A plastic line reel which prevents the line from being caught according to claim 7, wherein: The anti-jamming follow-up guide block (4) slides through the horizontal rod (18), and the anti-jamming follow-up guide block (4) is provided with fishing line anti-jamming guide ring (19) at the bottom which makes the fishing line pass out for guiding winding and reeling.
