Description

Technical Field

[0001] This application relates to the field of maternal and infant products technology, and in particular to a nursing garment. Background Technology

[0002] When using a breast pump, mothers must use their hands to cover the exposed parts of their breasts with breast flanges or breast shields. Because expressing milk with a breast pump takes a long time, mothers often express milk from both breasts simultaneously. To express milk from both breasts, the mother must hold the breast flanges or shields with both hands, placing them in an awkward position and making it difficult to perform even simple actions like operating a breast pump. Therefore, breastfeeding women cannot fully utilize their hands to perform other tasks. Developing a device that allows mothers to use a breast pump while still being able to freely use their hands for other tasks would be highly beneficial.

[0003] Hands-free breast pumps allow mothers to massage their breasts simultaneously to promote milk flow, something most current breast pumps cannot do, or allow mothers to perform other tasks while pumping. To mitigate the disadvantages of holding a breast pump while expressing milk, supportive or nursing garments are available. These typically consist of at least two layers: an inner opening to create a channel for breastfeeding or inserting the breast pump, and an outer layer that covers the inner layer for privacy when worn normally.

[0004] Traditional nursing gowns suffer from problems such as inconvenience in disassembly or discomfort in wearing. When the connecting buckles are designed to be small, they may interfere with each other, causing the buckles to press against the body and causing discomfort. Furthermore, the inner and outer layers are not easy to disassemble or connect, especially when the buckles on the shoulder straps are connected to the inner and outer layers at the same time. The buckles tend to pile up, making disassembly inconvenient and resulting in poor comfort. Utility Model Content

Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in this application based on the specific circumstances.

[0027] The terms “center,” “longitudinal,” “lateral,” “length,” “width,” “thickness,” “upper,” “lower,” “front,” “rear,” “left,” “right,” “vertical,” “horizontal,” “top,” “bottom,” “inner,” “outer,” “radial,” and “circumferential” indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings. They are used only for the convenience of describing this application and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limitations on this application.

[0028] Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly specifying the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of that feature. In the description of this application, "multiple" means at least two, such as two, three, etc., unless otherwise explicitly specified.

[0029] Furthermore, in addition to indicating location or positional relationship, some of the aforementioned terms may also have other meanings. For example, the term "above" may also be used in some cases to indicate a certain dependency or connection relationship. Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of these terms in this application based on the specific circumstances.

[0030] Breastfeeding offers numerous benefits for both the infant and the breastfeeding mother. Breast milk contains all the nutrients a baby needs for growth and development. Breastfed babies are generally healthier, with fewer cases of ear infections and respiratory infections, and a lower risk of allergies, cancer, childhood diabetes, and obesity. They are also less likely to develop heart disease, eczema, and asthma. For breastfeeding women, breastfeeding reduces the chances of postpartum hemorrhage and anemia, helps the uterus return to its original size after childbirth, and provides an extra 500 calories per day.

[0031] However, due to work schedules and other time constraints, not every breastfeeding woman can feed her baby on demand. Therefore, many breastfeeding women use breast pumps to express and store breast milk for feeding their infants. A breast pump system typically includes a breast shield, a funnel-shaped device with a conical section that rests against the breast, with the nipple located at the center of the shield. When negative pressure is applied, the nipple is drawn towards the tubular portion of the breast shield, typically into the nipple channel. The nipple channel of the breast shield connects to the other components of the breast milk collection kit. This connection allows for intermittent (i.e., periodic) negative pressure to be applied inside the breast shield, while also providing a flow path for the breast milk expressed into the nipple channel, allowing it to be collected into a collection container. The collection container can be a breast milk container with a threaded cap, which can be used as a feeding bottle for the baby. Breastfeeding women usually need to use their hands to press the breast shield against their breast to express milk.

[0032] Predictably, securing a breast shield is inconvenient and limits what women can do while pumping. Although various bras and corsets have been developed to secure breast shields, these generally do not provide sufficient support and require frequent adjustment.

[0033] In this embodiment, nursing garments can be in the form of bras, tops, shirts, vests, camisoles, pajamas, dresses, or other women's clothing, and are not limited to the bras shown in the figures. Specifically, nursing garments can be in the form of nursing bras, nursing tops, nursing shirts, nursing vests, nursing camisoles, nursing pajamas, nursing dresses, or other women's clothing used for breastfeeding. Nursing garments can also specifically be in the form of breast pump bras, breast pump tops, breast pump shirts, breast pump vests, breast pump camisoles, breast pump pajamas, breast pump dresses, or other women's clothing used to support a breast pump. Nursing garments can specifically combine breast pump and breastfeeding functions. These garments can be breast pump / nursing bras, breast pump / nursing tops, breast pump / nursing shirts, breast pump / nursing vests, breast pump / nursing camisoles, breast pump / nursing pajamas, breast pump / nursing dresses, or other women's clothing designed to support the breast pump or breastfeeding. Nursing garments are designed to allow breastfeeding women to pump or breastfeed without removing the garment.

