiple groups (multiple groups in the X direction), and the angle is controlled by individual motors, thereby guiding the airflow in different directions, realizing diverse airflow control, diversifying indoor airflow, and meeting the needs of different users, such as directing the airflow towards or away from people, or delivering air to corresponding areas by cooperating with human detection sensors, or achieving an enveloping airflow pattern by oriented in different directions (that is, some groups of the first blades 41 are set to face upwards, and other groups are set to face downwards, forming an enveloping airflow pattern in the vertical direction in the room; or, some groups of the second blades 42 face one side in the left and right direction, and other groups face the other side in the left and right direction, achieving an enveloping airflow pattern in the left and right direction in the room; of course, both can be combined).
[0123] (Structure of the first decorative cover and the second decorative cover)
[0124] As described above, the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 are respectively disposed on both sides of the air outlet frame 10 in the X direction, covering the electrical components 50.
[0125] Here, as Figure 4 , Figure 10 and Figure 11 As shown, the first decorative cover 61 is detachable relative to the air outlet frame 10. Specifically, the first decorative cover 61 is assembled to the air outlet frame 10 via a plug-in structure. The first decorative cover 61 has a plate-shaped main body that extends substantially in the XZ plane and a claw provided on the back of the plate-shaped main body. In the assembled state, the plate-shaped main body abuts against the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 of the air outlet frame 10 in the Z direction, respectively. The claw engages with the plate-shaped main body to clamp the third side wall 13 of the air outlet frame 10 (frame portion 131 in the illustrated example). In the installed state, the first decorative cover 61 covers the electrical components 50 from the Y1 direction side, thereby ensuring the aesthetics of the outer surface portion of the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor air conditioning unit exposed from an opening such as the ceiling. On the other hand, when the first decorative cover 61 is removed, the electrical components 50 can be exposed for maintenance of the electrical components 50 and electrical wiring.
[0126] In addition, such as Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 10 As shown, raised ribs spaced apart in the Z direction are formed on the outer surface of the first decorative cover 61, and the ribs are formed at positions corresponding to the grille strip 30. Specifically, raised ribs spaced apart in the Z direction are formed on the front side of the plate-like body of the first decorative cover 61. The width of the raised ribs in the Z direction is the same as the width of the grille strip 30 in the Z direction, and the front surface of the raised ribs in the Y1 direction is flush with the front surface of the grille strip 30 in the Y1 direction. Thus, the raised ribs extend the grille strip 30, which helps to ensure the consistency of the appearance of the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor air conditioner at the first decorative cover 61 and at the air outlet CF, thereby ensuring aesthetics.
[0127] In addition, such as Figure 4 , Figure 10 and Figure 11 As shown, the second decorative cover 62 can be detached from the air outlet frame 10. Specifically, the second decorative cover 62 is assembled to the air outlet frame 10 via a plug-in structure. The second decorative cover 62 has a plate-shaped body that extends substantially in the XZ plane and a claw provided on the back of the plate-shaped body. In the assembled state, the plate-shaped body abuts against the first side wall 11 and the second side wall 12 of the air outlet frame 10 in the Z direction, respectively. The claw engages with the plate-shaped body to clamp the fourth side wall 14 of the air outlet frame 10 (frame portion 141 in the illustrated example). In the installed state, the second decorative cover 62 covers the electrical components 50 from the Y1 direction side, thereby ensuring the aesthetics of the outer surface portion of the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor air conditioning unit exposed from an opening such as the ceiling. On the other hand, when the second decorative cover 62 is removed, the electrical components 50 can be exposed for maintenance.
[0128] In addition, such as Figure 1 , Figure 4 and Figure 10 As shown, raised ribs spaced apart in the Z direction are formed on the outer surface of the second decorative cover 62, and these ribs are formed at positions corresponding to the grille strip 30. Specifically, raised ribs spaced apart in the Z direction are formed on the front side of the plate-like body of the second decorative cover 62. The width of the raised ribs in the Z direction is the same as the width of the grille strip 30 in the Z direction, and the front surface of the raised ribs in the Y1 direction is flush with the front surface of the grille strip 30 in the Y1 direction. Thus, the raised ribs extend the grille strip 30, which helps to ensure the consistency of the appearance of the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor air conditioner at the second decorative cover 62 and at the air outlet CF, thereby ensuring aesthetics.
[0129] (Main effects of this implementation method)
[0130] According to the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner in this embodiment, the air outlet frame 10 has a first sidewall 11, a second sidewall 12, a third sidewall 13, and a fourth sidewall 14 spliced together to form the air outlet CF. Therefore, it is easy to make a portion of the first sidewall 11, the second sidewall 12, the third sidewall 13, and the fourth sidewall 14 (e.g., the third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14) into a universal component to meet different air outlet panel size requirements; and by covering the outer surfaces of the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2 of the metal first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 with... The first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 can prevent the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2 from protruding from the ceiling when installed, thus reducing the risk of condensation at the air outlet. Furthermore, the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 are made of metal and have flanges, so the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 are not easily deformed. The first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 can be used to prevent the resin first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 from deforming during long-term use and creating gaps with, for example, the ceiling, thus ensuring aesthetics and preventing condensation from occurring at the gaps.
