The two pulleys are rotationally installed in the middles of the two cross arms respectively, the upper ends of the two inhaul cables are wound in the winding machine respectively, and the lower ends of the two inhaul cables are wound around the two pulleys respectively to be connected with the left portion and the right portion of the supporting plate.