Figure 1 This is a side view of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application, with the inner and outer pieces detached and the outer piece and shoulder straps detached. Figure 2 This is a partial structural diagram of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application, in a state where the inner and outer pieces are connected and the outer piece is detached from the shoulder straps; Figure 3 This is a partial structural diagram of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application in a state where the inner and outer pieces are detached and the outer piece is detached from the shoulder straps; Figure 4 This is a front structural diagram of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application, with the outer piece and shoulder straps detached and the inner piece and shoulder straps connected. Figure 5 This is a schematic diagram of the back structure of a nursing garment according to one embodiment of this application; Figure 6 This is a partial structural schematic diagram of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application, in the state where the inner and outer pieces are connected and the outer piece is connected to the shoulder straps; Figure 7 This is a partial structural diagram of a nursing garment according to an embodiment of this application, with the outer piece and shoulder straps detached and the inner piece and shoulder straps connected.

[0035] like Figure 1 , Figure 4 , Figure 5 As shown in the illustration, this application uses a nursing garment as an example, specifically a bra. The nursing garment may include shoulder straps 10, an outer piece 20, and an inner piece 30. In some embodiments, the nursing garment may further include an underbust band 40, which is positioned around the wearer's torso when worn. The lower ends of the inner piece 30 and the outer piece 20 are connected to the underbust band 40. Both the outer piece 20 and the inner piece 30 can be flipped relative to the underbust band 40. The inner piece 30 is closer to the wearer than the outer piece 20 when the nursing garment is worn.

[0036] like Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 3 As shown, the shoulder strap 10 is provided with a first connecting structure 11. The outer piece 20 is provided with a second connecting structure 21, which is detachably connected to the first connecting structure 11. The inner piece 30 is provided with a third connecting structure 31.

[0037] The outer sheet 20 is provided with a fourth connecting structure 22, and the third connecting structure 31 is detachably connected to the fourth connecting structure 22.

[0038] like Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the inner piece 30 is provided with an opening 32, which is configured to support at least a portion of a breast pump inserted at least partially into the opening 32, or the opening 32 is configured to allow the wearer's nipple to be exposed through the opening 32 for breastfeeding. The outer piece 20 is detachably connected to the shoulder strap 10 via the second connecting structure 21, allowing both the outer piece 20 and the inner piece 30 to be detached from the shoulder strap 10 to at least partially expose the wearer's breast.

[0039] In one embodiment, the opening 32 is formed between three edges 33, 34, and 35 of the inner sheet 30, with the three edges 33, 34, and 35 at least partially overlapping. The opening 32 of this embodiment is suitable for supporting a breast pump during pumping, providing stable support through the three edges 33, 34, and 35. These three edges 33, 34, and 35 are located on the inner side of the inner sheet 30, not on the outer side. Any two of the three edges 33, 34, and 35 are not parallel to each other.

[0040] In one embodiment, the elasticity of the three edges 33, 34, and 35 is greater than that of other locations on the inner sheet 30. By setting the elasticity of the three edges 33, 34, and 35 to be greater than that of other locations, they can contract when supporting the breast pump, thereby achieving stable support. In some embodiments, the three edges 33, 34, and 35 can be achieved by applying one or more reinforcing strips using an adhesive process, wherein the intermediate adhesive film of the adhesive process is elastic.

[0041] In some embodiments, the opening may also be a slit. In this embodiment, the slit is used to allow the wearer's breast or a portion of the breast (e.g., the nipple) to pass through, thereby enabling breastfeeding.

[0042] It should be understood that the shape and structure of the opening are not limited to those described in the embodiments of this application, as long as they can support the breast pump or allow the nipple to pass through for breastfeeding.

[0043] like Figure 3 As shown in one specific embodiment of this application, the first connecting structure 11 is a first buckle 11, and the second connecting structure 21 is a second buckle 21. The first buckle 11 is provided with a first hook 111, and the second buckle 21 is provided with a groove 211. The groove 211 matches the first hook 111 to achieve a detachable connection between the first connecting structure 11 and the second connecting structure 21. The groove 211 is approximately U-shaped, thereby forming a spring-loaded structure on the inner side of the groove 211. This ensures that the first hook 111 has a certain elastic variation space when it is connected to the groove 211, improving the smoothness of connection and disassembly.