[0131] The present invention has been described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the specific implementation of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
[0132] For example, in the above embodiments, such as Figure 12 As shown, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be directly connected to the main body ZT of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, which has a heat exchanger, etc., or it can be indirectly connected via a duct (not shown).
[0133] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, such as Figure 8BAs shown, alternatively, at least one of the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 may have an elongated hole CK extending in the X direction near the air outlet CF. In this case, the elongated hole CK preferably includes: a first elongated hole CK1, which is disposed on the flange (first flange FL1, second flange FL2); and a second elongated hole CK2, which is disposed on the portion of at least one of the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 adjacent to the flange (first flange FL1, second flange FL2) on the inner side of the air outlet frame (preferably the portion overlapping with the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 in the Z direction), and staggered with the first elongated hole CK1 (in the illustrated example, multiple first elongated holes CK1 and multiple second elongated holes CK2 are provided, and the gap between adjacent first elongated holes CK1 is staggered with the gap between adjacent second elongated holes CK2). Of course, only one first elongated hole CK1 and one second elongated hole CK2 may be provided. By setting elongated holes CK, heat transfer can be blocked, reducing the heat conduction velocity at the portions of the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 adjacent to the air outlet CF, effectively reducing the possibility of condensation. In particular, by staggering the first elongated holes CK1 and the second elongated holes CK2, the length of the cold energy conduction path can be increased, alleviating the degree of condensation, thereby further reducing the risk of condensation at the air outlet.
[0134] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14 are opposite each other in a direction orthogonal to the X direction, but are not limited to this. The third sidewall 13 and the fourth sidewall 14 can be opposite each other as long as they are in a direction intersecting the X direction.
[0135] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the first sidewall 11 and the second sidewall 12 respectively have a first flange FL1 and a second flange FL2 that fold away from the center of the air outlet CF, and the air outlet panel 1 of the air conditioner indoor unit has a first air guide 21 and a second air guide 22 that respectively cover the outer surfaces of the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2, but it is not limited to this. One of the first flange FL1 and the second flange FL2 may be omitted, and the corresponding one of the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 may also be omitted.
[0136] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the air guiding surfaces of the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 can also be formed as arc surfaces with a Coanda effect. As a result, the airflow blown from the air outlet CF can be sent to the ceiling along the air guiding surface and blown along the ceiling, avoiding the discomfort caused by the airflow blowing downwards to people's bodies during cooling, thus achieving wind avoidance of people.
[0137] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the first part 211 and the second part 212 of the first air guide 21 can be connected by rounded corners or directly. Similarly, the first part 221 and the second part 222 of the second air guide 22 can be connected by rounded corners or directly.
[0138] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the second part 212 of the first air guide 21 has an inclined portion that is inclined relative to the Y direction and a vertical portion that extends along the Z direction, and the second part 222 of the second air guide 22 also has an inclined portion that is inclined relative to the Y direction and a vertical portion that extends along the Z direction, but it is not limited to this. The second part 212 of the first air guide 21 and the second part 222 of the second air guide 22 may only have one of the inclined portion and the vertical portion, and may also be formed as an arc-shaped cross section.
[0139] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the outer surfaces of the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 are roughly flush with the outer surfaces of the grille strip 30, thereby further improving the aesthetics. Moreover, when the first blade 41 rotates to its maximum extent in the Z1 and Z2 directions, the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 do not block the wind, allowing the airflow blown from the air outlet CF to travel further. Especially during heating, by rotating the first blade 41 to its maximum extent in the Z2 direction, it is easy to form an airflow that blows vertically downward from the air outlet CF to the ground.
[0140] In addition, in the above embodiments, the outer side of the grille strip 30 may protrude further outward than the outer side of the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22, thereby further improving the aesthetics. Furthermore, the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 do not block the wind, allowing the airflow blown from the air outlet CF to travel further. Especially when heating, by rotating the first blade 41 to the maximum extent in the Z2 direction, it is easier to form an airflow that blows vertically downward from the air outlet CF to the ground.
[0141] In addition, in the above embodiments, the outer surfaces of the first air guide 21 and the second air guide 22 may protrude further outward than the outer surface of the grille strip 30, thereby facilitating the end airflow to be guided to the target position together with the adjacent airflow.
[0142] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the first blade 41 and the second blade 42 are arranged in multiple sets in the X direction, but it is not limited to this, and only one set may be arranged in the X direction.
[0143] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the number of first blades 41 in the Z direction and the number of second blades 42 in the X direction can be appropriately changed as needed.
[0144] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the air outlet panel 1 of the indoor unit of the air conditioner has a first blade 41 and a second blade 42, but it is not limited to this, and one of the first blade 41 and the second blade 42 may be omitted.
[0145] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 are respectively assembled to the air outlet frame 10 through a plug-in structure, but are not limited thereto. The first decorative cover 61 and the second decorative cover 62 can also be configured to open and close relative to the air outlet frame 10 by pressing, and can also be assembled to the air outlet frame 10 by screws or the like.
[0146] Furthermore, in the above embodiments, the number of separators 70 in the X direction can be appropriately changed as needed.
[0147] It should be understood that within the scope of this utility model, the various parts in the embodiments can be freely combined, or the various parts in the embodiments can be appropriately modified or omitted.