[0044] In one specific embodiment of this application, the third connecting structure 31 is a second button 31, the fourth connecting structure 22 is a first ring 22, and the second button 31 is provided with a second hook 311, which matches the first ring 22.

[0045] Optionally, the first ring 22 is disposed on the inner surface of the outer piece 20. In this embodiment, the first ring 22 is a sewn ring sewn onto the inner surface of the outer piece 20, specifically, it can be a sewn ring formed by sewing the two ends of a fabric strip onto the outer piece 20. In some embodiments, the first ring can be formed using an adhesive bonding process, that is, the first ring can be a ring structure formed by bonding the two ends of a fabric strip to the inner surface of the outer piece 20 through an adhesive film.

[0046] In one embodiment, one of the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure is a hook structure, and the other is a ring structure, a groove structure, or a hole structure.

[0047] In one embodiment, one of the third connecting structure and the fourth connecting structure is a hook structure, and the other is a ring structure, a groove structure, or a hole structure.

[0048] In other embodiments, one of the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure is the hook side of the hook and loop fastener, and the other is the velvet side of the hook and loop fastener.

[0049] In other embodiments, one of the third connecting structure and the fourth connecting structure is the hook side of the hook and loop fastener, and the other is the velvet side of the hook and loop fastener.

[0050] In other embodiments, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure may also employ other detachable connecting structures, and this application embodiment does not limit this. The third connecting structure and the fourth connecting structure may also employ other detachable connecting structures, and this application embodiment does not limit this.

[0051] like Figure 1 , Figure 3 , Figure 7 As shown, in one embodiment, the shoulder strap 10 is further provided with a fifth connecting structure 12, and the third connecting structure 31 on the inner piece 30 can be selectively connected to the fourth connecting structure 22 or the fifth connecting structure 12. After the outer piece 20 is detached from the shoulder strap 10 and the inner piece 30 is detached from the shoulder strap 10, the inner piece 30 can be connected to the fifth connecting structure 12 via the third connecting structure 31, so as to allow the inner piece 30 to support at least a portion of a breast pump that is at least partially inserted into the opening 32 or to allow the wearer's nipple to be exposed through the opening 32 for breastfeeding.

[0052] Optionally, the fifth connecting structure 12 is a second ring 12 disposed on the shoulder strap 10. Specifically, it can be a sewn ring formed by sewing the two ends of a fabric strip onto the shoulder strap 10. In some embodiments, the first ring can be formed by an adhesive bonding process, that is, the first ring can be a ring structure formed by bonding the two ends of a fabric strip to the surface of the shoulder strap 10 through an adhesive film.

[0053] In one embodiment, the inner piece 30 and the outer piece 20 may be made of the same garment fabric; in other embodiments, the inner piece 30 and the outer piece 20 may be made of different garment fabrics. For example, the inner piece 30 may be made of a more skin-friendly garment fabric, while the outer piece 20 may be made of a waterproof, abrasion-resistant, or other fabric. This application does not limit the specific application to this embodiment.

[0054] In this embodiment, the fifth connecting structure 12 and the first connecting structure 11 are different structures located at different positions. The first connecting structure 11 is a hook, and the fifth connecting structure 12 is a ring structure. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the fifth connecting structure and the first connecting structure can be the same structure, that is, the function of the fifth connecting structure can be achieved by using the first connecting structure. That is, the third connecting structure 31 on the inner piece 30 can be selectively connected to the fourth connecting structure 33 or the first connecting structure 11. After the outer piece 20 is detached from the shoulder strap 10 and the inner piece 30 is detached from the shoulder strap 10, the inner piece 30 can be connected to the first connecting structure 11 through the third connecting structure 31 to allow the inner piece 30 to support at least a portion of a breast pump that is at least partially inserted into the opening 32 or to allow the wearer's nipple to be exposed through the opening 32 for breastfeeding.

[0055] The following description, in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, illustrates the usage scenarios of the nursing garments according to embodiments of this application.

[0056] like Figure 6 As shown, in one usage scenario, the inner piece 30 is connected to the fourth connecting structure 22 on the outer piece 20 via the third connecting structure 31. The outer piece 20 is connected to the first connecting structure 11 on the shoulder strap 10 via the second connecting structure 21. In this scenario, the nursing garment is worn normally as clothing, ensuring the wearer's chest privacy.

[0057] like Figure 2 As shown, in one usage scenario, the second connecting structure 21 of the outer piece 20 is detached from the first connecting structure 11 on the shoulder strap 10, and the inner piece 30 is connected to the fourth connecting structure 22 on the outer piece 20 via the third connecting structure 31, thereby allowing the wearer's breasts to be exposed at least partially through the nursing garment for breastfeeding.
